Abstract

This study focused on the use of peer teaching technique to improve students’ mastery on present perfect tense. The research method used was a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research data included the results of the pre-test and post-test regarding the present perfect tense. The data collection techniques used were classroom observation, interviews, pre-test, and post-test. The results of this study showed that the average score of students was 31.2 in pretest, increased from 60.7 in Cycle I to 88.3 in Cycle II. It indicated that the use of peer teaching technique could improve students' understanding in mastering the present perfect tense. This technique can be one of the effective ways for lecturers in teaching tenses especially present perfect tense.

Abstract

Abstract:  The  purposes  of  this  research  are  to  know  the  effect  of  motivation towards purchasing decision, to know the effect of customer’s perception towards purchasing decision, to know the effect of customer’s knowledge towards purchasing decision, to know the effect of customer’s belief and attitude towards customer satisfaction, and to know the effect of purchasing decision towards customer satisfaction.This research was a survey research. It was conducted at Klojen and Blimbim Districts Malang. Population of this research was the society of Malang City who subscribes Malang Pos newspaper. The sample was taken by probability sampling; the total number of sample was 100. The results of this research are (1) all the psychological factors of the customer take significant effect on the purchasing decision of Malang Post newspaper, (2) customer satisfaction in reading Malang Post newspaper was influenced by their purchasing decision. In conclusion, customer satisfaction and their purchasing decision were influenced by psychological factors of customer. Keywords: Customer psychological factors, purchasing decision, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: The Vocational Program is indeed a pre-educational program that aims to prepare students who can create competence and abilities in their industries, who are ready to work, and can compete globally. Differences in teaching Lecturers' perceptions still occur, resulting in the learning and teaching process being treated differently, as well as the influence of assessment standards on students with varying standards, particularly in the production of students' final projects. This study intends to determine lecturers' perceptions of teaching methods and vocational development in the language department, which will be useful in equating useful perceptions in output standards and assessments of students’ final project in Bengkalis Language Department- State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. Abstract

This research is a research on the use of digital payments in non-bank digital payment applications such asOVO, Gopay and DANA which is viewed from the perspective of users in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the level of public trust and satisfaction with non-bank private applications for digital paymentsin the city of Pekanbaru, to find out the success of the Indonesian government's program in promoting the NationalNon-Cash Movement (GNNT) in the city of Pekanbaru, to determine the level of public understanding of digitalpayments. From non-bank applications in the city of Pekanbaru, Knowing the spread of digital payments in the city ofPekanbaru. GNNT can reduce the use of counterfeit money and OTT Actions (Operation Catch Hands) Theimplementation of hand arrest operations (OTT) is one of the strategies used by the Corruption EradicationCommission (KPK) to crack down on corruption cases in Indonesia. The contribution of this research to thedevelopment of the marketing concept of digital payments made by non-bank publishers who allegedly received publictrust in using the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT) to succeed even though it is not from a bank whose data baseof incoming and outgoing money can be tracked digitally. The results of the research carried out are through the resultsof data analysis using linear regression analysis it can be seen that Perceived Value and Trust have an effect onConsumer Satisfaction, where the effect is significant. The results of the analysis show that the effect is partiallyPerceived Value (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y1) is 0.263 or 26.3%, and the effect is partially Trust (X2) onConsumer Satisfaction (Y1) is 0.246 or 24.6%, thus the hypothesis which states that Perceived Value and Trust havea significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction proven or acceptable. This research is in line with the research beforewhich states that Perceived Value and Trust has a positive relationship with Customer Satisfaction. This result is alsosupported which states that the perception of quality, and, trust, through commitment affect customer loyalty whichpreviously met customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Digital Marketing Era 5.0 is a way of marketing that integrates digital technology and analytics to help companies optimize their marketing strategy. Era 5.0 focuses on increasing interaction between companies and customers through social media, search engines, and online advertising for this reason which is the main factor for this service to be held. By integrating digital technologies, businesses can improve campaign efficiency and create stronger relationships with customers. The purpose of this service is held so that youth in Rimba Sekampung Village can take advantage of this digital era to promote the products and services they offer, build community, and improve their overall marketing. The method used is socialization and digital training in the village of Jungle and Village. The conclusion of this dedication is that Digital Marketing Era 5.0 Socialization for Rimba Sekampung Kelurahan Youth is designed to help them increase their knowledge of how to use digital media to increase sales and income. It will also teach them how to leverage digital technology to build a marketing network and achieve their business goals

Abstract

Media online pada saat ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mencari informasi, melainkan media online juga bisa digunakan sebagai media untuk memfasilitasi bisnis atau biasa disebut dengan bisnis online. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat peran Brand Ambassador Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Minat Beli. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur yang berusaha mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Peran Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Peran Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

With audit quality serving as a moderating variable, the goal of this study is to examine and collect empirical data on the impact of audit committee quality and business size on the caliber of financial reports. Accounting knowledge, committee size, and meeting frequency all indicate the quality of an audit committee. Manufacturing businesses that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2013 and 2016 were used as a sample in this study. 33 manufacturing enterprises with a 4 year observation period were included in this study. Purposive sampling was used to collect the data. The multiple regression model and moderated regression analysis were used in this study to examine the hypotheses. The findings of this study revealed that the caliber of financial reports was unaffected by the audit committee's experience, the frequency of its meetings, or the size of the accounting and financial firms. Regarding the moderating influence of audit quality, the findings indicated that it was unable to moderate the relationship between the business size and the integrity of financial reports and all audit committee quality proxies.

Abstract

Understanding modern Confucius Guanxi politics and business is a new science for business and politics that focuses on trust and mutual benefit between people. This means that people must maintain relationships, share information, solve problems, and seek opportunities to increase value for themselves and for others. This theory also emphasizes the importance of protecting power and complying with applicable business rules and norms. Writing this article is a review of the science of politics and business of Confucian Guanxi both in terms of good and bad. Theory and its applications are very useful for providing different views and perspectives on how to think and do things. However, the lack of politics and business with Bibliometric Analysis using VOSviewer and Publish or Perish. Confucian Guanxi can lead to incorrect understanding and action. For example, the classical theory of economics provides the view that markets will always move toward equilibrium, but this contradicts the fact that most markets in the world are unstable. This has led economists to develop new, more realistic theories. Another negative side of Confucian Guanxi political and business theories is that they can be misinterpreted. Another negative side of Confucian Guanxi political and business theories is that they can be misinterpreted. For example, some people may use psychological theory to claim that people with certain characteristics have limitations that prevent them from achieving their goals. This can lead to assault and exclusion. This theory also has another negative side. They can limit a person's thinking and limit their way of seeing the world. Some people may use theory to support their unfavorable views on certain political and business subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to know the improvement of students’ grammar mastery by using Teacher Correction technique. The research method used was a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research data included the results of the pretest and posttest regarding noun clauses. The data collection techniques used were classroom observation, interviews, pretest and posttest. The results of this study showed that the average score of students was 24.6 in pretest, increased from to in Cycle I to 39.2 in 69.2 II. It indicated that the use of Teacher Correction technique could improve students' understanding in mastering noun clauses. This technique can be one of effective ways for teachers or lecturers to teach noun clauses.
