Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of transformational leadership, physical work environment and work stress employee performance in Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. The object of this research is employee at Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. This research was done to 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously variable transformational leadership, physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance on Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. It has been the result of (t) patial shows significant pont of three independent variables that supports hipothesy. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between transformational leadership variables, physical work environment and job stress on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta.

Abstract

The profit of a company is used by creditor and investor to evaluate the performance of the management, estimate earnings power, and to predict future profit. Earning qualityis measured from the accrual. A company with high accrual is indicating that the quality of company profit is low, and vice versa. According to Chan,et al. (2001) profit quality in the financial report will increase company value which is reflected in the stock return. Purpose of the this research is to understand the impact of variable ofinstitutional shareholding, board size, board independence, investment opportunity set, firm size, and leverageto theearnings quality. This research is using manufacturing industry that was listed in the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2013-2016,sample is taken using the purposive samplin technique.Based on analysis result and research is done using double linear regression with the eviews 9.0 software, we can conclude that there is a significant positive influence between institutional shareholding, board size, board independence, investment opportunity set, firm size, and leverageto the earnings quality. While leverage has insignificant influence to the earnings qualitymeasured with Discretionary Accruals (DACCR).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and to analyze the association of asset structure, profitability, debt policy, dividend policy either partially or simultaneously, to company value of property and real estate firm that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2016. The method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23. The result show that asset structure, profitability, debt policy, dividend policy have a simultaneous influence with company value. Meanwhile, partially only profitability have a influence with company value. Asset structure, debt policy, and dividend policy not have a influence with company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test the effect of return on equity, earning per share, economic value-added, and market value added to stock return of agriculture firm that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2016 either partially or simultaneously. This research used 77 samples. The method used is panel data regression analysis using EViews 6. The results showed that return on equity, earning per share economic value added, and market value added partially has positive significant influence on the stock return, and return on equity, earning per share, economic value added, and market value added simultaneously affect the stock return.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of participative leadership style on employee performance dan performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. This research object is employee sales support division of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. Bintaro with a population of 70 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a sample size of 70 people. The approach used in this research is structural equation model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis. The result of this study show participative leadership style has a positive and significant impact on work performance. Participative leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Currently, high levels of turnover intentions have become a serious problem for many companies, therefore it is necessary to investigate the cause of its. The cause of turn over intention should be prevented from interfering with the productivity of the company. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture, employee satisfaction on turn over intention. Organisational Commitment used to mediating variable. Population of the sample from PT SAS Kreasindo utama is 230 people and 150 samples obtained using the Slovin formula. Methods of data analysis used statistical analysis with Partial List Square (PLS). The results showed that organizational culture have a positive effect on organizational commitment ,job satisfaction have a positive effect on organizational commitment, Organizational culture have a negative effect on turn over intention, Job satisfaction have a negative effect on turn over intention, Organizational Commitment have a negative effect to turn over intention, Organizational Culture has a negative and significant effect on turn over intention through Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turn over intention through Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of trust, convenience, security, and quality of service to online purchasing decisions on consumers in the area of South Tangerang. The population is all consumers who buy products online in the South Tangerang region. The type of data used is the primary data using the questionnaire method. The sampling technique is using non probability sampling with sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. (2) Convinience has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions. (3) Security has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchasing decisions. (4) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there are differences in understanding of accounting for assets, liabilities, and equity between students from SMU majoring in IPS, SMU majoring in Science, and SMK Accounting Department. Data collection methods were conducted by distributing questionnaires to students in West Jakarta and Tangerang. The questionnaires were distributed from August 28 to October 18, 2017. Data processing methods were performed by using SPSS. The results showed that there is a difference of understanding of accounting for liabilities between students who come from SMU majoring in science with SMK Accounting Department, and SMU majoring in IPS with SMK Accounting Department but for students who come from SMU majoring in science majors and SMU majoring in IPS showed no difference. Students from majoring in IPS, SMU majoring in Science, and SMK Accounting Department showed the same understanding of accounting for assets and equity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the level of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosures by testing the effect of corporate size, profitability, and board of director size on the corporate social responsibility disclosures index. Sample used are manufactur sector companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sources of the data were taken from audited financial reports and annual reports and sustainability report, if any. This research uses quantitative approach with multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that profitability, firms size and board of director size have a positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosures.

Abstract

Social class and income influence consumer purchase behaviour. This study aims to determine the relationship and difference between social class and income by purchasing consumer goods and services in Malang. This research used a quantitative survey ex-post-facto method. Research respondents were classified based on their level of income and social class using the Index of Social Position (ISP). The questionnaire contains 18 items of purchase, grouped into 5 types namely: food and drink, clothing, durable goods, investment, services and other products. The data analysis technique used chi-square. The results of the analysis show that social class is associated with the purchase of 17 items, while income is associated with all items of goods and services consumed. Social class is more associated with fast food, clothes, electronic equipment, price and amount of investment and finance; income is more associated with meat, milk, the type of vehicle used, ownership of electronic tools, type of investment and finance, and housing and other buildings.
