The effectiveness of health education of breasfeeding preparation on primigravida motherâs motivation to provide exclusivation Agustina, Ika

Abstract: Exclusive breastfeeding is the pure one without additional fluids, either formula, water orange juice or other supplementary foods before reaching the age of six month. Giving breasfeeding is very benefical for baby, mother, family, and country. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of health education on breasfeeding preparation of mother âs motivation to provide exclusive breasfeeding. The type of the study used pre-experimental design. The populastion used in this study was 15 primi- gravida motherâs. The sample was 15 respondents taken by Consecutive sampling technique. The instrumen used questionnaire sheet. The statistical test used Paired Sample t Test. The results showed that the motivation of mother primigravida after being given health education become strong motivation equal to 40%. The resulth of analysis using Paired Sample t Test Test showed the value of p value=0,000, so p value=0,000 <0,05 or significant, it meant that there was an effect of health education of breasfeeding preparation to motivate primigravida mothers to give exclusive breasfeeding. Based on the results of the study is expected to primigravida mothersâs to improve health education in the preparation of breasfeeding and to health workers further increase the primigravida mother âs mitigation to provide exclusive ation to achieve exclusive ation success.Keywords: Motivation, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Benefits

PEMANFAATAN POS PEMBINAAN TERPADU (POSBINDU) PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR (PTM) PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI Fuadah, Dina Zakiyyatul; Rahayu, Naning Furi

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) merupakan penyakit yang tidak terdeteksi karena tidak bergejala dan tidak ada keluhan. Biasanya ditemukan dalam tahap lanjut sehingga sulit disembuhkan dan berakhir dengan kecacatan atau kematian dini. Untuk mencegah angka tersebut maka pemerintah mencanangkan program POSBINDU PTM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan penderita hipertensi dengan pemanfaatan Pos Pembinaan Terpadu (POSBINDU) PTM di desa Banaran wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kauman. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi korelasi, dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah penderita hipertensi yang masuk sebagai anggota pro- gram POSBINDU PTM di desa Banaran wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kauman sebanyak 30 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penge- tahuan penderita hipertensi tentang POSBINDU PTM dalam kategori cukup. Pemanfaatan POSBINDU PTM oleh responden memiliki kategori cukup. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik Rho Spearman dengan tingkat kesalahan = 0,05didapatkan nilai signifikan (P Value ) 0,004 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat hubungan pengetahuan penderita hipertensi dengan pemanfaatan POSBINDU PTM. Peningkatan derajat kesehatan dapat diupayakan melalui peningkatan pemanfaatan pelayanan POSBINDU PTM di setiap wilayah binaan puskesmas, selain itu peran serta tenaga kesehatan serta kader sangat diperlukan untuk lebih mensosialisasikan tentang POSBINDU PTM ke masyarakat khususnya penderita penyakit tidak menular.ÃÂ Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Hipertensi, Pemanfaatan Pos Pembinaan Terpadu (POSBINDU) Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM).

PENGARUH FAMILY PSIKOEDUKASI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN SELF CARE DALAM MERAWAT ANAK THALASEMIA Ulfa, Ana Farida; Hasyim, Masruroh

Thalasemia adalah penyakit kronis yang mengarah pada beberapa masalah, yang melibatkan aspek biologis, psikologis, sosial dan spiritual. Pengasuh memainkan peran penting untuk mengadvokasi keluarga. Sementara itu, keluarga bertindak sebagai pengambil keputusan untuk menjaga kesehatan anggota keluarga. Selain itu, mereka harus mempertahankan anggota mereka, dalam hal perawatan diri. Selanjutnya mengenai peran keluarga dalam menjaga kesehatan para anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre- eksperimental dan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasinya adalah keluarga dengan anak thalas- semic di RSUD Daerah Jombang. Jumlah total sampling adalah 14 keluarga. Intervensi keluarga psiko- pendidikan diberikan dalam lima sesi. Sesi pertama adalah pertemuan dengan keluarga yang anaknya menderita thalassemia. Sementara itu, sesi keempat dan kelima digunakan untuk mengunjungi keluarga. Selanjutnya, intervensi diberikan dalam satu atau dua minggu setelah kunjungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan perawatan diri keluarga yang diukur oleh keluarga APGAR. Oleh karena itu, dapat direkomendasikan bahwa intervensi keluarga Psiko-pendidikan adalah salah satu intervensi yang digunakan untuk mencari anak-anak dengan thalasemia kronis.ÃÂ Kata kunci: Intervensi keluarga psiko-pendidikan, perawatan diri keluarga

DOTS strategy is a short-term treatment guide with direct supervision by supervisor taking medicine for tuberculosis patients. Supervisors should know, understand, and be able to distinguish between mild and severe side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs. The failure of Tb treatment depends on supervisor taking medicine. Currently, never been known the perception of supervisor taking medicine about tuberculosis medication side effect. The purpose of the study to know the perception of the supervisor taking medicine about side effects for clients Tb treatment program in Blitar City. The research design used a descriptive. These result studies show the perception supervisor taking medicine about the side effects as much as 54.5% is the right category and as much as 45.5% is the wrong category. The right category perception may be the supervisor taking medicine ever receive information of tuberculosis medication side effect at the public health center while take a drug. Recommendations for health workers are providing appropriate information to the supervisor taking medicine can be improved with technique counseling and training so that improve knowledge and expertise in the management of medication side effects.Â Keywords: perceptions, supervisor taking medicine, Tuberculosis
