Abstract

This article is about an analysis of cultural law in dimension for legal profession about the prosecutor and advocacy. The dimension of law in a prosecutor in accordance with applicable regulations. Indonesian Prosecutors Institution is Government Institution which is implementing the state power in the field of prosecutions and authorizes another based on undang-undang, it has the authorities in law enforcement and justice. Referring to Undang-undang number 16 on the year 2004 about the Indonesian prosecutors' institution, it is as one law enforcement agencies that are required to have a greater role in enforcing the rule of law, protection of general interest, upholding human rights, and eradicating corruption, collusion, and nepotism. Then, an Advocate is free, independent, and responsible profession in enforcing a law, so it should be guaranteed and protected by the state through Undang-undang by the implementation of maintaining the supremacy of justice. An Indonesian advocate must be able to aware of the need to give and legal aid for those who need it in non-discrimination without seeing the differences of religion, trust, tribes, political beliefs, and social position

Abstract

The object of this study was to find out how the prospect of salacca processing industry of UD. Salacca in building economy of society depends on Islam perspective. The method of the study was qualitatif approach which the techniques of collecting the data were interview and documentation. The analysis of the data was SWOT analysis which is to find out the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities, and the threats of the industry. Based on result of the interview, the researcher found out some strengths such as strategic location, wide market share, MUI halal label and satisfied profits while the weaknesses are not sophisticated technology and expired of the products. Then, the business opportunities are support of the government and achievement of foreign market while the threat which is faced is new business competitors so that it can be concluded that salacca processing industry of UD. Salacca is deserved and prospective to be developed

Abstract

The interesting thing with criminalization is watching videos of sex scenes impacting on the collapse which is usually called by term “buffalo gathering” which is destroying morals; it is a social reality raises problematic but its rules have not been touched by law and the Law. The Criminal Code Draft, article 485 about buffalo gathering is not implemented and the proposal for the closure of pornographic access. This research is done by using empirical normative legal research methods, that is interview to the RUU team, socialization to local leaders, customary leaders, police officers and legislation as well as parents and academics. The results of the study show that local governments support the rejection of pornographic activities bill which is stated in article 485, the authority of total termination depends on the Communication and Information Office in Jakarta. To anticipate the emergency of adultery is expected to apply the addition of hours of religious learning for students from grade 4-6 primary school to Higher Education, male students must stay at the mosque at least 1 (one) night each week to study the Qur'an Fiqh, traditions hadith duty as muezzin and prayer priest. Students study in the daytime certified. One of the requirements for the increase of classes in public schools

Abstract

Learning Islamic education (PAI) is not only based on religious knowledge oriented, but also emphasized to the aspects of attitudes, values and skills/practice of religion. However, in practice in the classroom, teachers less developed all these aspects, meanwhile the students as subjects who have learning process experienced has a variety of intelligences that can be developed. In PAI learning, multiple intelligences is a grouping of capabilities in someone in order to function more optimally. For that is expected to each PAI teachers to develop teaching methods by taking various strategic measures for the purpose of learning can be achieved optimally

Abstract

This research aims to know the positive and negative view of the students of Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) on the lecturers’ ethics in giving academic services at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of IAIN Palangka Raya, which include the lecturers’ ethics in giving the courses, guiding the Teaching Practice (Praktek Mengajar), and guiding students in doing their proposal and thesis. This research is based on the qualitative descriptive method. The subject is the PAI students of 2013 of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training-IAIN Palangka Raya. Technically, the data are collected through interview and documentation. It is then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The techniques of examining the validity of data is with triangulation of the source and peer examination through discussion. The result of the research shows that: First, in developing the lecture: (1) Positive view tells about exemplary, polite attitude, friendly, discipline, giving advices, and having noble character, (2) Negative one about undisciplined attitude, and lack of awareness and of appreciation of ethical values; Second, in guiding the teaching practice: (1) Positive outlook includes friendly, good guiding, experienced, and competent. (2) Negative one says about lack of attention to the students in the guiding process during preparation or during the practice of teaching; Third, in guiding the proposal and thesis: (1) Positive outlook says about giving advices and suggestions, thorough in correcting student writing, serious in giving guidance and spending time efficiently (2) Negative outlook says about unfriendly when providing consultation, not keeping the appointment, not giving the confirmation if there is cancellation of appointment, and seeming not to care about the student’s need related to the proposal and thesis guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the learning and intruction which is an activity conducted by teachers and students. Learning is the process of changing a behavior and knowledge. Learning process becomes one system in intruction. The intruction system consists of several components that interact with each other, that is: teachers, students, learning objectives, materials, media, methods, and evaluation. The intruction can not be done well without any interaction between the learning components, then all components of learning must cooperate  to make a efficient learning
