Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of independent variables, namely the use of the tagline on every business advertising carbonated soft drinks of Coca-Cola brand from the aspects of density (X1), memorable (X2) and unique (X3) on the dependent variable in the form of purchase decisions ( Y) consumers in the city of Semarang. The population is the consumer brand of carbonated soft drink Coca-Cola in Semarang whose numbers can not be known with certainty. Data were obtained from 100 respondents who were sampled by means of questionnaires. To prove the hypothesis and draw conclusions, use of multiple regression analysis tool, the coefficient of determination (R2), testing the hypothesis partially with T-test and simultaneous hypothesis testing with the F-test.Based on the analysis of multiple regression known that the independent variables have a direct positive effect with the dependent variable. Further analysis of data obtained R2 value of 0.820, meaning that 82% of variation in the dependent variable is affected by the independent variable. The rest (18%) affected by other variables outside the model. Hypothesis test results either partially or simultaneously shows that the analysis results all support the hypothesis Ha1 and Ha2 proposed the use of the tagline on every business advertising carbonated soft drinks of Coca-Cola brand from the aspects of density (X1), memorable (X2) and unique (X3) have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously to the purchase decision (Y) consumers in the city of Semarang.

Abstract

The research explains the influence of budget participation toward budgetary slack both directly and non directly with serves as moderating variables by leadership style. The purpose of this research is to examine about (a) direct influence and significant between budget participation and budgetary slack, (b) leadership style can moderate that influence between budget participation and budgetary slack.The research samples are head of special distric in Bandung City Government with 165 population of special distric. The sampling is done by purposive sampling and proportional sampling. The sample is 62 in this research. Data collecting is done by direct distribution with uses the question before, so the validity and reability had been fullfilled. From 120 questioner, there are 62 questioner is gotten and fullfilled completely (51,67%). After colecting the data, through validity and realibility test that have fullfilled classic asumption then it is analyzed by simple regretion for testing the first hyphotesis and regretion with absolute difference score for testing the second and the third hypothesis.The result of the research shows: first, there is direct influence R square 15,7% and the significant is 0,001 between budget participation and budgetary slack. Secondly, the absolute difference score between budget participation and leadership style produce R square 17,5% and it doesn’t evidence to moderate the influence between budget participation and budgetary slack partially.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate impact of corporate governance to earning quality that the proxi of it with discretionary accruals. Corporate governance mecanism are managerial ownership, commisaries board, audit committee, and ownership institutional.The samples of this research is the manufacture company that listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange periode 2004 – 2005. Using purposive sampling was got 188 samples. The examine of the hypothesis used linear regression.The result of research indicate managerial ownership, commisaries board are significant to earning quality, but audit committee, and ownership institutional are not significant to earning quality.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Waroeng SS Lampersari Semarang Branch which aims to know: 1) Influence of Product Quality to Customer Satisfaction. 2) Price Influence on Consumer Satisfaction. 3) The influence of Location on customer satisfaction. 4) The Influence of Product Quality, Price and Location on customer satisfaction.This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. Data collection technique was done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are consumers who visit and make purchases at the restaurant Waroeng SS Lampersari with a sample size of 96 respondents and taken by Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test.The result of regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 5,621 + 0,233X1 + 0,496X2 + 0,331X3. This equation shows consumer satisfaction is influenced by product quality, price and location. Based on test results t: 1) Product Quality positively affects customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count> t table or 2.644> 1.985 and the significance value of 0.010 <0.05 then it can be concluded Ho rejected and Ha accepted. 2) Price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count> t table or 2.840> 1.985 and the significance value of 0.006 <0.05 then it can be concluded Ho rejected and Ha accepted. 3) Location has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by t arithmetic> t table or 2.144> 1.985 and the value of significance 0.035 <0.05 then it can be concluded Ho rejected and Ha accepted. 4) Product Quality, Price and Location simultaneously or together affect consumer satisfaction. It is proved based on the result of F test known that F-count> F-table is 35,679> 2,70 with significance value 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

"> This study examines the effect of independent variables are reporting corporate social responsibility ( CSR ) environmental dimensions , social, and economy, on the dependent variable of stock returns by partially or simultaneously. The study was conducted on 3 months period before and after the publication of the annual report in 2012 . The object of the research is a company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and publish the annual report . Samples were taken as many as 50 companies , with a business group in the fields of Agriculture , Mining , Basic Industry and Chemicals , Miscellaneous Industry , and Consumer Goods . Data were tested with eviews program. Test results show the following : CSR partial test showed variable environmentis negatively affect to the stock return , positive effect on the CSR economy, and CSR social positively influence on stock return . The results of the simultaneous test of CSR environment , social , and economy , together influential on stock return . This shows that the company is already implementing the overall dimensions of CSR ( environment , economy , and social ) will increase the company’s stock return visits of cummulative Abnormal Return indicator .

Abstract

As emmployees productivity can be affected by motivation, in order to improve the productivity, the company must give employees motivation, particularly motivation of reating good communication among employees, and creating new ideas, in wich such ideas will give the company strong influence in daily operational implementation. Again, with good work enviroment, there will be occupational innovations, so that it is possible to minimize occupational error as well as improve productivity.Creativiting can be arranged as a innovating strategy by a company in order to support its daily operations. In fact, based on the creative ideas, it is expected that there will be new innovations useful for company survival, particularly in global competition against other companies.

Abstract

Training programs is short and long-term training programs. This is a program that has been implemented by AT Papua Police Detachment 88, and can run properly. Although sometimes have experienced systematic problems in terms of funding and location of the easternmost region of Indonesia. Training of personnel is very influential on the performance of AT Papua Police Detachment 88, the data on the effect of training on performance as contained in the table are cumulative data of respondents who found the answer 73% of the samples taken were 30 personnel, who said the training is very influential. In terms of discipline, achievement, and work ethic, and training considered to be very effective to be used as benchmarks for Detachment 88 AT specifically in relation to the duties and functions of AT Detachment 88 police jurisdictions in the area of Papua.

Abstract

This study discuss about employee/laborer's benefit in Indonesian corporates. It's difficult for the employee to make their prosperous increased by themselves. It may effect to their dissatisfaction and caused in arising instability in social and economic. Competent authorities must solve this problem to avoid for future risk. It conduce not only to the laborer, but on the other side of it, for the corporate and the country too. Laborer needs attention for their viability immediately.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the influence of celebrity's endorsment and word of mouth to the decision of the national watch films partially or simultaneously. The preparation of this study using a quantitative approach. based on the nature of this research is a form of associative research with this type of causal relationship. Based on the data obtained, this study is a kind of field research (field research). The study population was moviegoers NSC Sun City Mall Madiun, sample taken 340 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Instrument research on the validity and reliability by looking at the corrected item total correlation and cronbanch's alpha and all declared valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used in this study by using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression.The results showed that the celebrity's endorsment and word of mouth significant effect partially and simultaneously to the national decision at the cinema watching a movie NSC Sun City Mall Madiun. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the the effect of celebrity's endorsment and word of mouth to the decision of the national movie in this study explained 51% and the rest is explained factors outside the model.
