Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

Abstract

The background of this research is many factor can influence the customer purchase intention, some determinant have been study. This study is to understand the way of brand and store name, and the price to influence customer purchase intention at Colombia cash and credit electronics shoppers in Bekasi, West Java. The objective (s) of this research was to understand if they are having an effect between price discout toward internal reference price and perceived brand quality; an effect between brand name dan store name toward perceived brand quality and perceived store image; and then effect between internal reference price, perceived brand quality and perceived store image toward perceived value can mount purchase intention at consumers comments Columbia Cash and Credit in area Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Data analyze used in this research is primer data and using simple random sampling to collect the data, analysis data method in this research is using Multiple Regression Method. Respondent in this research are the consumers Columbia Cash and credit in Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The result of this research found that this study have a evidance that price discount, brand name and store name is very effective in influence and stimulating effort to the customer purchase intention, so the suggested from the study it’s possible to run the price discount, but it’s must been run at the right moment, so it will be give fascination to draw consumer enthusiasm and the finally conduct the tansaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Computer Use at the Makassar State Administrative Court. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was 54 people from the Makassar State Administrative Court. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are percentage analysis in the frequency table. The results showed that the Effectiveness of Computer Use in the Makassar State Administrative Court was in the Effective category, in terms of indicator 1) The success of the program with a percentage of 87.38% was in the effective category, 2) The success of the target with a percentage of 87.04% was in the category effective, 3) Satisfaction with the program with a percentage of 85.88% in the effective category, 4) The level of input and output with a percentage of 89.81 is in the effective category, and 5) Achievement of the overall goal with a percentage of 86.92% is in the effective category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of demonstration methods in class X archival subjects around it. This study uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 5 (five) people. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that archival subject teachers in State Vocational High School 4 Pangkep in implementing the demonstration method have carried out the preparation stage quite well. In addition to the preparation stage, the implementation phase consists of opening steps and implementation steps. In the opening step the teacher still missed some activities that were enough to influence the course of the demonstration process, therefore the opening step was said to be still not good enough. But this is reversed with the implementation steps that have been done well, the activities in this step are carried out optimally. In the final stage, the end stage, assignment and evaluation are also carried out quite well. So that from the overall assessment results starting from the opening stage, then the implementation phase and finally at the end stage of the demonstration method in the archival subjects of class X at Pangkep State Vocational High School 4 has run quite effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' learning motivation in Madrasah Aliyah Annur Nusa, Kahu District, Bone Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was 173 students and the number of samples was 44 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that students' learning motivation at Annur Nusa Madrasah Aliyah in Kahu sub-district, Bone Regency was high. Judging from their desires and desires, success is classified as very high, encouragement and needs in learning are high, expectations and ideals are very high, awards are high, interesting activities in learning are high and conducive learning environment is high.
