Abstract

Familiarize yourself observing breast awareness is a part of a womans body. In this way, even the smallest defects which can be found and active measures for treatment can be started as early as possible. Method: The research design was pre eksperimental design. With the approach of one group pretest-posttest design. The sample are 100 student of SMKN 3 Blitar City, it was choosen using simple random sampling technique. The data was collected by questionnaire. Result : Based on statistical tests Paired T Test obtained sig = 0.000. This shows 0.000 <0.05 that the presence of the above found that the pvalue (0,000) <0.05, it can be concluded that there are significant health education on the attitudes of young women. Discussion : Young women more active to increase the knowledge by obtaining information about reproductive health care, especially on the breast it self.

Abstract

The first solid food given after pulverized to form liquid but more filling than milk. Breastfed babies do not need solid foods before they are 6 months old. If baby food other than breastmilk companion early on (before the age of 6 months) it will increase the risk of diarrheal diseases and other infections. Method : Research design was Pre-Experimental One-Group Pre-test-post test design. Research sample 28 respondents at Children Care District Sanankulon Regency Village Bendowulung Blitar, its choosed with total sampling. Data collected by questionnaire. Analysis using Wilcoxon. Result : The results showed Berdasarkan uji statistik Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai sig = 0,005. Discussion : Based on the results of these studies are expected to respondents to be more active in improving the understanding of complementary feeding through electronic mass media and so respondents can improve the provision of complementary feeding in children aged 0-6 months.

Abstract

Midwifery care is pregnancy health education courses in midwifery in order to get the optimalresult required an innovative learning models. There are many models of learning one is Problem basedlearning.Thus researchers want to analyze the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning in Pregnancyon Obstetrical Care learning Diploma Program. This research were done in STIKes Patria HusadaBlitar, On 25 February until march 8 th 2014.Methode: The research use kuantitatif approach, Trueexperimental. Population and sampel is student in college third semesters. Amount of 38 student,divideinto 2 groups, choice in random. Independent Variable Problem Based learning, Dependent Variableparticipation learning.Result:The results showed there was a significant influenced beetwen pre n postof leraning participate.

Abstract

Midwifery student were lack of motivation and confidence. Though both of these were the most important thing to be possessed by the student of midwifery as the preparation for the exams because this midwifery student will become the health care employee especially women. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between motivation and self-efficacy with physical examination  test  result.  This  study  was  observational  analitic  study  using  cross-sectional approach.  The  sampel  was  34  3rd  grade  students  in  D  III  Midwivery  Department  on  STIKes Patria  Husada  Blitar,  using  total  sampling.  The  dependent  variable  was  the  physical examination test result, while the independent variables were motivation and self efficacy. The data  was  analyzed  using  multiple  linear  regression  model.  1)  There  were  positive  correlation and  statistically  significant  between  motivation  and  test  result  of  a  physical  examination (b=0.35;  CI  95%  0.043  s.d.  0.65;  p  =  0.027).  2)  There  were  positive  relationship  and statistically significant between self-efficacy and test result of a physical examination(b = 0.44, CI 95% 0.17 s.d. 0.71; p = 0.003). There were positive relationship and statistically significant correlation  between  motivation  and  self-efficacy  with  physical  examination  test  result. Motivation and self-efficacy can increase exam result.

Abstract

Good treatment of breast after both during pregnancy and maternity,will keep the form ofbreast and will also affect the breastmilk. Method: The design was pre experimental. The population inthis research were 20 pregnant woman trimester III in the Polindes Village Kecamatan KanigoroKabupaten Blitar. Samples in this research were 15 pregnant women trimester III in the polindes villagebrass Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Theresearch were Conducted on 4–7 April 2015 in polindes village Kuningan Kecamatan KanigoroKabupaten Blitar. This statiscal test used wilcoxon rank test using SPSS for window. Result: The resultshowed that 80% of respondents were not enough to do breast care in before the treatment and 80% ofrespondents can do breast care after the treatment. Based on wilcoxon statistical test, the value was0,000. This showed that there was an effect of education and health care of the mother breast ability inpolindes desa Kuningan kecamatan kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. Discussion: It was suggested for pregnantwomen on third trimester will be able to perform breast care with the correct methods and techniques,since breast care is very important for the preparation breastfeeding at birth.
