Abstract

Penelitian kali ini adalah upaya pengembangan konsep kualitas layanan transportasi online melalui pengalaman/perspektif pelanggan/masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan transportasi online di Kota Pontianak dan sekitarnya. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model kualitas layanan jasa transportasi online. Lebih lanjut konsep yang akan dibentuk ini nanti juga diharapkan dapat memperkaya wawasan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam memanajemen layanan dan peluang-peluang bagi peningkatan penerapan kualitas layanan bagi penyedia layanan jasa transportasi online di Kota Pontianak. Tujuan khusus yaitu menemukan fakta-fakta layanan melalui masyarakat penggunan layanan jasa transportasi online di Kota Pontianak, sehingga hasilnya diharapkan akan ditemukan dimensi-dimensi layanan berkualitas yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat yang harus disediakan oleh penyedia layanan, sebagai alat untuk bersaing sesama penyedia layanan jasa transportasi online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi mengidentifikasi 6 (enam) tema dimensi kualitas layanan, yaitu: (a). Fisik/keberwujudan (terdiri dari dua hal yaitu: fisik kendaraan dan fisik driver), (b). keamanan, (c). kenyamanan, (d). kecepatan, (e). ketepatan (terdiri dari dua hal yaitu: ketepatan waktu dan ketepatan pesanan, dan (f). Keramahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parent bank management, asset quality, and efficiency on the stability of Islamic banks. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis and using spss 23. Statistical software The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks (BUS) that are registered with Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from 2013 to 2017. Furthermore, Islamic commercial banks continuously and regularly present annual financial reports for the period 2013-2017 and are sampled in this study. The number of samples in this study was 9 Islamic banks with five years of observation as many as 45 samples. Based on the results of the study showed that the management of the parent bank proxied by the directors and commissioners had a significant effect on the stability of Islamic banks due to the many sharia bank directors and commissioners who came from the parent bank which conventional banks had more experience in managing banks. Whereas for asset quality and efficiency variables that are proxied by NPF ratio and BOPO ratio there is no significant effect.

Abstract

Proyek tugas akhir ini berjudul “Perencanaan dan Pembuatan Bisnis Rainbow Pane Rotolato (Tinjauan Aspek Pemasaran)”. Tujuan umum dari proyek akhir ini adalah untuk merencanakan dan memasarkan produk Rainbow Pane Rotolato. Tujuan khusus dari proyek ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan dalam produk Rainbow Pane Rotolato, untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemasaran pada produk Rainbow Pane Rotolato dan untuk mengetahui solusi dalam kendala pelaksanaan pemasaran pada produk Rainbow Pane Rotolato. Proyek akhir ini dilaksanakan menggunakan empat metode, yaitu rencana persiapan proyek, rencana pelaksanaan proyek, rencana penyelesaian proyek dan rencana pelaporan proyek. Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan terbagi menjadi empat bagian, yaitu segmenting, targeting, positioning, dan strategi bauran pemasaran. Hasil dari pelaksanaan proyek akhir ini yaitu produk yang dipasarkan adalah Rainbow Pane Rotolato yang memiliki bentuk roti bulat pipih, dihiasi dengan topping dan dikemas dengan kemasan menggunakan cup container yang telah ditempel label. Harga yang ditetapkan menggunakan metode Mark-Up Pricing dan keuntugan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp1.634.000,-. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu salah satunya adanya kesulitan mencari alamat kosumen saat melakukan delivery order sehingga cukup lama mencari rumah konsumen tersebut

Abstract

This research aims to design and create a Standard Operating Procedure SOP or reception at checkpoints guards of State Polytechnic. The method used is descriptive qualitative, method of data collection in the form of observation, the study of the literature and interviews. The results of this research is the SOP or Standard Operating Procedure reception at State Polytechnic Bengkalis which can be used by default.  SOP type created is formats technical an form of format combinations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the analysis whistleblowing system and the competence of apparatus to the fraud prevention. Object of this research is all SOPD of Bengkalis Regency. The data use in this research are primary data with analytical method is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed there is whistleblowing system and the competene of apparatus to the fraud prevention. Based on the research it was concluded that the determination coefficient is 70,6%. It means that 70,6% of the fraud prevention can be explained by the variable whistleblowing system and the competence of apparatus. While 29,4% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

In the opinion of Indonesian schools, Chinese study has one short coming. This continued for 30 years making many young Indonesians cannot speak Chinese language (Mandarin) and unable to speak dialect too. As society progresses, Chinese once again became Indonesians second language without the auxiliary aid of parents, the teaching of Indonesian literature and language rested on the teacher. Under this special conditions, no one has researched into the Indonesian students method of studying Chinese Language. The author admits personality affect and so does family background, race hence educational level of the language teacher will deeply influence the Indonesian students study of Chinese language. A research of Bandung students in Indonesia shows, diligent study of Chinese language has many reasons. Some students feel that studying Chinese is a kind of challenge, some study because of the encouragement of their parents, while others study out of admiration for China and Chinese culture. Through the study of Chinese language can appreciate Chinese art, culture, history and morality. In addiction, it can help in securing employment. In this research, which is based on a related international study, it referenced previous studies on studying Chinese language as a foreign language  through a questionnaire. Survey focusing on the motivation and analysis factors of Bandung Indonesian student. This research  focused on 5 high schools and a total of 534 students and drew some interesting conclusions. As students study Chinese language, gender, age, grade, origin, length of study, level of parents and teachers have great relevance.
