Abstract

The use of information technology for the purposes of access to information is now widely popular in the community, including use for accessing health information. Acute respiratory infection, or often referred to as ISPA is the occurrence of severe infection in the sinuses, throat, airways or lungs. Infections that occur more often caused by a virus although the bacteria can also cause this condition. Checking the symptoms of this disease carried by medics, in this case, the doctor. In the present study, researchers will build an expert system using forward search method (Forward Chaining) to find a solution or the possibility of the disease suffered by the user and using certainty factor to gain confidence the percentage of the illness. This Expert System Applications produce the output of the possibility of Upper Respiratory Infection (ARI) suffered by symptoms felt by the user.

Abstract

Image recording digital cameras often there are some problems that may occur, such as the lens out of focus, appear spots caused by the capture process is imperfect, uneven lighting resulting intensity is not uniform, image contrast is too low so that objects are difficult to separate background, or disruption caused by dirt attached to the image and so forth. Arithmetic Mean Filter Algorithm Method to Reduce Noise Salt and Pepper in image filtering is one that serves to soften and remove noise in an image that works by replacing the pixel intensity values with the average of the pixel value with the value of neighbor pixels. With this application, the algorithm used to produce a program to reduce salt and pepper noise contained in the image so that the resulting image quality is better and finer than before.

Abstract

The implementation of algorithms in a programming technique is very important, the algorithm is expressive of one of the teaching methods, algorithms can also be used to explain how a formal system of a number of axioms And rules. For some cases, the algorithm should be carefully formulated to how each step should be systematically organized case by case this is because the algorithm is a set of steps - the appropriate steps, the sequence of computing. In the computer structure, scientific terms of data is a way to prepare and organize the storage of data on the storage medium that can be used effectively. Abstract

Company PT. Lancar Semesta Dirgantara (LSD) is a company that specializes in air freight transport. During these information systems are performed manually only limited information, not to take advantage of the information system website. So that the customer should come directly to the company PT. LSD or by telephone to obtain information about service delivery. The increasing demand for freight services, the more data that must be addressed. Therefore, there are still some obstacles that occur in Company PT. LSD. Besides marketing services company requires delivery of Air Transport in the form of a website to facilitate the customer in obtaining the information. The method used in collecting data and information to support this information system is to perform analysis on the Company's LSD, direct observation, interviews with owners and management companies in the collection and literature data. From the results in the company's research and web-making process, the authors conclude by designing an information system services web-based air transport services (E-Service Air) in order to reduce the constraints faced by customers in obtaining information about the air force service.

Abstract

The expert system needed to know disease early content by producing an output of the possibility of disease what suffered based on symptoms felt by the user. Abstract

Television (TV) as one of the electronic devices that have long working hours not be surprised if found damage mild to severe in the use of television, users who do not really understand the damage TV will usually immediately call a repair service or bring it to a repair shop TV. We recommend that we should be able to know what damage occurred on TV that we had. In order not to repeat the same mistakes, which makes the TV was broken, as well as in terms of cost, if we can examine and analyze the damage to the TV itself, we do not need to bring it to a TV repair shop. This expert system application using the way of thinking an expert in making a diagnosis of damage. This application helps seek damages conclusion of the categories of damage suffered. This application is created using forward chaining method, which is a process of inference that starting the search from the fact that there is to get a final conclusion. Making this expert system application using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and to its database using Microsoft Access 2010.

Computers provide an appropriate solution to generate information for the needy at this time. Just as happens in any company, either company-owned government and private relatively large transaction that required a database to store and process data efficiently, fast and can be used anytime when needed. PT. Arta Buana Sakti is a company engaged in the property has made a savings and loans to employees where the employee saving and loan was founded in 2014 with the number of members has reached 121 members in March 2016. There are constraints that have progressed saving which this employee to perform reporting pieces mandatory saving and loan installment payments need to see all the membership book and add up all the bills, it takes the computerized system so that transactions go well and quickly implemented at this stage, the authors conducted a saving and loan information system design and design the look of the program employees use integrated development environment (IDE) NetBeans with Java programming language and MySQL as the database

Abstract

Information technology governance in the process of data management is an important asset to the agency. Governance of information technology in data management processes that are less goodwill pose some problems. The problem that occurs is data loss, data leaks, misuse of computers and even common decision-making errors also due to incorrect calculations. This indicates the ineffectiveness of information technology governance in the Indonesian Ministry of Health PUSDIKLAT apparatus. PUSDIKLAT apparatus Ministry of Health of Indonesia as government agencies that conduct education and training of health personnel requires an information technology governance both in the process of data management in its operations. The purpose of this paper is to obtain information about the state of information technology governance and analyze gaps. The framework used is COBIT 4.1 by using the DS and ME domain. The results of these research findings are the maturity level of the current state of information technology governance in the Indonesian Ministry of Health officials PUSDIKLAT are at level 2 and the conditions are expected to reach level 3. Then do an analysis of the gap and then made a recommendation strategies to address the existing gaps in order to rate maturity are expected to be achieved. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is still a gap between the current maturity level at level 2 with the expected maturity level at level 3.

Abstract

Academic information system design aims to facilitate the students, teachers and the subject of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah Kanza that previous long enough to know that information, here I make it easier for students, teachers and the subject of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah Kanza with academic information system online, so it can be more efficient and effective. This thesis aims to build an online academic information system have as a web base. System design in making an academic website at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah Kanza is developed using some software that Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, Xampp from Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL. Using the Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 then the website will work faster and easier. As for the tables used in making the web Academic Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah Kanza is a table of students, teachers table, value table, table schedule, log tables, table news, absences table. All of these tables will be used to accommodate the necessary data in the agencies website development Academic Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah Kanza.

Abstract

The crime rate in Indonesia is still very high, therefore martial will be very useful when there is something we do not want, Pencak silat gerak saka is one of the traditional martial arts that originated from Betawi and clean from the shirk. However, the limited number of trainers became an obstacle to its spread. With the decision support systems into a solution that provides support for consideration in the process of appointment of coaches who can be a standard reference in the process of appointment of the coach and facilitate the removal process to produce a new coach with the right to extend the deployment of the martial arts motion saka. In the research process using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) where there are three criteria: character thought patterns and the sense that produces the appointment of the chairman as an important alternative.
