Hubungan Lingkungan Keluarga dan Motivasi dengan Hasil Belajar Kelas IV SD

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and significant relationship of family environment with learning outcomes, learning motivation with  learning outcomes, family environment with learning motivation, and family environment and learning motivation together with learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 West Metro. This type of research is ex-postfacto correlation. Data collection techniques were done by using observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires), and study documentation. The instrument of data collection is a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was previously tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed by using product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the family environment and learning outcomes, learning motivation with learning outcomes, family environment with learning motivation, and the family environment and motivation to learn together with learning outcomes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga dengan hasil belajar, motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar, lingkungan keluarga dengan motivasi belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat. Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-postfacto korelasi. Populasi berjumlah 42 peserta didik dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 42 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner (angket), dan studi dokumentasi.Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket dengan skala Likert, yang sebelumnya diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga dengan hasil belajar, motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar, lingkungan keluarga dengan motivasi belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar. Kata kunci: lingkungan keluarga, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar.
