Abstract

The purpose of this research was determined to know the influence of factor of technology, product quality, and focus on customer toward customer satisfaction at Saung Dapoer Kampoeng Restaurant. The population of this research was all people who came and made a purchase in Saung Dapoer Kampoeng Restaurant and to set the sample of research used non-probability sampling method by combining convenience and purposive sampling techniques on as many as 85 respondents. The results of data quality test showed that the instruments of this research are valid and reliable and fulfill the requirements of classical assumption analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the predictor of focus on customer had the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction, afterwards product quality predictor, and the last one was predictor of factors of technology contributed the smallest influence toward customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine about the impact of banks health rating with RGEC method and asset quality on the stock price. This research is quantitative with use secondary data. Dependent variable in this research is stock price, while independent variable in this research is risk profile factor is proxied by non performing loan (NPL) ratio, the result of self –assessment good corporate governances (GCG) factor, earnings factor are proxied by return on asset (ROA) ratio, return on equity (ROE) ratio, capital factor is proxied by capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and asset quality factor is proxied by non performing asset (NPA) ratio. The sample in this research is 15 banks of company are listing in BEI with observation 3 years. For sample is using purposive sampling method. Data analyzed with descriptive statistical test, multiple linier regression test, classical assumption test, goodness of fit, and data processed by SPSS. The result in this research indicated that NPL and CAR are haven’t effect to stock price, GCG, ROA,and ROE are have positives effect to stock price, while NPA is have negative effect to stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of products, pricing policies and promotion of purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously to consumers in Matahari Department Store Tbk Semarang. The object of this research is consumer in Matahari Department Store Tbk Semarang. Data was collected in March 2017 with a questionnaire or questionnaire obtained from consumers at Matahari Department Store Tbk Semarang. Data analysis tools used are multiple linear regression analysis and significance test using t test and F test.The results showed that partially product quality and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decision. But pricing policies have no significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. However, in the F test or simultaneous product quality, pricing and promotion policies have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Transformation is a process that must be applied to the family company in order to have a good business and family harmony. The purpose of this research is to analyze the third generation successor's characteristic, to know and understand the implementation of Transformation strategy and to know concretely the achievement of Generation Success 3 post implementation of Transformation strategy At PT Danliris.This research uses qualitative method, data collection is done by observation and approach of in-depth interview. Informant or resource is determined by purposive sampling. Then do the data validity by source triangulation method. Research results show that the next generation of PT Dan Liris who is currently the third generation has the expertise and responsibility in developing the company's business is supported by the courage and high creativity so that PT Dan Liris growing. The entire family of Dan Liris company is very much a successor because he is very appreciate and honor the predecessor as well as by applying the transformation of both structure, tehnology and people so until now the third successor has achievement, both business achievement by producing 4 subsidiaries and family harmony in the form of work conductivity shown by employees have high work motivation

Abstract

This research examines the influence of consumer perception about public relation activity of a company to customer loyalty and test effect brand image to customer loyalty. This study uses questionnaires as a medium to collect data from consumers. Questionnaires were distributed to 40 Indosat customers in Semarang City who have used or used Indosat for at least 1 (one) year.The results of this study show that consumer perceptions of public relations activities of a company have a positive effect on customer loyalty. The influence of public relation perception (PRP) on customer loyalty will be more powerful and significant if the brand image is high. If the image brand is low, the influence of PRP on customer loyalty is meaningless. Public relations perception positively affects customer loyalty, meaning that the lower the perception of consumers about public relations activities of a company will be lower the level of customer loyalty. Conversely, the higher the public relation perception of a company in the eyes of its customers, the higher the level of customer loyalty.Brand image has a positive effect on customer loyalty. That is, when consumers have a high brand image of a product, will increase customer loyalty. Conversely, when consumers have a low brand image in mind, it will have a small effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

PBV shows how far a company is able to create a company's value relative to the amount of capital invested. The higher the PBV ratio can be interpreted the more successful the company creates value for shareholders. The aim of this study to test Profitability, Capital Structure and Liquidity of its effect on Corporate Value on Listed Real Estate company in BEI Year 2012-2015. The sample used in this study is real estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 as many as 40 companies, so the number of samples 160. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression with classical assumptions multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroskedastisitas and normality. The results showed that ROA and DER variables have a significant positive effect on PBV. While the CR variable has no significant negative effect on PBV. Adjusted r square value of 0.206 which means that the variable ROA, CR and DER able to explain the PBV of 20.6%.

Abstract

The unemployment rate in Indonesia based on the data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2016 was 5.5%. This number raised concerns since it shows how ready younger generation is to face global competition. Demographic bonus between 2020 and 2030 make the problem even bigger if our goverment and private sector cannot make enough job opportunity for young generation. Entrepreneurship is the solution to create new job opportunities and open the way for Indonesian to get economic sovereignity and become host in their own country. The university should be more proactive in supporting entrepreneurship-based curriculum by giving direct assistance from the college or utilize entrepreneurship center, not only based on course.The purpose of this research is to find the implementation model of entrepreneurship-based curriculum program that can create the mindset of the educated people from Job Seeker into Job Creator. The research design used is qualitative method with phenomenology approach and the participant is a group of objects used as data source that is students of Universitas Semarang.The result of the research shows that the entrepreneurship-based curriculum implementation model will strengthen the position of universities as one of the leading mediators and facilitators in building the young generation of the nation has the obligation to teach, educate, train and motivate the students to become intelligent generation that is independent, creative, innovative and capable Creating various job opportunities (business). With the paradigm of change that gave birth to young entrepreneurs-successful entrepreneurs like "young heroes" who will be able to raise this nation from various slumps
