This study aims to find out how students’ tutorial activities with homeroom teachers. To find out how much influence homeroom teacher tutoring on student motivation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Arrisalah. This type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The subject of this study were all VII-IX in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Arrisalah, graders consisting of 8 classes with a total of 139 students. The research method used is the method of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. While the analysis using the SPSS 17 application to determine the resulteof the data that has been done. The result of this study can be concluded that the activities of tutoring with the homeroom teacher proved effective in helping students increase student motivation enthusiasm for learning. This is based on data processing which states that there is a significant influence between the tutor classroom tutoring activities on student learning motivation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Arrisalah school year of 2018/2019 with influence of 35,5% while 64,5% student motivation is influenced by other factors hot mentioned and has not been revealed in this study.

Al Inabah Ponorogo Vocational School is a school that stands under the auspices of Muhammadiyah, while Ma'arif Dolopo Vocational School Ma'arif Dolopo Vocational School is a school that stands under the auspices of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Both of school develops by depriving character of human resources, competent, independent, love the environment and have a global outlook, in accordance with the vision and mission proclaimed. The purpose of this study was to find out the educational concepts of Muhammadiyah and NU cadres in strengthening religious character and leadership in Islamic Education Institutions and to know implementing education for Muhammadiyah and NU cadres in strengthening religious character and leadership in Islamic education institutions. This study was designed using a comparative descriptive research approach with the type of case study and multi-site design. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, verification.

The purpose of this study is to determine learning difficulties, the factors that influence them, and what teaching strategies can overcome learning difficulties experienced by students in Al-Qur’an Hadith lessons at MI Muhammadiyah 12, Ngampel Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency. The results of this study are that learning difficulties experienced by students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 12 Ngampel Village namely students can not write, read, and memorize Al-Qur'an Hadith learning. Factors that influence it are internal factors, including students tired and lack of awareness of learning in themselves. While external factors, including family, the environment is less inters / good, and the lack of a habit to read the Qur'an when at home. To overcome these difficulties, it can be done by arranging strategies, methods, media, and techniques by existing problems.

Abstract:This study aims to determine whether or not there is a significant influence between the leadershipstyle of the madrasah principal and the level of discipline of the MI Darul Fikri teacher. The subjectsof this study were all teachers of MI Darul Fikri as many as 27 teachers, sampling using a totalsample of 27 respondents. In measuring the research variables, the researcher first tested theinstrument, namely the validity test and the reliability test. Meanwhile, in measuring the effect of thetwo variables using the correlation formula and simple linear regression using SPSS 17 to find out theresults of the data that has been done. Based on data processing which states that there is asignificant influence between the leadership style of the madrasa principal and the level of disciplineof MI Darul Fikri teachers, namely 61.3% and 38.7% the level of teacher discipline is influenced byother aspects. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antaragaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan tingkat kedisiplinan guru MI Darul Fikri. Subjekpenelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MI Darul Fikri sebanyak 27 guru, pengambilan sampelmenggunakan sampel total yaitu 27 responden. Dalam mengukur variabel penelitian, penelitimelakukan uji instrumen terlebih dahulu, yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan, dalammengukur pengaruh kedua variabel menggunakan rumus korelasi dan regresi linier sederhanamenggunakan SPSS 17 untuk mengetahui hasil data yang telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan olah datayang menyatakan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasahdengan tingkat kedisiplinan guru MI Darul Fikri yaitu sebesar 61,3% dan 38,7% tingkat kedisiplinanguru dipengaruhi oleh aspek lainnya.

The Indonesian nation is a country where the development of productive waqf is very potential, but the collection of productive waqf funds, especially cash waqf, has not been optimal. This is thought to be the behavior of the muslim community that does not understand well the development of cash waqf. Based on this phenomenon, this research was conducted to find empirical evidence of the Theory of Planned Behavior and religiosity in influencing the behavior of Muslim communities to conduct cash waqf in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, data collection was carried out online using the google form facility, and data collected were 138 respondents to the questionnaire that had been distributed online. The results of this study found that attitudes, subjective norms, and values of religiosity were able to influence waqf behavior in making decisions to do cash waqf.

This study discusses Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas's Islamic education thinking that the concept of human education is different from other creatures, and only humans are educated. The meaning of tarbiyah is too wide in scope including growing, developing, training, feeding, and so on. This applies to animals and there is also no specialization for humans. Furthermore, eating ta'lim only lies on the cognitive. Of course the two terms are not in accordance with the purpose of Islamic education, namely education which gives birth to individuals who are Muslim. Education for humans is divided into 2 elements namely fardhu ‘ain and fardhu kifayah. Fardhu in ain is the religious sciences that instill spiritual every individual, where knowledge becomes the basis of humanity in practicing its knowledge in life. Then, fardhu kifayah is applied sciences to support the potential towards life skills to fulfill their needs as beings with needs (profession). The two sciences are inseparable, meaning that there is no separation between religion and the public. The science of religion is the basis of general science. In practice all the concepts and elements are included in the concept of ta'dib, wherein it not only teaches science but also educates, instills and forms noble humans. That is, a human being who can realize that Allah possesses only knowledge, so that by His mercy he is given knowledge.

Scouting education in the 2013 curriculum is extracurricular to be held in Schools / Madrasas. This aims to prepare young people who are expected to be able to become leaders with the character so that they can bring progress to the future. In scouting education is not only the theory that is delivered, but more applies the field practice that is packaged in the form of activities that are active, innovative, fun and contain character values needed in building the leadership spirit of students.This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the application of scouting education, how the role of scouting education in building the leadership spirit of students, and what are the supporting factors and obstacles to scout education in MA Sulamul Huda Siwalan Mlarak Ponorogo. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach and participant observation. In this study, researchers explored information from several speakers, including principals, scout advisers, scout coaches, and scout members. The data collection technique of this research was by interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative with interactive analysis consisting of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research begins with the preparation, implementation, reporting activities.The results showed that the role of scouting education in building the leadership spirit of students in MA Sulamul Huda was very large. Scouting education is implemented based on a planned program, and is packaged in the form of interesting and fun activities to shape the character of students to be religious, disciplined, confident, honest, responsible, hard workings, tolerant, creative, independent, democratic, national spirit, friendly and communicative, love peace, care for the environment and social care. These values are applied in daily activities in Madrasas such as coming on time, keeping the call to prayer schedule, becoming dhuha and dzuhur prayer priests, imam tahlil, Takziah together when someone dies. From habituation makes students more mature in addressing all problems, able to become leaders (meetings / deliberations, ceremonies, prayer priests, and imam tahlil), then also discipline in entering the class, keeping the call to prayer schedule and active in muhadhoroh, independent in doing everything things, responsible for their words and actions, excited and cheerful in carrying out activities, honest and trustworthy, and broad-minded.

This research aims to describe moslem dress policy strategy and its impact on religious life of SMP Negeri I Jetis Ponorogo learners. This research is a qualitative research, using passive participant observation, structured interview, and documentation, then analyzed with a qualitative descriptive analysis. From the study, it was found that policy implementation strategy of moslem dress was based on the agreement between school, parents, and students. There was no compulsion on the learners to wear the moslem dress at school, indeed, it was their own awareness to wear this moslem dress as the obligation of Moslem based on al-Quran and al-Hadist. The impact of the moslem dress policy implementation, combined with other religious habituation, showed that it was able to direct the students thought and mental development towards the better direction; It was also able to make the students social life more controlled, make the students having more religious daily life both at school and home, as reflected on the students manners and morals.
