Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, mengetahui pengaruh kultur organisasi yang mendasarkan pada empat dimensi Hofstede, yakni: jarak kekuasaan, maskulinitas, menghindari ketidak pastian dimasa yang akan datang, dan kolektivitas terhadap keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Juga bagaimana komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Variabel lain adalah keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement). Tiga variabel tersebut di atas merupakan variabel utama dalam Keberlanjutan Manajemen SDM. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan swasta yang bekerja di Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil sejumlah 152 orang dengan cara purposive, yakni responden sudah bekerja selama 2 tahun di perusahaannya. Metode analisis data adalah Regresi linier Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, kultur organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, sedangkan komitmen maupun keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 0.58. Kata kunci: Kultur, Komitmen Organisasi, Keterlibatan Karyawan, Keberlanjutan MSD

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of company size in moderating the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and musyarakah financing on profitability (Return on assets) of Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2015-2018 period. This research data in the form of panel data obtained from quarterly financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks then processed with Eviews 9. The results show partially murabahah financing does not affect profitability, while mudharabah and musyarakah financing have a significant effect. Simultaneously, murabahah, mudharabah and musyarakah financing have an effect on profitability. As a moderating variable, firm size weakens the effect of mudharabah financing on profitability, while on the influence of murabahah and musyarakah financing, firm size does not provide a moderating effect. This does not mean that financing does not contribute to profitability, but because of the high non-performance financing and not yet maximum utilization of assets increases profitability through Islamic finance.Keywords: murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, size, return on asset.

Abstract

 In general, this study aims to test the mediation of profitability on the influence of capital structure and company growth on the value of telecommunications companies. The sample of the research object is used 30 from the 5 annual report periods of 6 telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The results obtained are then processed using path analysis method with the help of SPSS and SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the R-square value is 0.2803 and the R-square value of the profitability variable is 0.008 which indicates that construct variability especially profitability cannot be explained by the variability of the capital structure construct and growth because it is only 0.08% . From the results of hypothesis testing it was found that profitability cannot mediate the effect of capital structure and company growth on the value of telecommunications companies. Direct influence is obtained only on the relationship of capital structure and profitability to the value of the company, besides that the hypothesis of direct influence is rejected. Keywords: Mediation, Profitability, Capital Structure, Company Growth, Corporate Value, Telecommunications Company, Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

At present digital payment systems or electronic money have been widely used in Indonesia. Market share that is still wide open makes many fintech companies competing to provide discounts and various benefits of convenience when using the applications provided, one of which is GoPay. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price discounts and perceived usefulness on repurchase interest using the GoPay application which is mediated by customer satisfaction variables. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires, with a total sample of 84 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the price discount has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price discounts and perceived usefulness have a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention. Customers satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.Keywords : price discount, perceived usefulness, customers satisfaction, repurchase intention

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze product differentiation and price perseption. The study was conducted at Godean outlets. Respondents in this study were customers who purchased products at least once, respondents of Donat Madu Cihanjuang Godean as many as 63 people.This research belongs to the type of research with quantitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study show that the product differentiation variable and price perception get very good criteria. On the product differentiation variable the highest value is obtained from the performance quality dimension, while the lowest value is the repairability dimension. The price perception variable the highest value is obtained from the dimensions of price and quality assumptions, while the lowest value is the affordable prices dimension.             This reseach suggestion is by giving knowladge to consumers about the ease of product repair, maintain product durability and maybe provide a guarantee in the event of a product defect and the last suggestion is review poduct prices for example providing promotional programs.                                                                                                                 Keywords: product differentiation, price perception

Abstract

There are a number of factors influencing work performance, some are work conflict, work burden, and work stress. The purpose of this research is to know how influence of work conflict and work burden to employees’ work performance, using intervening variable of work stress on employees of Sidiq Manajemen Yogyakarta. The data collecting method used questionnaire and the sample collecting used census by giving questionnaire to all of the employees in all culinary business unit of Sidiq Manajemen Yogyakarta as many as 44 respondents. The data was analyzed by pathway analysis using SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 3.2.8.   This research shows that work conflict has positive and significant influence to work stress, work burden has positive influence but it is not significant to work performance, work stress has no influence and it is not significant to work performance, and work stress has positive influence but it is not significant to work performance on employess of Sidiq Manajemen Yogyakarta. Keyword: conflict, burden, stress, work performance
