<![CDATA[Operasi sectio caesarea (SC) merupakan kejadian yang banyak dijumpai oleh wanita. Operasi SC dengan anestesi lokal berdampak pada berhentinya fungsi pergerakan otot perut yang disebut dengan peristaltik usus. Ambulasi dini yang efektif dapat mempercepat fungsi pencernaan dengan indikator peningkatan gerak peristaltik usus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan ambulasi dini dengan pemulihan peristaltik pada pasien paska operasi sectio caesaria dengan anestesi lokal di RSIA IPHI Batu. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi yang bertujuan mengungkapkan hubungan korelatif antar variabel dengan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu penelitian dari semua variabel independent dan dependent yang diambil secara bersamaan pada satu waktu. Populasi semua pasien operasi SC dengan anestesi lokal di RSIA IPHI Batu sebanyak 20 orang (berdasarkan data tiga bulan terakhir) dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis yang digunakan spearman rank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ambulasi dini, sebagian besar responden dikategorikan baik yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (75%), pemulihan peristaltik usus hampir seluruh responden dikategorikan normal yaitu sebanyak 16 orang (80%), dan hasil analisis didapatkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 (p-value ≤ 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan ambulasi dini dengan pemulihan peristaltik usus pada pasien paska operasi Sectio Caesaria dengan Anestesi Lokal di RSIA IPHI Batu. Petugas kesehatan khususnya perawat agar mempraktekkan pelaksanaan ambulasi dini kepada pasien operasi post SC dengan anestesi spinal sebagai upaya non farmakologis yang dapat mempercepat pengembalian fungsi sistem gastrointestinal. ABSTRACT Caesarean section surgery (SC) is commonly encountered by women. SC surgery under local anesthesia results in the cessation of abdominal motility, called intestinal peristalic. Early effective ambulance can speed up the function of digestion with an indicator of increased bowel peristaltic. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of early ambulation with peristaltic recovery in post-surgical patients with local anesthesia in RSIA IPHI Batu. This research design used correlation design that aimed to reveal correlative relationship between variables with cross sectional approach that is the research of all independent and dependent variables taken simultaneously at one time. The population of all SC patients with local anesthesia at RSIA IPHI Batu was 20 (based on data from the last three months) and the sample technique used a saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were used as samples. The instrument in this research used observation sheet. The analysis used spearman rank. Based on the result of the research shows that early ambulation, most of the respondents were 15 people (75%) categorized as good, the intestine peristaltic recovery categorized as normal were 16 people (80%), and the analysis results obtained significant value of 0.002 (p value ≤ 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an early ambulatory relationship with intestinal peristaltic recovery in postoperative Caesarean Section patients with Local Anesthesia at RSIA IPHI Batu. The health personnel, especially nurses, practiced the implementation of early ambulation to post surgical patients with spinal anesthesia as a non-pharmacological effort that can speed up the functional of the gastrointestinal system.
