Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Artikel yang terbit di JTSiskom akan diberikan nomer identifier unik (DOI/Digital Object Identifier) dan tersedia serta bebas diunduh dari portal JTSiskom ini. Penulis tidak dipungut biaya baik untuk pengiriman artikel maupun pemrosesan artikel (lihat APC/Article Processing Charge). Jurnal ini mengimplementasikan sistem LOCKSS untuk pengarsipan secara terdistribusi di jaringan LOCKSS privat.

Abstract

Car drivers often experience difficulties to park their cars in the parking lot there is a slot or an empty space with a limited number. For example, some parking places such as shopping centers, apartments and hotels. To determine the state of the parking spaces have been filled or not it is necessary to update the conditions in the room. The purpose of this thesis is to create a functioning device calculates and displays the number of entrances. A number of automatically calculating devices have been made. General description of the device is designed to use the SRF04 ultrasonic sensor, microcontroller ATMega8535, and buzzer. SRF04 ultrasonic sensors as detecting obstructions between the ends of the door with the barrier wall and counting. With the existence of this device in the state of the room can be determined easily and saves time.

Abstract

Almost in every aspect of life, people are always faced with several options. Making the right decision will greatly affect our lives in the future. Problems in decision making are also experienced by high school students or high school who want to continue their education to a higher level, namely the University. University is a choice of formal education for high school students who will continue to the higher education. Students who wish to proceed to the University of Diponegoro University will particularly difficult because of the many options available majors. Often some high school students who have a student do not get along with their chosen majors, this course will make their declining interest in learning. As an information technology solution that exists today can be utilized to see the interest of the students so that mismatch and vacillation in the selection of majors can subtract. The purpose of making the determination of intelligent systems majors at Diponegoro University, among others, is, to develop an intelligent software that can help high school students determine the appropriate department at the University of Diponegoro. Intelligent system implements advanced tracing method or Forward Chaining to determine Diponegoro University majoring in accordance with the interests of the students. This can be done by making questions like questionnaires with a variety of options to be able to know the interests of students. Forward Chaining is a method in the form of a strategy to predict or find the solution of a problem that starts with a set of known facts, then lower the new fact that the premise is based on the rule matches the known facts. The system is made to work on a desktop base with Visual Basic programming language, and the database used is Microsoft Access. The results of testing this systems shows that all the features contained in this system can work well, and are able to provide the appropriate department recommendations, as well as ranked by passing grade and information about majors contained in Diponegoro University to the users of intelligent systems is particularly students from high school.

Abstract

KKN Program is the activity which is done by student. The activities shall be conducted as part of the student learning activities. In practice, there is a problem in the management of KKN’s data, such as period data, district data, sub-district data, village data, Supervisor’s data (DPL), zoning data, area history data, KKN participant data, preparation of a valuation and not centralized data. One of them is KKN Program which is conducted by Diponegoro University. KKN Program will require an application to manage data in order to improve work efficiency and the smoothness of KKN Program. The application of KKN Data Processing Administration is a web-based application, created by use the PHP programming language within the scope of the Code Igniter Framework and MySQL database. The development method is done by use the waterfall method, whereas in the application design is using UML modeling. The results of this application design is the creation of a web-based application that can manage KKN data in the Diponegoro University, such as period data processing, district data, data sub-district, village data, Supervisor’s data (DPL), zoning data, KKN participant data, list of participants, and the value of area history data that has been used in previous KKN program.

Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin luasnya penerapan teknologi komputasi di sekitar kita, menjadikan informasi menjadi sangat mudah dan cepat untuk disebarkan. Kita dapat mengakses informasi dan data-data yang kita butuhkan dengan mudah. Namun permasalahan yang kita hadapi saat ini kerhasiaan informasi menjadi sangat riskan. Oleh karena itu Sistem keamanan merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengembangkan suatu sistem komputer hal ini lah yang menjadikan enkripsi dan dekripsi data menjadi hal yang penting. Modul rancangan IP Core ini dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Xilinx ISE Design Suite 12.4. Kemudian rancangan IP Core ini diimplementasikan pada papan Xilinx FPGA Spartan-3E XC3S500E-4FG320C dari keluarga Xilinx FPGA Spartan-3E dengan 500K sistem gerbang. Verifikasi fungsional dari IP Core yang dirancang menggunakan testbench dan simulasi diagram pewaktuan menggunakan aplikasi Xilinx ISE Simulator. Tugas akhir ini ditujukan untuk mengembangkan IP Core yang mampu menjalankan fungsi enkripsi DES (Data Encryption Standard) dan ditulis menggunakan bahasa Verilog. Implementasi algoritma enkripsi dan dekripsi algoritma DES telah berhasil dilakukan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sistem telah dapat melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi data sesuai dengan spesifikasi algoritma DES. Sebaiknya penelitian ini dikembangkan kembali dengan menguji sistem untuk melakukan transmisi data berupa file ataupun teks. Selain itu juga perlu meningkatkan unjuk kerja sistem dengan optimasi sumber daya dan kecepatan waktu proses pada perancangan rekonstruksi kode verilog.

