Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Self Efficacy, Competence, work facilities and work motivation had a direct effect on performance and to find out whether Self Efficacy, Competence, Work facilities had a direct effect on work motivation and to examine the indirect influence carried out in urban villages in the city. Batam. The sample of this research is PPKBD Cadres who work in Kelurahan. Questionnaires distributed as many as 172 respondents and all returned. To analyze the data of this study using multiple regression analysis technique using SmartPLS software. Self efficacy and work facilities have no significant direct effect on cadre performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to to analyze the effect of Promotion, Perceived Value E-Service Quality, E-Trust, on E-Repurchase Intention and Tokopedia Consumer E-Loyalty. The research data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method from the AMOS Version 22 statistical software. Variable measurement is done by distributing questionnaires in the form of google forms using Likert scale assessment Variable measurement is done by distributing questionnaires in the form of google forms using Likert scale assessments to 150 respondents. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the analysis showed that the variables Promotion and Perceived Value had a significant positive effect on E-Repurchase Intention, E-Service Quality had an insignificant negative effect on E-Repurchase Intention and E-Trust had an insignificant positive effect on E-Repurchase Intention. Promotion and E-Trust variables had a significant positive effect on E-Loyalty, E-Service Quality and Perceived Value, not significant negatively on E-Loyalty. The E-Repurchase Intention variable can mediate Promotion and Perceived Value to E-Loyalty and the E-Repurchase Intention variable cannot mediate E-Service Quality and E-Trust against Tokopedia consumer E-Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture on performance. The motivation variable becomes the intervening variable. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods. The analysis technique used linear regression test and pathway analysis as a mediation test. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant effect on performance and motivation was able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on performance. This research can provide information to management in managing human resources, meaning that managing human resources is inseparable from factors that can affect its performance. In principle, the purpose of managing human resources is to achieve mutual prosperity between the company and all employees involved with company activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominant factors that determine the work motivation of employees of PT Mahkota Group Tbk - Medan  and to determine the dominant factors that determine the discipline of employees of PT Mahkota Group Tbk - Medan. The population is the total number of objects of this research, namely all employees in the area of PT Mahkota Group Tbk - Medan  as many as 41 people and at the same time being the sample in this study. Data collection techniques in this study were a list of questions (Questioners) and. The results show that the instrument is valid because the KMO MSA (value exceeds the 0.50 significance limit. Of the 3 factors for motivational variables analyzed and after passing the KMO MSA analysis, it turned out that from the results of computer extraction analysis it became 1 factor. Factor 1 was able to explain 80.426% of the variation, while from the 3 factors for the analyzed discipline variables and after passing the KMO MSA analysis, it turned out that the results of the computer extraction analysis became 1 factor.

Abstract

PT.  Matahari  Department  Store  is  a  company  engaged  in   retail. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of    communication,    training,    and    competence    on    employee performance. The research method uses quantitative. And the sampling technique used is random sampling. Based on the results,     it     is     stated     that     communication,     training,     and competence simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Where the value   of   Ajusted   R   Square   is   0.693,   this   means   that   69.3% of the variation in employee performance variables can be explained     by     variations     in     the     communication,     training, competence variables while  the  remaining  30.7%  is  influenced  by other variables that cannot be explained in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions in the coffee shop business. This type of research is quantitative causality to examine the relationship between variables that arise symmetrically without paying attention to the influence of another variable. The sample of this research is coffee shop visitors as many as 90 respondents. Sampling uses a sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling method. Data analysis used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. Researchers have studied and proven that the determinants of store atmosphere and service quality in the Coffee Shop business have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This can be interpreted, the more attractive the atmosphere of the store or the exterior and interior and the increasing quality of service based on reliability and empathy can have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.Afiani, D. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and self-development on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees and the number of samples in this study was 70 people. Data collection techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, f test, t test of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction. The existence shows that there is a significant influence between career development and job satisfaction. And motivation and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office 1 Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Gojek service application users in Medan. The factors studied were service quality, price, brand image and promotion factors. The approach used in this research is associative by using primary data through questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Medan who have the Gojek application on their cellphones and have used it at least 5 times. The sampling method used probability sampling with a sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, partial, simultaneous hypothesis testing, and looking for the coefficient of determination. The results of the study stated that the factors of service quality, price, brand image and promotion had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction for Gojek service application users in Medan either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factor of employee engagement and analyze the current condition of employee engagement. The author gains in scope and depth of understanding and collaboration by mixing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Primary data is gathered from the questionnaire and interview with some employees, while secondary data is obtained from the company's annual report, a private document, and related journals. In addition to validity and reliability testing, the data will also be analyzed using statistical techniques. Some approaches are also applicable for assessing employee engagement results, such as Grand Mean, Top Box, and Engagement Scores. The results of the interview support data analysis. The triangulation technique uses to combine both results of the questionnaire and interview. The triangulation helps to confirm the findings, enhance understanding, and increase the validity. Based on the analysis, the author found several factors such as culture, opportunity, quality of life, people, and rewards. The study's result can be used to recommend the company to improve engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Banyaknya mahasiswa yang berperilaku konsumtif, sehingga terjebak dalam gaya hidup materialistis dan hedonisme, selain itu mereka  menghalalkan segala cara untuk mendapatkan uang. Tidak memikirkan masa depan, tidak memiliki tabungan atau investasi karena selalu habis untuk berbelanja, dan sederet efek negatif lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEB UMSU di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui selama Pandemi Covid-19 perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa FEB UMSU mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan wawancara dan membagikan kuesioner secara online. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan Mahasiswa di tengah Pandemi semakin baik, dikarenakan mahasiswa mampu mengelola keuangannya dengan baik dan berbelanja sesuai dengan kebutuhannya.
