<![CDATA[Kasus seputar reproduksi remaja sekarang semakin meningkat, disebabkan ketidakpahaman remaja terhadap berbagai aspek reproduksi yang berhubungan dengan dirinya sendiri. Di daerah pedesaan masih menganggap bahwa membicarakan mengenai reproduksi dengan remaja masih di anggap tabu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di daerah pedesaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner untuk mengetahui data umum responden serta pertanyaan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Lokasi penelitian di salah satu desa di Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 60 responden. Responden yang di ambil secara purposive sampling, dengan kriteria sampel :1) remaja yang sekolah ditingkat SMP dan SMA, 2) tinggal satu rumah dengan orang tua. Responden yang sesuai kriteria akan dijelaskan terlebih dahulu mengenai tujuan penelitian dan jika bersedia maka mengisi lembar informed consent. Rencana analisis data dengan analisis univariat,dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan pengetahuan baik sebanyak 37 responden, pengetahuan buruk 23 responden. Dengan menggunakan Chi Square didapatkan 3 faktoryang mempengaruhi pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja, yaitu jenis kelamin, jumlah sumber informasi dan pemanfaatan orang tua sebagai sumber informasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja di daerah pedesaan dari 60 responden , sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik (37 responden). Orang tua, guru maupun dinas kesehatan diharapkan mampu mengadakan kegiatan seperti penyuluhan sehingga bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja di daerah pedesaan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, kesehatan reproduksi remaja, pedesaan Abstract KNOWLEDGE OF ADOLESCENT REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH IN RURAL AREAS Cases around adolescent reproductive now increased, due to ignorance of teens on various aspects relating to the reproduction itself. In rural areas still think that talking about reproduction with adolescent still considered taboo. This study aims to determine the knowledge of adolescent reproductive healt in rural area. This study was held by descriptive approach that describe knowledge of adolescent reproductive health in rural areas. The instrument used was questionnaire to determine the general data of respondents and question about adolescent reproductive health.. The location of this study in one of the villages in Ponorogo, with 60 respondents fixed through purposive sampling. Sampling criteria were 1) the teenage sechool level was junior high and high school, 2) stay with parents in the same house. Respondents who fit the criteria will be explained in advance about the purpose of research, and if the charge sheet is willing informed consent. Data was analysed by univariat analysi.Research results from the get good knowledge as much as 37 respondents, poor knowledge of 23 respondents. By using Chi Square got three factors that influence adolescent reproductive health knowledge, namely gender, the amount of resources adolescent reproductive health.Knowledge of adolescent reproductive health in rural areas of 60 respondents, mostly good knowledge (37 respondents).