Abstract

Digital signage is information boards migrate from conventional forms to digital form. Form of digital signage used in computer by connecting to monitor to display the information. Digital notice board (digital signage) puts a digital-based information services in one direction. Many digital signage applications appear with the development of information technology. Unfortunately, if used as a digital signage devices, the implementation of existing digital signage applications using a desktop computer is unefficient. Signage applications that developed to be implemented on a single board computers such as raspberry-pi is still rare. In that case, there are any idea to implement a mini computer raspberry-pi as digital signage devices. Mini computer raspberry-Pi was chosen because of its small size and power saving. so it can be efficient and flexible than a regular desktop computer. Forming of this thesis includes designing web server using PHP and MySQL and raspberry pi configuration. The results of this research is to implement digital signage in raspbeery pi that produce a web-based digital information boards that efficient and power saving.

Abstract

Nowadays, the mobility of people who travel to a place through road transportation is increasing, either private vehicle or public transportation services. By the high intensity of use the road transportation, especially the road transportation service in Semarang, in this cases are bus and travel, it makes the transportation service users often confused in determining transportation agency to be used, especially if user is in hurry. Therefore, transportation user need a mobile application that can provide bus or travel transportation agency locator services which nearby user location and provide destination route which is expected. The Bus and Travel agency – Based Applications Mobile Locator Using Dijkstra Method is the ultimate solution in the search of bus and travel agency in Semarang. The purpose of development this application is developing a search guidance system of bus and travel agency location which nearby user location that can provide an efficient route and save the time. The Bus and Travel agency – Based Applications Mobile Locator is implemented using ionic framework that runs on Android. Sqlite as the media storage of this, allows user to perform agency data management. In Addition, it is supported by the relevance of agency data which is obtained from Department of Transportation, Communication, and Information Central of Java and transportation magazine site. The use of Google Maps API supports search location using Dijkstra Method in search of bus and travel agency, that expected to facilitate the users find travel or bus agency as expected, and its information that’s already available.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu kedokteran mengalami kemajuan pesat yang ditandai dengan ditemukannya penyakit- penyakit tropis baru yang belum teridentifikasi sebelumnya. Para dokter ahli terus mencoba menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi penemuan baru dan selalu mencoba memberikan pelayanan terbaik terhadap para pasien. Kesehatan merupakan hal yang berharga bagi manusia, karena siapa saja dapat mengalami gangguan kesehatan. Anak sangat rentan terhadap kuman penyakit dan kurangnya kepekaan terhadap gejala suatu penyakit merupakan ketakutan tersendiri bagi orang tua, oleh sebab itu penulis membuat aplikasi sistem Pakar demam berdarah untuk membantu para orang tua dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit demam berdarah berdasarkan gejala. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat suatu penerapan metode untuk penyusunan laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang meliputi studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik pengembangan sistem perangkat lunak dilakukan dengan metode waterfall. Metode waterfall meliputi beberapa proses diantaranya definisi kebutuhan, analisis, design, coding, pengujian dan perawatan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian alpha dan betha, aplikasi yang dibangun sudah berjalan cukup maksimal, tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan dapat terjadi kesalahan dan kekurangan pada saat aplikasi digunakan. Hasil pengujian mampu membedakan jenis penyakit demam dengue, demam berdarah dengue da syok syndrome dengue. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, hasil pengujian alpha memberikan hasil bahwa aplikasi berjalan cukup maksimal tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan dapat terjadi kesalahan pada suatu aplikasi yang digunakan dan hasil pengujian betha adalah 67.00%.

Abstract

Maraknya tindak kejahatan yang dilakukan pada zaman sekarang membuat resah semua kalangan masyrakat. Salah satu tindak kejahatan yang sangat populer adalah pencurian yang dilakukan dengan cara memaksa masuk ke rumah. Kejahatan seperti ini tidak sepenuhnya terjadi karena niat jahat melainkan dapat terjadi karena kelalaian pemilik rumah yang lupa untuk mengunci pintu ataupun kurangnya keamanan yang dipasang dalam suatu rumah. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu memonitoring keadaan pintu, mengunci atau membuka pintu jarak jauh dan memberikan notifikasi bila ada pembobolan yaitu Aplikasi Pengendali Pintu Otomatis (APPO). APPO adalah aplikasi perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk mengontrol Doors Control System (DCS). Pembuataan aplikasi ini dengan menggunakan bahasa java dengan Eclipse. APPO ini akan menggunakan SMS sebagai pengiriman data dengan DCS. APPO akan mengirimkan SMS perintah dan mengartikan balasan yang diberkan oleh DCS dalam tampilan yang mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Hasil dari pembuatan Aplikasi Pengendali Pintu Otomatis ini adalah terwujudnya aplikasi yang dapat berkomunikasi dengan Sistem Pengendali Pintu yang telah terpasang pada pintu yang ditentukan. Aplikasi ini dapat melalukan control pintu dari jarak yang jauh untuk mengunci, membuka kunci pintu, mengecek status pintu dan memberikan alarm bila ada pembobolan.

Abstract

Until now, Diponegoro University has become one of the favorite State Univesity for Senior High school students to continuing education college. During this time existing information of boarding house around the Diponegoro University still conventional, there is no mobile device applications that provide information and location of boarding house. Based on this information, it should be made an application on android Operating System to search the location of the boarding house in Semarang. Design of Mobile Location Based Service Application for boarding house locations in Semarang Based Android, a client server application created by using the Java, PHP, jQuery and MySQL for database. Intake form of latitude and longitude coordinates utilize the GPS feature on the mobile device and will be shown on Google Maps APIs. The results of this application design is the realization of a application that can search the location of boarding house based on android operating system, with features that can help users find the position of the boarding house. The application can help boarding house owners to promote their boarding house information rooming in their possession to the user. The design also introduces application android application development using the Global Positioning System functions for user navigation.
