Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all parts of the world, including Indonesia, has been going on for more than a year. The pandemic forces us to live by observing strict health protocols, namely maintaining distance, wearing masks, washing hands, avoiding crowds. This causes everything to be done through an online system that is not face-to-face, including in conducting financial transactions. Financial transactions can be easily carried out using fintech (financial technology). Fintech plays an important role in economic transactions in the midst of a pandemic. Fintech technology continues to experience very significant improvements and developments. This study intends to provide an explanation of the role of fintech in helping MSMEs in the midst of a pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely by looking for secondary data sources from research results and news that are discussed and re-explained to get a conclusion. From the discussion, it can be concluded that the role of fintech in helping MSMEs is financial inclusion, sources of financing, and improving MSME financial literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to help SMEsowner who are domiciled in Medan, Binjai, and Deli Serdang (MEBIDANG) in expanding the market for products produced by using the website as a more efficient and effective marketing tool for customers. The designing this website using the online shop principle. The problem in this research can be formulated "What is the form of the Cyber Marketing model that will be formulated in the SME product marketing system in MEBIDANG?. This research used the Research and Development (R & D) method, starting from preliminary survey activities, the SME cyber marketing model, testing, socialization and implementation. Data collection techniques by means of field studies, literature studies and literature references and research as support in model development. The result is that with the growth of online businesses, the Indonesian people will get positive benefits in the economy such as welfare growth, new job growth and others. Furthermore, this research will produce a cyber marketing application for SME entrepreneurs in the MEBIDANG area to listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Even so, there are still many SME practitioners who are not interested in using this application to support their business.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business ventures that have a very negative impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This impact is caused by a decrease in the level of public consumption. MSMEs must survive by finding solutions to reduce consumer consumption and make consumers' lifestyles more digital. E-commerce is an electronic commerce that includes sales and purchases transactions made online without meeting each other. E-commerce plays an important role in helping MSMEs to survive during the pandemic and continue to carry out their sales activities even though they are hindered by massive social barriers. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that explains phenomena and data and previous research, then draws conclusions from the existing problems. From the discussion, it can be said that the role of e-commerce in helping MSMEs during the pandemic is to increase MSME income, increase MSME sales, and as a marketing strategy and media promotion for MSMEs.

Abstract

Hasil uji signifikan simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return OnAsset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap harga saham. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil SPSS yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan yang lebih besar dari α (0,111 > 0,05). Hasil uji signifikan individual (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan pada Return On Equity (ROE)  tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham dimana tingkat signifikannya lebih besar dari 0,05.    Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama ReturnOnAsset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham yang mana kontribusinya terlihat lemah. Karena nilai R-Square sebesar 0,112 atau sebesar 11,2 %.Kata Kunci : Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), HargaSaham

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Inflasi dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan dari tahun 2013-2015.Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan, Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 12 perusahaan.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda uji asumsi klasik, uji-t dan uji-f, koefisien determinasi. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini meggunakan program softwareSPSS (Statistic package for the social sciences) versi 23.0 for windows.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial Inflasi dan Nilai Tukar Rupiahtidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesiadan secara simultan, Inflasi dan  Nilai Tukar Rupiah berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Asset pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Today's modern markets are mostly conventional-based modern markets. With the change of life values in a more religious direction, consumers began to look for a modern syariah-based market. 212 Mart present as an answer to meet the demands of consumers who want to shop in the modern syariah-based market. But its new presence, not yet able to compete and seize the existing market. For that, it needs to be researched what factors exist in the conventional modern market thus making it able to grow and thrive as it is today. By knowing these factors, 212 Mart can follow and develop these factors based on syariah. There are many factors that can influence the decision of consumer purchase including price, promotion, service, trust and consumer’s characteristic. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of the price, promotion, service, trust and consumer’s characteristic of consumer buying decisions and analyze the difference in the buying decision. In this study using a comparative associative approach with the research object was the customer Alfamart and 212 Mart Medan. Testing was conducted by double linear regression tests by first conducting a classical assumption test, then a partial (t-test) and simultaneous hypothesis test was conducted (f-test). After that, look for the coefficient of determination to see how large the percentage of free variable variances affect the bound variables, then conducted independent sample t-test to see the difference of consumer buying decisions on Alfamart and 212 Mart Medan. The results of the study stated that partially conducted at Alfamart, variable price and promotion were positively and significantly influential on consumer purchasing decisions, while service, trust and consumer’s characteristic variables were not Influence positive and insignificant. While the trust and consumer’s characteristic variables at 212 Mart Medan have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, while price, promotion and service variables have no positive and insignificant effect. Simultaneously both at Alfamart and 212 Mart have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions with the value of coefficient of determination respectively 26.9% and 17.4%. For the difference of consumer buying decisions on Alfamart and 212 Mart, the variable of price, promotion, trust and consumer’s characteristic have significant differences while service variable do not have significant differences.

Abstract

The results of this study have the aim of knowing the existence of "The Influence of Leadership and Supervision on Employee Discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat". The approach taken in this study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat, totaling 264 people with a sample of 72 people using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing (T Test, F Test), & Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS 25.00 software program. The data collection technique used a questionnaire technique by producing a positive influence between Leadership on Employee Discipline which could state tcount ttable 4.784 2.972 significant 0.00 0.05. There is a positive influence on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat with tcount 4.784 1,401 ttable significantly.The conclusion of the research on the influence of leadership and supervision on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat states that there is a positive influence, which is based on the results of the Fcount test of 12,984 with a significant value of 0.000 and the value of Ftable 2.391, because Fcount Ftable then Ha rejected.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the dissatisfaction experienced by some employees in work caused by lack of communication and concern of superiors in work operations and in employee career development. Another thing that causes employee dissatisfaction is the uncomfortable work environment for employees. This type of research is associative research and samples were taken as many as 104 people. The data collection techniques in this study list questions (Questioners). The data used is quantitative data and in analysis using classic assumption data analysis techniques, multiple linear regressions and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, partial communication has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and the work environment also has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously the influence of communication, career development and work environment on employee job satisfaction is obtained gis value. (2 tailed) amounting to 0.000 < ?0.05 it can be stated that communication, career development and work environment significantly affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT employees. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of financial management decisions on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In order to answer the hypothesis, this study uses an associated quantitative method. The sampling technique was the purposive sampling method so that 8 companies were selected that met the criteria from a population of 14 companies, the data used were secondary data and time series. Data analysis using regression and path analysis. The findings of this study are the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on return on equity, but the price earnings ratio and the dividend payout ratio have a negative and insignificant effect on return on equity. The next finding is that the price earning ratio and return on equity have a positive and significant effect on price to book value, while the debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio have a negative and insignificant effect on price to book value. Furthermore, profitability is able to mediate the relationship between financial management decisions and firm value.
