Abstract

Central to Rogers personality theory is the notion of self or self-concept. This is defined as the organized, consistent set of perceptions and beliefs about oneself. Rogers believesd that we need to be regarded positively by others. We need to feel valued, respected, treated with affection and loved. Positive regard is to do with how other people evaluate and judge us in social interaction. Rogers made a distinction between unconditional positive regard and conditional positive regard. Unconditional positive regard is where parents, significant others accepts and loves the person for what he or she is. Positive regard is not withdrawn if the person does something wrong or makes a mistake. Rogers believed that every person could achieve their goal wishes, and desires in life. When they did so self actualisation took place. For Rogers people who are able be self actualise are called fully functioning persons. This means that person is in touch with the here and now, his or her subjective experiences and feelings, continually growing and changing.

Abstract

The difference of understanding Islamic between Muhammadiyah and NU in Ngunut, Babadan, Ponorogo are conflict miniature and social integration. The research is using qualilatif approach and observation method, interview and documentation. The conflict was happened when there is someone felt low confident, sin, more over they feel that influence and dominance decrese. The social integration was happened when the new aqidah appear as communicator increase of level education and the appear of defiance. The negative effect of the conflict is appearing of polarization on society suspicious, negative perception, and selfirh. Whereas, the positif effect of the conflict is corroborate of enthusiarm group, dynamicazation society, corroborate identity and there is appear of coordinating uniter.

Abstract

This study describes the management and developmentmodels of bandha waqf Masjid Agung Semarang which has a land area of 119.1270 hectares endowments. Historically, bandha waqf has undergone a process of exchange-bolsters the controversial and spawned a unique form of management, which is managed by three different agencies with no unified management system. According to KMA Number 92 Year 1962, the party who was appointed as manager (nazhir) is a Mosque Welfare Agency (Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid/BKM) Semarang. But in fact, most of bandha waqf Masjid Agung Semarang are managed by BKM, Executive Board of Masjid Agung Semarang, and Executive Board of Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah.Management of bandha waqf can be divided into two forms of endowments or waqf, the consumptive waqf and the productive waqf. Each form is managed with many models, such as the management of endowments for the benefit of bandha waqf for worship, preaching, education, health, and economic empowerment through business units. The management of bandha waqf has set an agenda of development expected to improve the performance of bandha waqf so as to realize the goal. Some bandha waqf asset have developed economically through the efforts of businesses such as gas stations (SPBU) has been got certificate of Pasti Pas and many facilities of business in the Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. The others, through diversification techniques, bandha waqf currently have more pattern models of business. Nevertheless, up to now, the management and development of bandha waqf has not shown the expected results due to facing many obstacles, especially the management problems that have not been applying the principles of good waqf governance, such as transparency, accountability, independence, fairness, and responsibility. The management of bandha waqf also face problems of conflicts of interest between managers which potentially lose the trust of stakeholders. Therefore, it is important that waqf managed and developed by the human resources that have a good vision of entrepreneurship, have multiple intelligences that can minimize conflicts possibly occur, and have the ability to establish networking with stakeholders.

Abstract

This study tried to reveal the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning motivation, the relationship between learning motivation and students achievement, and to explain the direct and indirect relationships between emotional intelligence and learning motivation with the students achievement. In accordance with the theme, this study is a correlational quantitative research. In collecting the data, this study used a questionnaire consisting of emotional intelligence and motivation variables. While the data of students achievement variables was obtained from the results of the students' test scores. While the techniques used to test hypotheses was path analysis with the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the data analysis proved that (1) emotional intelligence possessed by the students was high, the learning motivation was classified as very high, and students achievement was also high, (2) there was relationship between emotional intelligence and learning motivation, that the significance of the t-test value was 0.012, (3) there was relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement, the significance of the t-test value was 0.007, (4) there was simultaneous relationship between emotional intelligence and students learning motivation which was described by the significance value of F test that was 0.000. Whereas the scale of relationship between emotional intelligence and learning motivation was 65.5%, while 35.5% of which were influenced and related to other variables or by other factors that was not included in this research model, such as: the physical condition of the children, the learning environment, parental upbringing, etc. Moreover, as shown by the results of the ANOVA test, the significance value of R square was 0.682. The scale of direct relationship between Emotional intelligence and the students achievement was 0.012, and the scale of direct relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement of the students was 0.007. While the value of indirect relationship between emotional intelligence and students achievement was at 0.337 and the indirect relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement of the students was 0.360.This study tried to reveal the relationship between emotionalintelligence and learning motivation, the relationship between learningmotivation and students achievement, and to explain the direct and indirectrelationships between emotional intelligence and learning motivation with thestudents achievement. Abstract

education is the process of instruction and training, its the first element of the definition needs no exlanation, discipline is the education of wildness, instruction is the cultivation of the volitional and cognitive faculties. Man is the only creature that must be educated by education we mean care (maintenance) discipline (training) andinstruction, including culture. Man can become man throught education only what education makes him. so, parents is the first and crucial trainer in making character of their child.and the importance of example in the evelopment of ethical values and religious attitudes, the importance of model to be imitated and identified with, of a dynamic, popular teacher, adevoted, knowledgeable, warm person, the kids love and respect.
