Abstract

Muslim and non-Muslim communities in several countries in the world have taken great opportunities in the halal industry. Countries with a majority Muslim population compete with each other to become the world's halal supply chain. The purpose of writing this article is to find out 1) the KNKS strategy on strengthening the halal supply chain for halal products in Indonesia 2) The strategy of the Ministry of National Development Planning in accelerating the halal supply chain of the halal industry in Indonesia 3) To determine economic conditions of Indonesia in the global Islamic Economy. This article uses secondary data obtained through reports on the GIE 2020/2021 Report, KNKS, and the Ministry of National Development Planning. Data analysis in this article uses four stages, namely data reduction, data categorization, then data verification, and finally with data display. Conclusions are drawn by describing the report in the tables. It can be concluded that, with a large population and a Muslim majority as a destination country for investment in halal products, the strategies undertaken by stakeholders are directed at strengthening Indonesia's halal supply chain towards the world's halal axis.

Abstract

The community's need for micro-payment methods that can make payment processes faster and more efficient and secure with less expensive administration than using credit cards and debit cards is to use electronic money. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the concept of using electronic money is in accordance with PBI Number 11/12 / PBI / 2009 as well as the implementation of the use of electronic money in the perspective of sharia law. The method used is the library research method. The results of this study indicate that the concept of electronic money that has been implemented is in accordance with PBI Number 11/12 / PBI / 2009. The use of electronic money issued by banks uses the Sharf contract as the main contract and is also equipped with the Ijarah and Wakalah contracts. The Sharf contract is implemented in cash exchange for electronic money which includes both online and offline transactions. The ijarah contract is applied in service / lease services, in which case the operator can get a fee from the service. The wakalah contract is applied in cooperation with other parties so that the other party receives compensation from the issuer for the services of its representatives. Based on the results of this research, it can be said that the use of electronic money can be implemented in accordance with syarriah law.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan (leadership) saat ini masih menjadi pembahasan yang menarik dalam berbagai kajian ilmu manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada instansi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 orang pegawai pada instansi pemerintahan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan di instansi pemerintahan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan di instansi pemerintahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenaikan harga beras terhadap kualitas produk warung makan milik orang muslim di Desa Wonorejo Kecamatan Kedungjajang Kabupaten Lumajang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, keusioner, wawancara, yaitu data yang mengandung keterangan serta penjelasan nasabah dalam menabung emas. Kemudian diakukan analisis terhadap data – data yang di peroeh berupa analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas, Uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis lewat uji F dan uji i serta uji analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) dan pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) diperoleh nilai t hitung = 3,942 dengan nilai probabilitas t hitung sig. = 0,000 dan nilai F hitung = 15,541 dengan nilai probabilitas F hitung sig. = 0,000. Karena nilai probabilitasnya di bawah 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi dengan signifikansi 5% atau dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 % dapat disimpulkan bahwa perubahan kenaikan harga beras berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas produk warung makan

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and prove the effect of solvability, liquidity, and activity toward profitability and return of Islamic stock in Indonesia. The researchers use explanatory research to explain the relationships between independent, intervening, and dependent variables. The data analysis technique uses the Path Analysis to examine direct and indirect impact variables of solvability, liquidity, and activity toward the return of Islamic stocks through profitability variable. This type of research is explanatory research which is research that explains the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable through a hypothesis test and uses path analysis. The researcher uses purposive sampling to determine the total sample of Islamic stocks indexed Jakarta Islamic Index. Secondary data used in this study are financial statement data and stock returns of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2019 period. . The results of the research found that (a) liquidity has no significant effect on profitability; (b) solvability has a significant effect on profitability; (c) activity has no significant effect on profitability; (d) liquidity has a significant effect on the return of Islamic stocks; (e) solvability has no significant effect on Islamic stocks; (f) activity has a significant effect on the return of Islamic stocks and ; (g) profitability has a significant effect on the return of Islamic stocks.

Abstract

Secara hakiki sad al-dzarȋ’ah sejatinya merupakan perwujudan dari tujuan syariah, yaitu mewujudkan kemaslahatan dan menolak kemudaratan dan kerusakan. Penggunaan prinsip sad al-dzarȋ’ah adalah bentuk kehati-hatian (ihtiyâth) dalam menakar maslahat dan mafsadat suatu perbuatan. Hampir semua ulama dan penulis ushuk fikih menyinggung tentang sad al-dzarȋ’ah, namun amat sedekit yang membahas secara khusus dan spesifik penerapannya dalam transaksi muamalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka metode analisis data adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; pertama, sad al-dzarȋ’ah merupakan salah satu metode istinbâth al-ahkâm yang mengedepankan prinsip preventif; kedua, penerapan sad al-dzarȋ’ah dalam transaksi muamalah terimplemntasikan dalam beberapa transaksi demi upaya pencegahan terhadap transaksi yang dilarang dan mewujudkan kemaslahatan.

Abstract

the Qur'an as a Muslim holy book not only offers an improvement of relationship between man and his god, but the Qur'an also offers improvement of ethical (moral) towards human values ​​that uphold their rights and obligations. The Qur'an, which is believed to have absolute truth and does not change, is confronted with the ever-changing phenomenon of life. The change in this phenomenon has led commentators to look for various solutions offered by the Koran. One problem with society is poverty. Poverty is a common problem in the effort to build human culture and civilization that upholds human values. Discuss poverty with the perspective Qur'an, with the purpose of tracking, mapping and finding solutions based on bids Koran. The solution offered by the Qur’an is to divide obligations to resolve poverty into individual obligations, the obligations of others, and the obligations of the state.

Abstract

Saat ini Indonesia merupakan negara dengan ekonomi digital terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Investasi asing pada perusahaan startup berbasis teknologi di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan, sehingga lebih banyak membuka peluang kerja. Seiring berkembangnya startup di Indonesia, persaingan pada pasar tenaga kerja semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini akan menguji data tarik organisasi dalam memediasi hubungan employer branding dan work value terhadap niat mendaftar pada Perusahaan startup berstatus decacorn di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 477 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi di Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) yang menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bila budaya kerja dan kompensasi serta benefit merupakan alasan utama para kandidat untuk melamar pada startup digital berstatus decacorn di Indonesia. Di samping itu, aspek pelatihan dan pengembangan yang disediakan pada pada startup digital menjadi daya tarik perusahaan di mata kandidat. Nilai kerja yang ditawarkan oleh startup digital berstatus decacorn di Indonesia menjadi daya tarik perusahaan sekaligus menjadi alasan utama kandidat melamar pekerjaan disana.
