Abstract

Viral marketing is amarketing technique by using social networks (in the form of video, games, music, pictures and text)is then the productor service maybe forwarded viae-mail services, multimedia and social media. The purpose of research is to analyze the effect of providing information to the viral marketing acceptance, accessing content on viral marketing acceptance, sharing content to the viral marketing acceptance, sharing content with respect to providing information, sharing content for accessing content, risk acceptance towards providing information, risk acceptance of accesing conten, personal attachment against providing personal information, sharing content, attacment against attacment against sharing personal content.Consumers who have researched social networking such as facebook as a sample. Primary data collected through sampling techniques and with the help of a questionnaire. Analysis (SEM) with AMOS software was used to test the hypothesis.Results of testing has been done, it can be inferred that there was a positive influence in the viral marketing activity between providing information with viral marketing acceptance, accessing content with viral marketing acceptance, sharing content with viral marketing acceptance, sharing content with providing information, sharing content with accessing content, risk acceptance by providing information, risk acceptance by accesing content, personal attachment by providing information, accesing content by accesing content , personal attachment to sharing content Keyword: viral marketing, social media, the internet

Abstract

This research aims to know the strategy  of the central government and local in the face of MEA 2015. By knowing the strategy of the central government and local Indonesian society is expected to be able to prepare themselves to face MEA 2015. This study used a descriptive analytical and literature study with secondary data which source books, journals, literature, reports and official information from ASEAN secretary in  Jakarta or other sources obtained from the internet related to the above theme.  Strategy and preparation Indonesia in order to deal with liberalization of the system applied ASEAN still less than optimal. But Indonesia with potential resources abundant have brought the movement to a more advanced again. This is evidenced by the growing recognition of international environmental  against the existence of Indonesia on a positive track. Abstract

The training program at a company is required to improve the quality of work that affect the achievement of objectives of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of research conducted by PT Neyda RIZKI in implementing employee training programs at every new and old employees to get to know their work areas. The research method that I use is the method of observation / interview, and literature. Based on observations and interviews at the Human Resource Development Division of PT Neyda RIZKI training starts from the planning stages to the training evaluation training. This type of training is used for new employee orientation, training methods on the job training and of the job training for new employees and old employees that provide benefits for companies and employees to achieve results or targets satisfactory work. The training provided is Leadership, Decision Making, Safety Awareness, Excellent Service, Taxation, Computer Organization Development and Filing. Until recently conducted a training program on Human Resource Development division goes well and smoothly. Training is the best way to provide the skills and mastery of work in the field of their work. Good training can have a positive impact in identifying and improving the quality of work of each employee.  Keywords: Employee Training

Abstract

Hospital at this time in the form of systems utilizing information technology support, with the a im to facilitate the activities, one of which is Pengayoman Cipinang Hospital. Hospital system in Pengayoman Cipinang still a stand-alone system, separate, and the scopeis limited to the organization al unit that is less supportive use of hospital services. To over come this, the design is made of information technology architecture as a referral hospital for the construction of integrated information systems. This study is the proposal for information technology governance Pengayoman Cipinang Hospital as a referral for Pengayoman Hospital Cipinang to eliminate the difference of both the existing situation and reaching a state of the target architecture. As one of the agencies engaged in health, have not been fullyable to provide complete informations o as to develop an information system that refers to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the field of health care is necessary to design a good information system architecture. Abstract

Role of the newly formed state is very strategic. Analysis is done to manage the assignment of functional personnel and employee payroll and perform pattern in accordance with existing procedures. National Agency for Border Management is in the auspices of the Departmentof the Interior as the agency that handles strategic territorial borders of the Republic of Indonesia. Analysis of internal controls related to the payroll system supporting staff(other than civil servants, recruited from the general public) to manage general administration in accordance with applicable regulations where the process of collecting data through interviews, observations and literature. Results achieved BNPP RI is sufficient and successfully implement functional process payroll with good internal control. Grooves and patterns are part of the groove payroll administration managed to smooth operation of supporting staff. Keywords: Internal Control, SupportingStaff, BNPPRI, personnel.

Abstract

Improving the quality of services offered by the company to the attention of management. This is because the quality of service can be used as a tool to achieve competitiveadvantage.  The purpose of this study conducted to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction on restaurant My Bento japanese Fast food. This study uses primary data by conducting research directly in the field with data collection techniques are used questionnaires or sheet statement to the 100 respondents, and secondary data that can support the research, are for methods of analysis and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. Based on the coefficient of determination can be concluded that the effect of service quality on satisfaction at fast-food restaurants My Bento . Based on calculations with simple linear regression formula obtained results Y = 0.575X + 5.028 and hypothesis test results of 17 989 t-test and t-table 1.66, then so determination obtained yield was 76.50%. Based on these results it can be concluded that significant. Significant here means Ha Ho accepted and rejected, which means there is the influence of the variable x (quality of service) of the variable y (customer satisfaction) and Quality of Service makes an influence on consumer satisfaction was 76.50% while the rest of 23:50% obtained by other factors or variables that is unknown and is not included in this regression analysis. Abstract

In the process of teaching and learning in schools is very necessary motivation to make students feel excited in Belaja. Needs encouragement or motive to perform certain actions, where it is believed that if the deed has been done, then the equilibrium state was reached and there arose perassan satisfied within the individual. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence on the perception of learning motivation learning method to learning achievement IPS students. These results indicate that there is significant influence learning motivation and perception of the teaching methods together towards achievement of social studies students, a significant difference between achievement motivation toward social studies students and a significant difference between the perceptions of the learning method of learning achievement IPS students. Keywords: Motivation, Perception of Learning Methods and Learning Achievement IPS
