Abstract

JensChax Laundry is one of the service companies that pioneered its business activities from 2014, since 2014 JensChax Laundry alreadyhas many customers which if JensChax Laundry still uses a conventional system there will be problems in processing data from Customer data to transactions. The solution that can be done for problems that occur in JensChax Laundry is to create a computerized system that is easy to use, with this computerized system is expected to solve any problems that occur. In designing a system not apart from the model used to design the system so that the entire system design is well documented the waterfall model is the best choice for designing a system that is not too large such as the Laundry Service Information System (SIJALY) because the stages are easy to follow and the system designer do not have to hurry enough to follow each stage of the Waterfall model or method.

Abstract

The Mantoux test is a test performed to detect tuberculosis, a test performed by injecting protein into the skin tissue of the left hand, this testis mostly done because it feels more accurate the results, the way the Mantoux test works is to measure the diameter of the protein-given area, if the diameter is less than 5 mm, the patient is not diagnosed with tuberculosis, but if the diameter of the area given by the protein exceeds 5 mm then the patient is diagnosed with tuberculosis. To help simplify the calculation, the area of the Mantoux test needs to be image processing. In this study image processing uses K-Means clustering method with edge detection, then the calculation of diameter after edge detection. And the end result is the image of the Mantoux test area can easily be calculated in diameter, without having to make measurements using a manual ruler.

Abstract

In education, student performance is an important part. To achieve good and quality student performance requires analysis or evaluation offactors that influence student performance. The method still using an evaluation based only on the educator's assessment of information on theprogress of student learning. This method is not effective because information such as student learning progress is not enough to form indicators in evaluating student performance and helping students and educators to make improvements in learning and teaching. Previous studies have been conducted but it is not yet known which method is best in classifying student performance. In this study, the Decision Tree, Naive Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor methods were compared using student performance datasets. By using the Decision Tree method, the accuracy is 78.85, using the Naive Bayes method, the accuracy is 77.69 and by using the K-Nearest Neighbor method, the accuracy is79.31. After comparison the results show, by using the K-Nearest Neighbor method, the highest accuracy is obtained. It concluded that the KNearest Neighbor method had better performance than the Decision Tree and Naive Bayes methods

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has many regional languages. The use of local languages has been abandoned by many people. As good citizens ofIndonesia we must preserve the local languages that are owned, one of which is Javanese. In making it easier to learn Javanese, we need a translator application or what is often called a dictionary. In designing this translator application, researchers use the waterfall model which consists of four steps. Design of this application uses eclipse software. This application is applied to mobile devices, especially mobile phones that have an Android operating system. The purpose of this application is to make it easier for users to translate Javanese into Indonesian and Indonesian into Javanese, so that the application has an optimal function.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disability experienced throughout the life of a patient with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The sooner it ishandled, the more likely the child will return to normal. For this reason, a new method is needed that can help parents to quickly recognize thesymptoms of autism in their children. In a previous study conducted by Fadi Fayez Tabhtah a data set was produced to detect whether a child has autism or not. But the research only produces data sets, he does not examine more in which algorithm is suitable for the data sets that have been produced. The data set attributes have some mising value, which invite a question about the accuracy of data. In this study researchers used the CRISP-DM method and test the accuracy of data sets of previous studies using the C.45 algorithm. Furthermore, the WEKA applicationusing feature selection and influence of the missing value for each attribute and find the most significant. These attributes are then tested withthe C.45 algorithm so that the predictive model of the data set is obtained. The A6 attribute of the decision tree calculation does not appear at all as a branch. A new model is obtained where the A6 attribute is omitted, so that when measured by the C.45 algorithm, a better accuracy value isobtained. The results of the new model were then tested on the new questionnaire data, which produced precise predictions.

