Abstract

Abstract, This paper intends to describe the conflict that occurred in Sierra Leone which resulted in the Complex Political Emergency (CPE) condition and the role of education in the peacebuilding process in Sierra Leone. This condition has reduced the Human Development Index in the country. In order to raise the Human Development Index in Sierra Leone, the conflict must end immediately. One of the ways to end the conflict is by doing peacebuilding. The peacebuilding process can be done through education. In addition, by increasing access to education or rebuilding the education system. The five roles of education in the peacebuilding process, namely: first, skills training that offers a new way of life apart from violence. Second, education protects children. Quality education will provide physical, psychosocial, and cognitive protection for children. Third, education helps rebuild 'normality' and self-confidence. Fourth, education helps restore social capital that has been lost and damaged by prolonged conflict. Fifth, education contributes to social transformation. Through the literature study method, this paper found that educational interventions in Sierra Leone have a positive impact on the peacebuilding process. Keywords: conflict, role of education, peacebuilding Abstrak, Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk menggambarkan konflik yang terjadi di Sierra Leone yang melahirkan kondisi Complex Political Emergencies (CPE) dan bagaimana peran pendidikan dalam proses peacebuilding di Sierra Leone. Di mana kondisi ini telah menurunkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Negara tersebut. Untuk dapat meningkatkan Indeks Pembangunana Manusia di Sierra Leone maka konflik harus segera diakhir. Salah satu cara untuk mengakhiri konflik adalah dengan melakukan peacebuilding. Proses peacebuilding dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan. Selain itu, dengan meningkatkan akses pendidikan atau membangun kembali sistem pendidikan. Lima peran pendidikan dalam proses peacebuilding, yaitu: pertama, pelatihan ketrampilan yang menawarkan jalan kehidupan baru selain kekerasan. Kedua, pendidikan melindungi anak-anak. kualitas pendidikan akan memberikan perlindungan fisikal, psikososial, dan juga kognitif bagi anak-anak. Ketiga, pendidikan membantu membangun kembali ‘normalitas’ dan kepercayaan diri. Keempat, pendidikan membantu untuk memperbaiki modal sosial yang hilang dan rusak akibat konflik yang berkepanjangan. Kelima, pendidikan berkontribusi pada transformasi sosial. Melalui metode studi kepustakaan, tulisan ini menemukan bahwa intervensi pendidikan di Sierra Leone memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses peacebuilding. Kata kunci: konflik, peran pendidikan, pembangunan perdamaian

Abstract

Abstract, The issue of waste is now an issue that requires more attention for the world. How not today's garbage becomes the biggest contributor to environmental damage to the world. With this, solutions are needed to solve the problem of waste that becomes environmental damage, one of which is by doing waste management again in order to reduce environmental damage. As is done in Indonesia, especially in DKI Jakarta Province which should do good waste management in order to reduce environmental damage that will impact people's lives such as flood disasters and so on. In this study discussed how the role of the DKI Jakarta government in managing waste to reduce the quantity of waste that can lead to environmental damage. And how to implement regional regulations of DKI Jakarta on waste management in DKI Jakarta. Keywords: Management, garbage, problematica, DKI Jakarta, Government Abstrak, Persoalan sampah saat ini menjadi persoalan yang membutuhkan perhatian yang lebih bagi dunia. Bagaimana tidak saat ini sampah menjadi penyumbang kerusakan lingkungan terbesar bagi dunia. Dengan adanya hal tersebut maka diperlukan solusi untuk memecahkan persoalan sampah yang menjadi kerusakan lingkungan, salah satunya adalah dengan cara melakukan pengelolaan sampah kembali agar dapat mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan. Seperti halnya yang dilakukan di Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang seharusnya melakukan pengelolaan sampah yang baik agar dapat mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan yang akan berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat seperti bencana banjir dan sebagainya. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas bagaimana peran pemerintah DKI Jakarta melakukan pengelolaan sampah untuk mengurangi kuantitas sampah yang dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan. Serta bagaimana pengimplementasian peraturan daerah DKI Jakarta tentang pengelolaan sampah di DKI Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Sampah, Problematika, DKI Jakarta, Pemerintah

