Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent of the application of business ethics conducted by mobile marketing reseller of basic fashion as customer purchase decision. The type of research is descriptive, The data were collected from 8 (eight) respondents and they were the mobile marketing principals through  the  interview  processes.  These  results  indicate  that  the  reseller business fashion in general has been implementing business ethics. because the transaction was not occured by face to face but in online then business ethics which should be applied in mobile marketing from the perspective as the seller and the consumer are included contact person, responding to consumer curiosity, honest and responsible of reseller fashion, setting the price that corresponding market price, providing good service, providing a sense of satisfaction for consumers. While the form of the application of business ethics reseller fashion as consumers are: creating a purchase decision quickly, attitude response from consumers and fulfilling promises. Keywords : Business Ethics, Mobile Marketing, Reseller Fashion

Abstract

Abstract:  The  purposes  of  this  research  are  to  know  the  effect  of  motivation towards purchasing decision, to know the effect of customer’s perception towards purchasing decision, to know the effect of customer’s knowledge towards purchasing decision, to know the effect of customer’s belief and attitude towards customer satisfaction, and to know the effect of purchasing decision towards customer satisfaction.This research was a survey research. It was conducted at Klojen and Blimbim Districts Malang. Population of this research was the society of Malang City who subscribes Malang Pos newspaper. The sample was taken by probability sampling; the total number of sample was 100. The results of this research are (1) all the psychological factors of the customer take significant effect on the purchasing decision of Malang Post newspaper, (2) customer satisfaction in reading Malang Post newspaper was influenced by their purchasing decision. In conclusion, customer satisfaction and their purchasing decision were influenced by psychological factors of customer. Keywords: Customer psychological factors, purchasing decision, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract :The purposes of this research are to analyze the work load of employees at Secretariat Division of Health Department of Bengkalis Regency and also to counts the need of employees accordance with recent work load. This type of research is a descriptive research. The   result of this research discusses about work load happen at The Secretariat Division of Health Department of Bengkalis Regency  that  consisting  of  General  Administration  of  Sub.  Administration Division, Sub. Planning And Programing Division, And Sub. Accounting and Equipment Division. With conclusion that was become work load that significan on sectioned secretariat which is General Administration of Sub. Administration Division needs 10 employees, Sub. Planning and Programing needs 8 employees. But, on Sub. Accounting and Equipment exceeds requirement for from amount 14 current employees just be needed 13 employees. Key Words: Job Describtions, Work Load

Abstract

Abstract:This study examines the impact of audit committee characteristics on the level of voluntary disclosure in the annual reports of listed Indonesian firms. Audit committee characteristics are: financial expert, meeting number, and diligence. Content analysis is used to collect the required data from the2013 annual reports of 201 non-finance firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The method of data analysis is multiple regression. This study employs agency theory as underlying theory. The results show that audit committee characteristicshave insignificant effect on the level of voluntary disclosure in the annual reports. Voluntary disclosure, financial expert, meeting, diligence.

Abstract

Abstract: This research investigated the model of budgetary participation to leadership styles. This model which is more focused in examination of previous research on job performance and job satisfaction with transactional and transformational variables as moderating variables is based on research by Adler   and   Reid   (2008).   SEM   techniques   used   to   collect   data   from questionnaires in the SKPD of the Yogyakarta Provincial Government, Indonesia. This research finds to explain that the behavior of executing the budget on transactional variables has a interaction which (between leader and follower) is a synergy making job relationship. The transformational variables in this research find the interaction which leader and follower are not in line in the job process and the results indicated the possibility of worsening on the job. This research purposed to meet that it is can contribute positively to the concept and build harmony between behavior, budget participation, and leadership style in budget participation. Keyword: transactional leadership, transformational leadership, budget participation, job performance and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: The global crisis has led banks experienced liquidity problems. The measurement of banks' liquidity ratios is useful to assess the composite rating of a bank, as the impact of the global crisis toward the liquidity of foreign exchange banks. This study aimed to determine whether there was significant difference between the liquidity of foreign exchange banks before and after the global crisis. The Bank’s liquidity was measured using liquidity ratios by comparing current assets to current liabilities. The population of this study was 35 foreign exchange banks.  The  hypothesis  was  tested  by  using  Mann  Whitney  non-parametric different-test. The research of this study showed that the liquidity of foreign exchange  banks  before  and  during  global  crisis  had  a  significant  difference. While, the foreign exchange banks liquidity during and after the global crisis, and its liquidity before and after the global crisis did not have significant difference. Key words: Liquidity, bank, foreign exchange, crisis, global.

Abstract

 Abstract:The Attitude is how the individual understand, experienced, reacted, and act toward and object, while work performance appraisal is evaluate the performance of employees according from the quality or the quantity standard that employees done. The purpose of this research are to know the attitude and work performance appraisal from employees perspective and to know the attitude and work performance appraisal from leadership perspective in PT. Bank Riau Kepri, Branch of Bengkalis. The Method use in this research was a comparative. The sampling technique in this research was used non probability sampling with 32 respodents. This research used primary data were collected using a questionnaire and interview. The results showed that from employees perspective the attitude categorized as very high with total score 4,30, that is mean employees assume that the attitude shown during work is very good. While for work performance appraisal categorized as high with total score4,14, that is mean employees assume that the performance shown during work is good. From leadership perspective the attitude that employees shown shown to the leadership, co-worker, and customer is consider good, and employeesperformance is also good and in accordance with the target set. Keywords: Attitude, Work Performance appraisal

Abstract

Absract  :This  study  aims  to  determine  the  model  of  marketing  stimuli  for consumers teenagers, especially students in Bengkalis by the response they give the market encouragement that they received. Data collected in a non-probability sampling of 245 respondents with methods survey. Data collected through questionnaires  with  observational  techniques.  The  results  showed  that  the tendency of the responses given to the marketing stimuli is low. This is caused they are already accustomed to stimuli that exist today , they will be difficult to accept when there are new stimuli. Keywords: Marketing Stimuli, Consumer Response
