Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bantaeng (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bantaeng (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bantaeng (4) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten BantaengMetode Penelitian adalah metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 55 responden pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bantaeng. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak – pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2).Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bantaeng (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bantaeng (3) pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bantaeng (4) kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Bantaeng Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Pengawasan, dan Efektivitas KerjaABSTRACTThis research aims (1) find out and analyze the influence of leadership on the effectiveness of work of employees in the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bantaeng Regency (2) to find out and analyze the influence of work discipline on the effectiveness of work of employees in the Bantaeng District Population and Family Planning Service ( 3) to determine and analyze the influence of supervision on the work effectiveness of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bantaeng District (4) to find out and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, and supervision of the effectiveness of work of employees in the Bantaeng District Population and Family Planning Office The sample uses a total sampling method, that is, all members of the population are used as samples. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada UPTD Puskesmas Palanro Kabupaten Barru  . Sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 54 responden pada Puskesmas Palanro Kabupaten Barru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak ? pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Diklat Tenaga Penyuluh Terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Tanaman Pangan Di Kabupaten Bulukumba.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penyuluh yang ada di Kabupaten Bulukumba, teknik sampel menggunakan Sampling acak sebanyak 58 penyuluh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh Diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Penyuluh di Kabupaten Bulukumba, Diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Penyuluh di Kabupaten Bulukumba, Diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Tanaman Pangan di Kabupaten Bulukumba, Motivasi penyuluh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Tanaman Pangan di Kabupaten Bulukumba., Kompetensi Penyuluh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Tanaman Pangan di Kabupaten Bulukumba, Diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Tanaman Pangan melalui kompetensi penyuluh di Kabupaten Bulukumba, Diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Tanaman Pangan melalui motivasi penyuluh di Kabupaten Bulukumba.Kata Kunci : Diklat, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja, Pengembangan Karir.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the Effect of Training of Extension Workers on Increasing Food Crop Production in Bulukumba Regency.The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all extension agents in Bulukumba Regency, the sample technique used random sampling of 58 instructors. Data analysis techniques use path analysis.From the research results obtained by Diklat have a positive and significant effect on the Competency of Extension in Bulukumba Regency, Diklat has a positive and significant effect on the Motivation of Extension in Bulukumba Regency, Diklat has a positive and significant effect on Increasing Food Crop Production in Bulukumba District Food Crop Production in Bulukumba Regency, Extension Competency has a positive and significant effect on Increasing Food Crop Production in Bulukumba Regency, Diklat has a positive and significant effect on Increasing Food Crop Production through the competence of extension workers in Bulukumba Regency, Diklat has a positive and significant effect on Increasing Food Crop Production through the motivation of extension agents in Bulukumba Regency.Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Performance, Career Development

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah:1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng, 2) Untuk  menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan  terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng, 3) Untuk  menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng, 4) Untuk  menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif.dengan non-eksperimen eksploratif yang bersifat komparatif dan dikaitkan dengan penelitian korelasional, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng sebagai variabel terikat yang diberi simbol Y sebanyak 50 responden, Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng, berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian pengaruh kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng, dapat dilihat dari Hasil analisis yang menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Squared= R2). Memberikan kontribusi sebesar 66,3% bagi kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,7%, Ini berarti bahwa variabel kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan dapat menjelaskan variabel yang mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng, dan masih banyak dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel penelitian ini. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan adalah variabel yang dominan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng, dengan nilai koefisien Beta Standardized tertinggi yaitu 0,389 atau 38,9 persen dibandingkan variabel lain yang diteliti Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan KinerjaABSTRACT The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the influence of competence to Employee Performance at Bantaeng District Transportation Department, 2) To analyze the influence of leadership style to Employee Performance in Bantaeng Regency Transportation Department, 3) To analyze the influence of motivation to Employee Performance at Department of Transportation Bantaeng Regency , 4) To analyze the influence of competence, leadership style, and motivation simultaneously to Employee Performance at Bantaeng District Transportation Department. The research method used is quantitative research with non-explorative experiments that are comparative and related to correlational research, sampling in this study is all employees at the Department of Transportation Bantaeng District as a dependent variable that given the symbol Y as much as 50 respondents, sampling method done by census method. The result of the research shows that Competence, Leadership Style and motivation influence simultaneously to performance of officer of Department of Transportation of Bantaeng Regency, based on result of data processing research of influence of Competence, Leadership Style and motivation to performance of officer of Department of Transportation of Bantaeng Regency, can be seen from result of analysis yield coefficient value determination (R Squared= R2). contributed 66.3% for employee performance, while the remaining 33.7%. This means that the variables of Competence, Leadership Style and motivation can simultaneously explain the variables that contribute to the performance of officials of the Bantaeng Regency Transportation Department, and are still heavily influenced by other variables not included in this research variable. Leadership Variable is the dominant variable positively and significantly affect the performance of employees of Bantaeng District Transportation Department, with the highest Standardized Beta coefficient value is 0.389 or 38.9 percent compared to other variables studied Keywords: Competence, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 2) Pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 3) Pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 4) Pengaruh fasilitas belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif  dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng, dimana objek penelitiannya adalah siswa SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng yaitu sebanyak 98 siswa  dengan menggunakan sampel sensus. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan Model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 2) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 3) Kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng. 4) Fasilitas belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan kinerja guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK karya Teknik Watansoppeng.Kata Kunci :    Fasilitas Belajar, Lingkungan Sekolah, Kinerja Guru, Motivasi BelajarABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to reveal and analyze: 1) The influence of learning facilities on student learning motivation in vocational works Watansoppeng Engineering. 2) The influence of school environment on student learning motivation in vocational works Watansoppeng Engineering. 3) The influence of teacher's performance on student's learning motivation in vocational work of Watansoppeng Engineering. 4) The influence of learning facilities, school environment, and teacher performance on student learning motivation in vocational works Watansoppeng Engineering. This research was conducted on vocational work of Watansoppeng Engineering, where the object of research is vocational students of Watansoppeng Engineering. The research population is all students in SMK Watansoppeng technique that is 98 students using census samples. Data analysis tool used in this research is research with multiple linear regression model. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to test and prove empirically: Theoretically, the results of this study is expected toenrich knowledge in the field of human resources, especially the theory of empowerment lecturer, so it canbe useful for academics and practitioners. Population of the study was the private university lecturersemployed in Universitas Veteran Repulik Indonesia, Universitas Muslim Indonesia, UniversitasMuhammadiyah dan Universitas 45 at Coordination of Private Higher Education Region IX of Sulawesi atMakassar, The sample of this research was155 lecturers from the total number of the population which was268 lecturers. The samples were taken by random sampling. The data were collected by giving questionner,interviewing and doing observation. Then the data were analyzed by the statistical results of researchthrough Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that: (1)the empowerment of the lecturers influences on the organizational commitment, so the commitment will beincreased; (2) the empowerment of the lecturers influences the performance of the lecturers, if the empowermentis increased, the performance will be increased, too; (3) the organizational commitment does notinfluence the performance of the lecturers, even though the commitment has been increased, it will not beincreased; (4) the performance of the lecturers influences the lecturers’ job satisfaction, so the job satisfactionwill be increased; (5) the empowerment influences indirectly toward the performance through theorganizational commitment; (6) the empowerment influences indirectly toward the job satisfaction throughthe performance of the lecturers; and (7) the organizational commitment does not influence directly towardthe job satisfaction through the performance of the lecturers.Keywords: Empowerment, Organizational Commitment, Performance and Lecturers’ Job Satisfaction