Abstract

Abstract, Today’s service is a fundamental need for every human being. Therefore, the government must provide effective and efficient public services for the citizen to fulfill all their interests. The government strives to implement information technology-based services to achieve excellent services. The purpose of this research is to determine the success of the implementation of information technology-based governance, especially in Surakarta City. This type of research is qualitative with a case study design. The implementation of information technology-based governance in the city of Surakarta can be said to be quite successful seen from the provision of services and responses to the citizen. Keywords: Services, technology-based governance, implementation  Abstrak, Pelayanan saat ini merupakan kebutuhan yang fundamental bagi setiap manusia. Maka dari itu pemerintah harus menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien bagi masyarakat agar terpenuhi segala kepentingannya. Pemerintah mengupayakan untuk menerapkan pelayanan berbasis teknologi informasi guna tercapainya pelayanan yang prima. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan pemerintahan berbasis teknologi informasi khususnya di Kota Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan berbasis teknologi informasi di Kota Surakarta dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil dilihat dari penyediaan layanan dan tanggapan kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan, teknologi informasi, pelaksanaan

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to find out; 1) Does the evaluation of public policies have an influence on the implementation of the national program of urban independent community empowerment in Mekarjaya Village, Depok City 16411. 2) How much influence does the evaluation of public policies have on the implementation of the national program of urban independent community empowerment in Mekarjaya Village, Depok City 16411. The research method used is quantitative research. The results of the validity and reliability test show that the results obtained are greater than the specified value (validity 0.30 and reliability 0.60), so it can be said that the data is valid and the instrument is reliable. From simple regression analysis, it is known that the value of R. Squere is 13.40%, this shows that the effect of the implementation of the national urban community empowerment program is determined by the independent variable, namely the evaluation of public policies, while the rest is influenced by other factors not observed in this study. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that the evaluation of public policies has an impact on the implementation of the national program for empowering urban independent communities in Mekarjaya Village, Depok City 16411 Keywords: Public Policy Evaluation, Implementation of the National Urban Community Empowerment Program       Abstrak, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; 1) Apakah  evaluasi kebijakan publik memiliki pengaruh  terhadap pelaksanaan program nasional  pemberdayaan masyarakat mandiri perkotaan di Kelurahan Mekarjaya Kota Depok 16411. 2) Seberapa besar pengaruh evaluasi kebijakan publik terhadap pelaksanaan program nasional  pemberdayaan masyarakat mandiri perkotaan di Kelurahan Mekarjaya Kota Depok 16411. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif.  Hasil uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas diketahui bahwa hasil yang didapat lebih besar dari nilai yang ditentukan (Validitas 0,30 dan Reliabilitas 0,60 ) maka dapat dikatakan datanya valid dan instrumennya reliabel.   Dari analisis regresi sederhana diketahui nilai R.Squere sebesar 13,40 %, hal ini menunjukan bahwa   pengaruh pelaksanaan program nasional  pemberdayaan masyarakat mandiri perkotaan  ditentukan oleh variabel bebas yaitu evaluasi kebijakan publik, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. Setelah melakukan penelitian maka dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa evaluasi kebijakan publik berpengruh terhadap pelaksanaan program nasional  pemberdayaan masyarakat mandiri perkotaan di Kelurahan Mekarjaya Kota Depok 16411 Kata kunci : Evaluasi Kebijakan Publik, Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to determine the implementation of the Transjakarta Cares public service in increasing the accessibility of persons with disabilities in the DKI Jakarta area. This research uses qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Transjakarta Cares public service in increasing the accessibility of persons is carried out. As seen in the standard and objective indicators, organizational characteristics, resources, social and economic conditions, attitudes of the implementers and organizational communications that support the implementation of the Transjakarta Cares service. The implementation of the Transjakarta Cares service is supported by good coordination, public support from both the government, the private sector and people with disabilities as service users. In addition, the implementation of this service is also supported by skilled and skilled human resources in providing services. However, the implementation of this service also faces obstacles, namely inadequate facility resources, namely the service car unit. Keywords: Public Service, Transjakarta Cares, Policy Implementation Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dari layanan publik Transjakarta Cares dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas penyandang disabilitas di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi layanan publik Transjakarta Cares dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas penyandang dilaksanakan. Sebagaimana terlihat pada indiaktor  standar dan tujuan, karakteristik organisasi, sumber daya, kondisi sosial dan ekonomi, sikap para pelaksana serta komunikasi organisasi yang mendukung pelaksanaan implementasi layanan Transjakarta Cares tersebut. Pelaksanaan layanan Transjakarta Cares ini didukung oleh koordinasi yang baik, dukungan publik baik dari pemerinytah, swasta maupun penyandang disabilitas sebagai pengguna layanan. Selain itu pelaksanaan layanan ini juga didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan cekatan dalam memberikan pelayanan. Namun, pegimplementasian layanan ini juga mendapatkan hambatan yakni kurang memadainya sumber daya fasilitas yakni unit mobil pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Layanan Publik, Transjakarta Cares, Implementasi Kebijakan
