Abstract

In educational organizations , teachers are individuals who have an important role schools , because they directly face to face with the learners . A teacher in relation to the task of education and serving students primarily in teaching and learning absolutely must have a mastery of the material and technical teaching . Only qualified and professional teachers who can make it all through a service that he gave to his students.That " Teachers who prioritize service to students ( to please and satisfy students ) is not enough to know about teaching but he would carry it out as well as possible " . To measure how much and how far the task performed better views of the quality and quantity of the required standard , the standard of which is the direction of teacher performance , benchmark or measure in the performance of duties of teachers . Teacher performance standard itself still raises some perceptions of the school community consisting of : principals, teachers , students , parents , and supervisors.A standard is a form of employment size .Teacher performance standards in effect is a form of measurement or standard that can indicate the amount and quality of work expected to be produced in order to meet the needs of teachers of students . Moving on from this, the study uses a quantitative approach was performed in order to determine teachers' perceptions of Supervision and Supervising Principal With Teacher Performance .The population for the purposes of this study selected public elementary school in East Jakarta Morning Balekambang 03 While the sample is a teacher . The result shows that teachers' perceptions about supervision services impact the learning had hoped , among other things teachers should pay attention to the quality or the quality of teaching by first holding teaching program planning and then do well in the form of learning .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tinjauan yuridis terhadap putusan MA Nomor 295/Pdt.sus-PHI/2015 yang tidak mempertimbangkan putusan MK Nomor 19/PUU-IX/2011 yang bersifat mengikat dan final (2) apa akibat putusan MA yang tidak mempertimbangkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif. Menurut Jhony Ibrahim, metode pendekatan yuridis normatif adalah suatu prosedur ilmiah untuk menemukan kebenaran berdasarkan logika keilmuan hukum dan sisi normatifnya. logika keilmuan yang ajeg dalam penelitian hukum normatif dibangun berdasarkan disiplin ilmiah dan cara-cara kerja ilmu normatif, yaitu ilmu hukum yang objeknya hukum itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan, penulis menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 19/PUU-IX/2011 bersifat final dan binding dan mengikat setiap orang (erga omnes) karena judicial review merupakan pengujian yang bersifar abstrak dan mengikat umum dan bertujuan untuk tegakknya Konstitusi, Karenanya mengikat setiap orang termasuk Mahkamah Agung dan badan peradilan di bawahnya. Oleh karena itu berpengaruh bagi setiap pengadilan untuk mempertimbangkan, mengadili, dan memutus dengan memperhatikan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi demi tegakknya prinsip-prinsip hak asasi manusia. Tidak mempertimbangkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi sama dengan tidak mempertimbangkan Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945. Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai penafsir, penjaga dan pengawal konstitusi terlepas bagaimana komentar dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tersebut. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tersebut merepresentasikan hakikat Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945 sebagai sumber hukum tertinggi. Ketika putusan hakim Mahkamah Agung tidak mempertimbangkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi sama saja putusan hakim Mahkamah Agung  itu tidak mempertimbangkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 sehingga dapat dikatakan putusan hakim itu inkonstitusional. Dengan tidak mempertimbangkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi ini akan mengakibatkan kekacauan hukum dalam negara hukum yang menganut sistem hukum civil law seperti Indonesia.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya persaingan usaha pada perusahaan roti menyebabkan perusahaan harus selalu meningkatkan mutu/kualitas produknya. Pemenuhan permintaan konsumen terhadap produk yang baik, membuat perusahaan harus selalu menjaga mutu, disamping harga yang sesuai dengan psikologis konsumen. Dalam industri roti, terutama roti bun, terdapat bebarapa hal yang dianggap reject produksi, diantaranya adanya bintik hitam, guratan putih, dan permukaan yang pecah pada bawah roti. Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (MMT) merupakan strategi yang digunakan perusahaan agar perusahaan menjadi efektif dengan keunggulan kompetitif.  MMT akan mempengaruhi seluruh kegiatan, baik di dalam maupun di luar organisasi, mulai pemasok sampai dengan konsumen. Di dalam MMT, terdapat delapan langkah MMT dan beberapa alat MMT yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan reject roti bun tersebut .

Abstract

Rapid organizational development is possible thanks to the support of various other fields such as in the field of transportation technology, communication, computerization, and others. In this case, if the training is said to be an organization then it is necessary. Where the training itself is an institution engaged in education and training in order to improve the quality of Human Resources in accordance with the required performance indicators within an organization. For that, the existence of training in an organization is expected to form a good attitude as well as having the skills and skills in carrying out its duties in accordance with the position.

