Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the empowerment of communities through  the Rural Infrastructure Development Program (PPIP) in Improving Public Welfare Wanasalam District of Lebak.From the results of this study concluded that the Community Empowerment through Rural Infrastructure Development (PPIP) in improving public welfare Wanasalam District of Lebak has implemented 10 (ten) of the 12 (twelve) principles proposed community empowerment in Mardikanto Dahatma and Bhatnagar (2013: 106), then through the Community Empowerment for Rural Infrastructure Development (PPIP) in improving public welfare Wanasalam District of Lebak not carry two (2) principles of community empowerment which principles of community development cooperation is based on the analysis of the participation and empowerment of the principle of democratic society based on the analysis in the application science, this is due 1.Less public's understanding of the meaning of community empowerment and the existence of the Rural Infrastructure Development Program (PPIP), 2 Lack of socialization given by the community facilitators and institutional devices village in providing information on the activities and the lack of public awareness both as individuals and members of society concerning the conditions and environment, 3 There is a culture of compliance citizens against warlords (formal and informal leaders) that affect people's attitudes in policy decision making.

Abstract

This paper discusses how Indonesia sees and interprets human rights, what distinguishes it from view of liberal democracy and how the implementation of human rights in Indonesia today. In the study it can be concluded that 1. The development seen today the implementation of a new human rights in Indonesia at this stage of the policy has not been part of the basic foundations of national life to be a factor of integration or union, 2. Today, in the Indonesia human rights diplomacy has several more steps advanced compared to some ASEAN countries, 3. at international level, Indonesia has also been a party to six of the seven top UN Covenant. Abstract

In the government as an organization, it can not be separated from the Position, Position stakeholders and officials. To be able a good government system, each position as well as position holders in order to carry out its duties and functions in accordance with his position. So that all the planning, implementation and results in accordance with the objectives of the government. The empty position may create an unstable condition in the administration of government, therefore, the position must be filled by other officials, such as the replacement of public officials temporary. In Indonesian law the public officials temporary replacement is also called, executing the task (Plt. Pelaksana Tugas) or daily executor (Plh. Pelaksana Harian). Filling public positions temporary judged to be unable to government be effectively and efficiently. Because in some cases there is a weaknes (such as the power and authority) and resulted in double positions for officials. So the replacement officials temporary, such as executing tasks (Plt. Pelaksana Tugas) is not approriate method to create a system of good governance. Keyword : The effectiveness, the Positions, the replacement officials.

Abstract

People's lives are driven by the basic idea of a foundation to fight for his life. The basic idea was referred to as an ideology, which dinyakini by a community or group as kosep ideal to strive for. In this world, there are two basic types of ideology, which is open and closed, and each country is based on the assurance ideology continue to be preserved. However, in addition to ideolgi countries, there are also other ideologies that are living within the individual which we refer to as personal ideology, and live in groups or as we say communal ideology. Radical ideology as a form of accumulation of trust on personal ideology was developed and dinyakini as a truth, that this ideology into the ideology of communal deliberately continue to be developed and championed by groups menyakininya. The group's ideology is contrary to Pancasila as the state ideology, and ways are being made to fight the ideology threatens people's lives and integrity of the country. This paper aims to describe the efforts made to curb radical ideology through exemplary education. With the approach of the description, this paper adopts literature references juxtaposed with reality. In addition to the observation in reality, this paper also disadurkan reference libraries by lifting the state ideology as a national consensus as well as a comparison against the ideology of personal and communal dinyakini and championed by some kelompo. The end of this paper the authors suggest the need for optimization and actualization exemplary approach in an effort to curb radical ideology in Indonesia, which has the potential to live and thrive in the community, particularly areas that are still dominated by the nationalist ethno culture, such as Aceh, Papua, Kalimantan and some Another area in Sumatra and even regions of the island of Java, as well as other community organizations in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to identify the effectiveness of consultant’s communication strtegy in giving proper comprehension to the society about BLM PNPM-MP and to identify the effectiveness distinction of the four applied communication methods in communication strategy, that are informative method, educative method, persuasive method and mixed method (informative and persuasive methods). The method used in this research was mixed method (Quantitative and Qualitative). The total number of samples in this research were 30 for each communication method applied and determining randomly. The informant for qualitative approach consisted of 6 respondents. The data of the research were analyzed using descriptive statistic and anova. The results of the research showed that the consultant’s communication strategy was ineffective because every communication methods applied still used single media strategy. From four communication methods applied, educative method had higher such as informative method, persuasive method and mixed method (informative and persuasive methods).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is significant influence between leadership and motivation on the performance of employees at the Department of Culture and Tourism Banten Three hypotheses were tested in this study, first, there are positive influence of leadership and motivation to work together on employee performance , secondly, the positive influence of leadership on employee performance. Third, the positive effect of work motivation on employee performance. This research population is all employees of the Department of Culture and Tourism Banten Province as many as 87 people, and samples taken amounted to 87 people. Research instrument data using three kinds of tools, namely a questionnaire using a scale model of Likers. The questionnaire drawn up by the construction of the various theories of data analysis done on the level of 95% the result is that significantly throughout the hypothesis that there is. So the results of this study informs that the variable Leadership and Motivation are two important factors in improving the performance of employees at the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Province of Banten