Abstract

Breast cancer is known as the fifth cause of death based on WHO data in 2015. The risk of developing breast cancer will increase with age, family medical history, personal medical history, caucasian descent, early menstruation, late menopause and others. This study aims to predict the use of Naïve Bayes and C4.5 data mining algorithms to classify the recurrence of cancer patients based on certain attributes in the breast cancer dataset. The data mining process will help identify the range or value of various attributes of what causes breast cancer. The results of this study indicate that the C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy value of 75.5% better than Naïve Bayes which only has an accuracy value of 72.7%.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by pregnant women is lack of obstetric and antenatal care in pregnancy. Currently also computer technology hasevolved as a data processing tool and producing information. An expert system is one solution to bring obstetric and antenatal care for pregnant women to diagnose the illness. In the application of this expert system using the forward chaining method which can diagnose the 13 types of diseases that are often experienced by pregnant women are : Hiperemesis Gravidarum Tingkat 1, Hiperemesis Gravidarum Tingkat 2, Hiperemesis Gravidarum Tingkat 3, Kehamilan Ektopik Terganggu (KET), Mola Hidatidosa, Plasenta Previa, Solutio Plasenta Ringan, Solutio Plasenta Sedang, Solutio Plasenta Berat, Preeklampsia Ringan, Preeklampsia Berat, Eklampsia dan Abortus. The system can helpwomen receive the diagnosis of diseases associated pregnancy health with rapid and relatively inexpensive, and get a solution to the disease byobserving symptoms perceived. With this web-based system, the system user can do it anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

The rank of EGDI level (E-Government Development Index) in Indonesia has decreased and it reflects the development conditions of EGovernment in Indonesia are not maximally covering: the level of public services, there is a disparity in public services in the village, the support of information technology devices is still limited, the absence of village archive management, the absence of a system that can manage knowledge, there is no synergy between village apparatus. Dukuh Karya is a village that belongs to Karawang Regency, Rengasdengklok District. Dukuh Karya village has a population of around 6000 and mostly the residents has income from agricultural products. The need for knowledge managers in the village is to manage properly and implement a Knowledge Management System (KMS) based on village information systems can improve public services in the Dukuh Karya village. By applying the concept of KMS to be able to collect and manage all available knowledge. Building Knowledge, collect, store and use it so that the village government can be more transparent and accountable to improve public services. The implementation of KMS is a way for village apparatus to identify, create, represent, distribute, and enable the adaptation of insights and experiences consisting of knowledge, both owned by individuals and knowledge that is inherent in the process or standard of service procedures that have the main objective to maintain and effectively transfer knowledge that is important to improve the quality of service of village government apparatus to its citizens.

Abstract

At the moment, maybe everyone thinks the cancer is malignant and cannot be cured. The statement is wrong because cancer can be prevented and cured as long as the treatment is not too late. It is very important for everyone to know the initial symptoms and cancer risk factors in order to make efforts to prevent the trigger of the emergence of the disease and immediately take appropriate action to eradicate it because late handling can be fatal. Doctors and researchers have written many books so far, how to deal with breast cancer. However, the advice of doctors is often not supported by the progress made by the researchers. And researchers often fail to translate their knowledge into practicalsuggestions that can be used by the community. In this expert system the inference technique used is tracking and searching. The tracking technique used is forward tracking (Forward Chaining), while the search for decisions from each problem is used the Best First Search search method, a search that combines two existing search methods, namely the Breadth First Search method and the Depth First Search method. Therefore, the author makes a webbased application program to help the general public who want to know about breast cancer information and how to handle it.

Abstract

The development of the number of students that continues to grow from year to year, demands accuracy and accuracy in providing accurate and accurate information to students without the same repetition of data. Management of academic information at the Agricultural SchoolKarawang is done with the context of manual and paper use as data storage and archiving media including value data, schedule data subjects and other academic information so that it raises several problems in terms of timeliness of value recapitulation and making inefficient schedules. The existence of these problems, the authors make a website-based application scheme design with the waterfall method, a website-based academic information system can manage academic information on the school both value and schedule data subjects that can be updated regularly and stored in the database so that it can process information effective and efficient. The web-based academic information system is very useful in providing convenience to both teachers and students. The Web-Based Academic Information System is the right solution to realize an information system that is effective and efficient in helping with the presentation of information that will be channeled or information to students.
