ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 2) Pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 3) Pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 4) Pengaruh fasilitas belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng, dimana objek penelitiannya adalah siswa SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng yaitu sebanyak 98 siswa dengan menggunakan sampel sensus. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan Model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 2) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 3) Kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 4) Fasilitas belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan kinerja guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng.Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Belajar, Lingkungan Sekolah, Kinerja Guru, Motivasi BelajarABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to reveal and analyze: 1) The influence of learning facilities on student learning motivation in vocational works Watansoppeng Engineering. 2) The influence of school environment on student learning motivation in vocational works Watansoppeng Engineering. 3) The influence of teacher's performance on student's learning motivation in vocational work of Watansoppeng Engineering. 4) The influence of learning facilities, school environment, and teacher performance on student learning motivation in vocational works Watansoppeng Engineering. The research method is quantitative research with ex post facto research type. This research was conducted on vocational work of Watansoppeng Engineering, where the object of research is vocational students of Watansoppeng Engineering. The research population is all students in SMK Watansoppeng technique that is 98 students using census samples. Data analysis tool used in this research is research with multiple linear regression model. The results of research shows that: 1) learning facilities have a positive and significant impact on student learning motivation in vocational work Watansoppeng Engineering. 2) School environment has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation in vocational work of Watansoppeng Engineering. 3) Performance of teachers have a positive and significant impact on student learning motivation in vocational works Watansoppeng Engineering. 4) Learning facilities, school environment, and teacher performance simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on students' learning motivation in SMK Watansoppeng Engineering work.Keywords: Learning Facilities, School Environment, Teacher Performance, Motivation