Abstract

Abstract – A good corporate funding decision can be seen from its capital structure. The optimal capital structure is a combination of debt and equity that will maximize company performance. This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability, Company Size, Corporate Growth and Asset Structure either partially or simultaneously to the capital structure of manufacturing companies of food and beverage sub sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015.The data used in this research is secondary data sourced from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the samples studied amounted to 7 companies from the population of 14 companies. Technik data analysis used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test and f test.The results of this study indicate that partially (1) Profitability has an effect on and negative to Capital Structure, (2) Company Size has no effect and negative to Capital Structure, (3) Company Growth has no effect and positive to Capital Structure, (4) influential and positive to Capital Structure. And simultaneously Profitability, Size Company, Growth Firms and Asset Structures together affect the Capital Structure.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Company Size, Corporate Growth, Asset Structure

Abstract

The Government has conducted variety efforts to address the needs and problems of housing, among other things through the Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (known by its Indonesian acronym BSPS). BSPS  encourage the community to be able to build  the House or re-improvement the house being livable. Regional Management Consultant known KMW is responsible as supervisors so that the implementation of the activities of the BSPS in accordance with quantitative and also kuaitatif target. This research is qualitative research conducted from March to December 2017 in West Kalimantan province. The data is obtained through a written report or an interview directly with the all parties involved in activities of the BSPS in West Kalimantan. The research found that monitoring and control functions has encouraged the activities of the BSPS in West Kalimantan was completed on time and get the House habitable as expected. Nevertheless some recommendations are made for improvements to the implementation of the activities as well as the monitoring process in the coming year.

Abstract

Iklan merupakan bagian penting dalam pemasaran produk dan salah satu cara khusus dalam memperkenalkan atau mempromosikan produk kepada konsumen. Saat ini Iklan saat ini sangat berperan dalam mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Iklan oleh perusahaan digunakan untuk menarik minat konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Apartemen Meikarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan konsumen dan pembeli apartemen meikarta sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 pembeli Apartemen Meikarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Iklan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Apartemen Meikarta Kata Kunci: Apartemen Meikarta, Iklan, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe quality of public services is the extent to which a public facility (public) in providing services to the public. The government is required to provide quality public services. Society can be satisfied from service apparatus (government) only oriented to total customer satisfaction. In providing quality services to the community in this case the customers who come, Cilodong District Office of Depok City has a goal to create optimal service so that people feel comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. The executor of the public service department at the Cilodong District Office, Depok City is always swift in providing services to customers, proved the quality of services provided to customers positively affect the satisfaction of the community. Can be seen from the regression line that Y = 10,658 + 0,745X this indicates that existence of positive and strong influence between public service and customer satisfaction. And based on the calculation of the correlation of 0.745 or 74.5% which shows the strong and positive relationship between the quality of public service to the satisfaction of the community or the customer.  Keywords: Public Service, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The users of Commuter Jabodetabek Train services are increased from year to year. However, this increase is not supported by the enhancement in the maximum service quality by PT. KAI Commuter Jabodetabek as sole organizer of Jabodetabek railway services. Maintaining customer loyalty is one of the good steps that can be applied by PT. KAI Commuter Jabodetabek.  Hence, PT. KAI Commuter Jabodetabek is expected to be able to know what factors which can increase customer loyalty and also evaluate the factors that can decrease the level of customer loyalty, which can lead to better performance in order to achieve customer loyalty. Therefore, this research discusses about how Service Quality affects the Customer Loyalty of Jabodetabek Commuter Train’s users in Bogor Station. The design of this study is quantitative methods by making a regression test. The result shows that Quality of Service has a significance value of 0.003 which indicates that Service Quality positively and significantly affects the Customer Loyalty of Jabodetabek Commuter Train’s users in Bogor Station. Thus, to improve the Customer Loyalty  of PT. KAI Commuter Jabodetabek, the company must improve the quality of its services.

Abstract

Proses penjualan dan pengiriman barang merupakan hal-hal yang harus mendapat perhatian khusus, karena kedua proses ini langsung bersentuhan dengan pelanggan. Jika proses penjualan dan pengiriman barang sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan, maka hal tersebut akan memuaskan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, pelanggan diharapkan melakukan pembelian ulang, yang akhirnya meningkatkan jumlah penjualan perusahaan. Dalam kaitannya dengan proses penjualan dan pengiriman barang tersebut, penulis melakukan sebuah penelitian dengan judul  Proses Penjualan dan Pengiriman Barang Kepada Pelanggan Pada CV Makeindo Jakarta. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada proses penjualan dan pengiriman barang oleh CV Makeindo keadaan Maret – Oktober 2017. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil  penelitian adalah proses penjualan dan pengiriman barang kepada pelanggan pada CV Makeindo Jakarta pada periode Agustus - Oktober 2017 sudah cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari proses penjualan dan pengiriman barang yang efisien dan efektif  serta jumlah penjualan barang di  CV Makeindo Jakarta pada periode Agustus - Oktober 2017 lebih banyak dari periode Maret –Juli 2017. Kata Kunci: Penjualan barang , Pengiriman Barang, Pelanggan
