Abstract

The focus of the PTK problem is "Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes Through the Application of Media Reciprocal Learning Models with Ball Balls for the IX Class Semester Students of Basketball Games in the Middle School 21 Surabaya Middle School." The formulation of the problem in this study are: Is the ball media and reciprocal / reciprocal learning model able to improve sports learning outcomes in basketball games, so that overall able to achieve the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). This classroom action research was conducted in conjunction with the lecturer practice program at the Surabaya 21st Junior High School. Previously it was preceded by observation for two days. The research procedure uses planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. Data collection techniques with test and observation methods, and the tools used during the study were ball media, field, basket basket, observation sheet. Data analysis technique with percentage formula. The results of the study are as follows: Average values ​​(Mean) are all above the KKM value which is equal to 70 and the average value is 75.5. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the formative evaluation developed by the teacher so it is known whether the evaluation form developed is based on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The subjects of this study were High School Students of SDN Kuwonharjo 2, Academic Year 2018/2019 UPTD Takeran District, Magetan Regency. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative approach. The data of this study were obtained from formative question documents developed by SDN Kuwonharjo 2 teachers. Based on the overall results of the formative evaluation analysis, it showed that the evaluation forms that were made had not yet demonstrated Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). All questions are still at the C1 and C2 levels so this is an ingredient to make improvements in terms of planning to make a minimum evaluation form at the C4 level.

Abstract

Students' experience in solving problems through discovery is a prerequisite for students' critical and analytical thinking in constructing their learning outcomes, so that a knowledge system process will be formed in their students' memories that is ready to be reused when such knowledge is needed. Less optimal student learning outcomes are caused by several factors, one of which is the low attention and lack of concentration of students in following mathematics learning. Teachers often provide lessons in the form of lectures and questions and answers, so students are less motivated to develop creative thinking skills in solving problems. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an increase in student mathematics learning outcomes after the implementation of problem based learning learning models. This type of research is classroom action research with two cycles, where each cycle consists of activities of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data retrieval is carried out by a written test on two linear variables. This research was conducted in class VIII-F of SMP Negeri 22 Surabaya with 32 students.

Abstract

The purpose of this class action research is to improve the understanding of the concept of operating the fraction number in class 7E students of SMP Negeri 36 Surabaya by using semi-concrete media and analogies. The subjects of this class action research were 7E grade students of SMP Negeri 36 Surabaya, amounting to 40 students. The subjects implementing the action were the researchers and the subjects who helped the implementers were mathematics teachers and principals. Data is collected through tests and documentation. Descriptive qualitative data analysis with percentage of student learning outcomes. The results of this class action research are (1) Planning, (2) Implementation (action), (3) Observation (observation) and (4) Reflection. From the results of the classroom action research conducted by the researcher, the results obtained by increasing the completeness of learning outcomes are from 40% to 77.5% after the classroom action research cycle

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is a skill that is really needed by someone in solving problems, but everyone has a different creative way of thinking because everyone has various types of personality. The purpose of this study was to describe the analysis of students' creative thinking in solving contextual mathematics problems in terms of sanguine, choleric, melancholy, and phlegmatic personality types. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research subjects are four students of class VII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Krembung. Each personality type is represented by one subject. The data obtained in this study are personality test results, contextual problem solving test results, and interview data. The data obtained were analyzed by describing the components of creative thinking, namely fluency, flexibility, and novelty. The research results were obtainedphlegmatic and melancholy personality types understand the problem and the information at hand, reveal what is known and asked, and can generate diverse and different ideas. Meanwhile, sanguine and choleric personality types have not been able to generate diverse and different ideas. Phlegmatic and melancholy personality types are able to fulfill fluency, flexibility, and novelty components, sanguinis personality types have not been able to fulfill fluency, flexibility, and novelty components, whereas choleric personality types are only able to fulfill fluency components.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the mathematical disposition profile of students with high mathematical abilities in solving contextual problems. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques in this study were subject selection tests, mathematical disposition tests, interviews. The results of data analysis showed: subjects with high mathematical abilities in solving contextual questions showed aspects of self-confidence, flexibility, resilient teeth, and curiosity. With these results it can be drawn a statement that mathematical dispositions must always be instilled in students in every implementation of mathematics learning. In addition, the teacher's attitude in learning mathematics must be able to reflect the various characteristics of mathematical dispositions to be emulated by students.

Abstract

Tense feelings that are present when students solve problems in mathematics are called mathematics anxiety. In the 2013 curriculum students are required to be able to solve HOTS questions, in this case students must have ability to work on mathematic problems namely mathematics ability. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of students' mathematical anxiety classified with the level of mathematical ability of students. The type of this research is a descriptive research with using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the 2019/2020 school year at SMP Negeri 1 Tanggulangin in class VII 3. Subjects were determined randomly by distributing HOTS type test questions, then students were given a math anxiety questionnaire. Data analysis in this research includes: observation, data processing, drawing conclusions of students' mathematical abilities and anxiety. The results of this research showed that each level of mathematical ability of students has a tendency to vary indicators of mathematics anxiety when solving HOTS type problems, namely high mathematical ability has low mathematical anxiety, moderate mathematical anxiety has moderate mathematical anxiety, and low mathematical ability has high mathematical anxiety.

Abstract

Audio visual media using the power point program is a learning resource that can be used as a learning medium in schools, especially in science subjects, the subject of grouping living things. Based on the results of observations made by developers at SMP Negeri 20 Malang, it turns out that the teacher only uses textbooks as the only learning medium. For this reason, developers make alternative problem solvers by developing power point media as a learning medium. The purpose of developing this power point media is to assist teachers in the teaching and learning process in order to achieve predetermined learning objectives. Also as a medium that can attract students' attention in learning activities so that students can be motivated. From the validation results show; 1) validation of media experts shows results of 80%, 2) validation of material experts shows results of 93.75%, 3) while in class validation shows results of 80.15% based on the above research shows that the power point which is developed has high validity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Indonesia melalui media audio visual berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas 2018 tahun akademik 2019/2020 Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data terdiri atas narasumber ketua program studi, dosen dan mahasiswa. Sumber dokumen berupa kurikulum, rencana pembelajaran semester, rancangan program perkuliahan, serta tempat dan aktivitas pembelajaran. Validitas data dilakukan dengan teknik trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini : (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dimulai dengan menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang meliputi rencana pembelajaran semester dan rancangan program perkuliahan. Penggunaan media pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan kemampuan akhir yang diharapkan. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan penyampaian materi pembelajaran dan pemberian penugasan membuat media secara berkelompok. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran meliputi penilaian diskusi dan penilaian hasil penugasan.Kata kunci: Sejarah Kebudayaan Indonesia, Media audio visual, Kearifan lokal

Abstract

One aspect of the 2013 curriculum that needs to be improved is textbooks. Textbooks play a role in helping teachers deliver material and can assist students in supporting the material presented by the teacher. The reality in the field is that teachers are reluctant to use students' mathematics textbooks including the 2017 revised edition of class viii semester 1 mathematics books. This is because there are still some errors and also books are still difficult for some students to understand. The purpose of this study was to analyze the errors contained in the mathematics books of class viii students regarding relations and functions. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive research design. The validity of the data used data triangulation and referential adequacy. The results showed that there were still 6 concept errors, 2 image errors and 15 writing errors. From these findings, it can be said that the quality of this book is not yet optimal and that there is a need for improvement so that it fits the original purpose of making the book.
