Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the Garuda Pancasila song in fostering a sense of love for the Indonesian homeland and the impact of the Garuda Pancasila song on the love for the Indonesian homeland for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 20 Mambok, Sintang. The research was conducted using a qualitative reasearch design with a taxonomic analysis approach. With subjects selected and decided purposively, i.e. educators, school managers, and students as well as experts in music education and learning. Data collection techniques are carried out by utilizing perceptions or observations, music practice, and interviews. In this study it was found that, a sense of love for the Indonesian homeland had been instilled from an early age in SD Negeri 20 Mambok Sintang, before learning began the principal gave rules so that all students and teachers in the school listened to several national songs, one of the songs that was often used was Garuda Pancasila song. Apart from that, the role of the Garuda Pancasila song has an indirect impact on the feeling of love for the homeland and defending the country, this can be seen when the song is played and listened to, the attitude of the students and teachers is ready and serious in listening. and fifth grade students can sing songs well and memorize song lyrics very well in these fifth grade children.

Abstract

The background of this research is students’ errors in writing descriptive texts. The students do not understand the correct structure of writing descriptive text. The objective of this research is to find out the types of errors and to identify the dominant types of errors that found in students’ writing products. The subject of this research is the students’ writing descriptive text products written by eighth grade students of SMP Joseph Khatulistiwa Sungai Tebelian. This research used qualitative method, by classifying the errors using Surface Strategy Taxonomy. It consisted of four types of errors in the students’ writing descriptive text product. These were omission, addition, misformation and misordering. Qualitative data was collected from documentation of students’ writing descriptive text products. Qualitative data were analyzed through collection of a sample of learner language, identification of errors, description of errors and explanation of errors. The data analysis in this research was taken from 10 students of SMP Joseph Khatulistiwa Sungai Tebelian. The researcher analyzed 10 worksheets of students writing products. The researcher found the total of students’ errors were 46 errors of students errors. The finding showed there were four types of errors such as 26 errors of omission on percentage 57%, 12 errors of misformation on percentage 26%, 6 errors of addition on percentage 13%, and 2 errors of misordering on percentage 4%. The dominant type of error was omission with 27 errors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Value of Character Education Through the Dhuha Prayer Program and School Literacy in Class II B of the Buah Hati Sintang Integrated Islamic Elementary School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year, Sintang District, Sintang District. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection tools in the form of field notes, interview sheets, questionnaire sheets, observation sheets and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of the Dhuha prayer habituation program at the Buah Hati Sintang Integrated Islamic Elementary School which is carried out continuously every day. Duha prayer is carried out in congregation and independently. The implementation of the school literacy movement in shaping student character with class-based activities, school culture-based activities and community-based activities, the value of character education through the Dhuha prayer program and school literacy in class II B of the Buah Hati Sintang Integrated Islamic Elementary School is very good, what do the teachers do? taught is ingrained in the mindset of students. The conclusion is that the cultivation of student character values through the Dhuha prayer program and school literacy in class II B is very good, teachers also apply character values such as being religious, fond of reading, honest, disciplined, tolerant, loving peace and social care. Factors supporting the implementation of Duha prayer and school literacy are facilities and infrastructure, cooperation between teachers and staff. The inhibiting factors are the lack of a place for Duha prayer and a library, and the weather is uncertain. Efforts made by the teacher are habituation, giving examples, role models, awareness, supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan memahami kedaulatan rakyat dan sistem pemerintahan di Indonesia melalui model proyek respon kreatif  di kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Kayan Hilir tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan bentuk penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pada siklus I nilai maksimal 85, nilai minimal 40, nilai rata-rata 59,76 dan ketuntasan klasikal 61,90%. Pada siklus II nilai maksimal 90, nilai minimal 50, nilai rata-rata 68,1 dan ketuntasan klasikal 85,71%. Hasil peneitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan dalam prestasi belajar siswa melalui proyek respon kreatif di kelas VIII, hal ditunjukkan pada persentase peningkatan prestasi belajar pada: (1) pra-siklus dan siklus 1 sebesar 9,52%; (2) pada siklus 1 dan 2 sebesar 23,81%; (3) pada pra-siklus hingga siklus 2 sebesar 33,33%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya model proyek respon kreatif mampu meningkatkan aktifitas dan respon belajar siswa, sehingga prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn meningkat pula. Kata Kunci:     Prestasi Belajar, Model Proyek Respon Kreatif

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan literasi lingkungan di SD Negeri 10 Kerapa Sepan Kecamatan Kayan Hilir Kabupaten Sintang, yang memuat tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kondisi literasi lingkungan sekolah di SD Negeri 10 Kerapa Sepan Kecamatan Kayan Hilir Kabupaten Sintang dan cara penguatan literasi lingkungan di SD Negeri 10 Kerapa Sepan Kecamatan Kayan Hilir Kabupaten Sintang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik dokumentasi, teknik observasi dan teknik komunikasi secara langsung. Alat pengumpulan data seperti dokumen, lembar observasi dan lembar wawancara. Ada pun hasil analisis penelitian ditemukan bahwa masih kurangnya sikap peduli siswa terhadap masalah-masalah lingkungan dan guru-guru tidak ada yang berlatarbelakangkan pendidikan literasi lingkungan serta masih kekurangan tenaga pendidik dan kekurangan dana untuk membangun sekolah dengan program adiwiyata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa literasi lingkungan di SD Negeri 10 Kerapa Sepan Kecamatan Kayan Hilir Kabupaten Sintang  sudah dilaksanakan hanya saja belum terprogram secara khusus menggunakan program sekolah adiwiyata serta penguatan literasi lingkungan dalam hal ini pun sudah dilaksanakan dan sekolah sudah mulai merintis cara-cara untuk memberikan penguatan literasi lingkungan kepada siswa. Kata Kunci: Literasi Lingkungan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih banyaknya siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Sintang memperoleh hasil belajar yang kurang memuaskan. Masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat korelasi antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Sintang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Sintang Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 318 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 47 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi tidak langsung berupa kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi berupa dokumen. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kecerdasan intrapersonal siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Sintang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 74,65% (kuat), (2) hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Sintang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 memperoleh rata-rata 72,97 (baik), (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan yang antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Sintang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan >  yaitu 4,642>2,021.Kata Kunci: kecerdasan intrapersonal, hasil belajar
