<![CDATA[Phobia is a condition in which a person experiences excessive fear of a particular object, giving rise to irrational fears that can threaten personal safety. Based on the data obtained from the Siak District Health Office in conducting immunizations at SDN 003 Benteng Hilir, out of 25 class 1 (one) elementary school students who were immunized, 18 of them suffered from needle phobia (Trypanophobia). Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to build an application as a medium for the therapy of needle phobia. The application that will be built in this study applies augmented reality technology as a mobile-based therapeutic medium. The approach used is systematic desentisiasi to the stage of flooding, where the medical team will guide patients in conducting therapy which begins with providing information about phobias through the application then directs the mobile to the marker bracelet that has been installed in the patient's hand so that the patient can interact with the syringe object directly. Based on the results of tests conducted in blackbox, it can be concluded that the application of trypanophobia can provide sufficiently clear information to patients and can help the medical team quickly control the patient's fear before injection]]>

<![CDATA[Scoliosis is a disorder that requires X-ray detection. Early detection is needed by patients with scoliosis. Based on information obtained through early detection, it will enable doctors to take the initial steps of treatment quickly. Determination of the spinal curve is the first step that serves to measure how severe the angle of the scoliosis curve. The angular severity of the scoliosis disorder can be calculated using the Cobb angle. Therefore, by estimating the spinal curve, we can also estimate the Cobb's angle. Based on the method from the previous study, the interobserver value can touch 11.8o with an error in the intraobserver measurement of 6o. Thus, during the Cobb Angle calculation process, subjective aspects are common and can still be tolerated today. But this aspect can also be the most frequent problem when using manual measurement methods by doctors. This study proposes an algorithm to measure the curve of the spine with computer-aided of X-ray images quickly with a error level error that is still within tolerance value. The data pre-processing process is carried out using Canny edge detection. The Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm (FCM) can detect the center point of the vertebral segment after segmentation of edge detection pre-processing. Formation of the spinal curve is done by the polynomial curve fitting method with the results of accuracy of 2.45o. Based on information on the spinal curve, the severity of the form of the scoliosis curve can be classified into four types, normal, mild, moderate and severe. Of the four levels, this system can be used to detect whether a person has scoliosis or not.]]>

<![CDATA[The website is one of many communication media that contains information in the form of text, sound, images, or videos that can be accessed publicly by the public. Measurements and observations are made to determine the quality of a website. By doing this, we can understand the opinions of users on a website. The implementation of this study uses a combined method, namely the Webqual method as the main reference with indicators of usability, information quality, and service interactions and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The target location taken in this study was the environment of SMK Negeri 2 Sragen. To get data accurately from end users, data collection is used by questionnaire method. The scope of the object to be studied is Students of SMK Negeri 2 Sragen. The results that will be obtained after the research are the development of website usability for users who access it. Other things such as appearance and service provided are the main factors towards user satisfaction in using the website of SMK Negeri 2 Sragen.]]>

The combination of these two factors will become a new innovation in the management of education. At Raharja College, the entire academic community has a facility in the form of an official e-mail, Rinfo, which functions as a communication medium. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the use of RinfoApps which is used as a discussion medium for online learning. Mailing Groups is one of the Google System features that can be used as a formal media for the online learning discussion management process. By creating a forum called the class mailing list on Mailing Groups, students and lecturers can discuss anytime, students can share about learning material, and lecturers can also monitor the activeness of student discussions, this certainly has an important influence on learning motivation college student. Supported by 2 (two) research methods, namely library research and observation methods. The final results of the research that has been achieved are the formation of a discussion media that is easily accessible anywhere and anytime so that the discussion process between students and lecturers becomes more effective and efficient.]]>

<![CDATA[Sampar, also known as a pest or black death or plague, is a bacterial infection of Yersinia pestis (Y.pestis), where the disease is actually a zoonotic disease, which is an animal disease transmitted by humans. This disease is caused by the bacterium yersinia pestis which lives on fleas, where these fleas live in rodents (especially mice). Fleas spread disease when sucking rat or human blood. This disease is also called plague due to black patches found in the skin of the patient at the beginning of the outbreak. This pestilence was once an epidemic in 1347-1351 in Europe and other regions and killed approximately 75 million people in the world. This disease in Indonesia is still under monitoring and is one of the infectious diseases in the outbreak law that must be reported to the health office. According to WHO this disease is one of the deadly infectious diseases after infection and patients can die within 24 hours. So that people are more careful with this disease so that they are not exposed to pestilence. Because many people do not recognize the transmission of Yersinia pestis bacterial infections and do not know the symptoms that arise from pestilence. then a system for pestilence is created which aims to better diagnose early onset of this pestilence. The method applied in expert systems and one of them is a case based hybrid. One important problem faced in databases is the availability of adequate information technology infrastructure in managing and securing data contained in the database. Data stored on the database must have protection against threats and disturbances. Threats and disruptions can result from a variety of things, such as maintenance, data damage, and natural disasters. To anticipate data loss and damage, replication of the database system needs to be done. The replication mechanism used by researchers is multi-master replication. The replication technique is able to form a database cluster with replication time of fewer than 0.2 seconds.]]>

<![CDATA[Expert systems in general are systems that try to adopt human knowledge to computers so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Or in other words an expert system is a system that is designed and implemented with the help of certain programming languages to be able to solve problems as done by experts. It is expected that with this system, lay people can solve certain problems, either 'a little' complicated or even complicated 'without' the help of experts in the field. As for experts, this system can be used as an experienced assistant. This system diagnoses the types of health problems of liquor users based on the symptoms entered into the system. This developed application aims to determine which liquor users consume by only paying attention to the criteria experienced by liquor users. Using the Nearest Neighbor Method is able to show a measure of certainty about a fact from the existing criteria. System output in the form of search results for liquor users is used by users based on symptoms.]]>

In this research method, the method used is the waterfall method as a pattern of system development. until now has not been computerized, while the information system is very supportive and provides satisfying services for customers. For this reason the author discusses the design of a sales information system at the Sono Snack Shop with a program that facilitates the shop. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this store, and with a computerized system can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this store.]]>
