Abstract

The increasing number of human populations certainly has a bad influence on the environment. Food sources for humans also need a source of protein. For this reason, alternative protein sources are needed that can save threatened fish populations. This study is very simple, but the issue is very important for the environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green brand positioning, green brand knowledge, attitude towards green brand, and environmental concern on green purchase intention of black soldier fly larvae. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to followers of Instagram (IG) Magalarva Tbk. The sample criteria in this study are 18-30 years old who know the Magalarva Tbk  have never bought Magalarva products, and are domiciled in Greater Jakarta. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling (purposive). All hypotheses are accepted. The results show that green brand positioning, green brand knowledge, attitude towards green brands, and environmental concerns have a significant effect on green purchase intention for the product of  Magalarva’s  brand.

Abstract

The problem of wages is a classic problem that has not been resolved until now. The government is not only facing the problem of surplus labor or the problem of an increasing workforce, but how to make policies related to the protection and improvement of workers' welfare. Maluku with a population that continues to increase from year to year. BPS noted that in August 2019, Maluku Province was ranked third with the highest unemployment rate nationally. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of drinking wages on the open unemployment rate in Maluku Province. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data type time series 2001-2020. The results of the study show that the minimum wage has a negative effect on the Open Unemployment Rate in Maluku province during the period 2001-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that determine customer loyalty to business customers. In particular, this study examines the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation. Primary data collection was carried out by surveying through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 companies at oil and gas industry in Indonesia. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The results of hypothesis testing with SEM-PLS indicated that service quality and product quality have a direct effect on customer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect test prove that customer satisfaction partially mediates the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Implementation green investment sustainable and responsible has become a priority for every company and investor because the more rising high alarm signal on environmental issues as well as for maximizing profits and harmonious development with the environment. Studies it focused on 3 research questions . Information was collected to examine the above research questions and a network map was applied. This study aims to check the publication of documents based on most influential articles, country co-authors, and appearances with green investment keywords. Key words categorized as into some cluster. The type of analysis used is bibliometric analysis . Study This retrieve the latest data A total of 701 articles from a scientific database that is SCOPUS of 2018- 2023 and network analysis use VOSviewer software. This study find that There are 2 most influential articles to green investment research with citation the most, the country that contributes the most in green investment research with amount article the most and the most frequent keywords used. This study has certain limitations and is concluded by providing implications and suggestions for future studies. The end this study will provide more insights to researchers, academics, and others to find research gaps in the field of green investment.

Abstract

Recently, many countries around the world have been experiencing multidimensional crises, including Indonesia, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The negative impact has paralyzed the business world, shaken the foundations of the wider community's welfare, and narrowed job opportunities, while the number of people seeking employment continues to increase and unemployment rates keep rising. To address this phenomenon, cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit is considered an appropriate solution.This study aims to analyze the variables that influence the success of entrepreneurship. Several variables suspected of having an impact are Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Competitive Advantage, and Emotional Intelligence as Moderating Variables. Population in this study is micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang city, and the sample consists of 154 respondents obtained through purposive sampling technique. The variables include four factors: Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Competitive Advantage (as Independent Variables), Emotional Intelligence (as Moderating Variables), and Entrepreneurial Success (as Dependent Variable). The data analysis method used hypothesis testing (t-test) and moderated regression analysis (MRA) to test moderating variables.Results show that entrepreneurial characteristics have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial success, with a significance value of 0.044. Competitive advantage does not have a significant negative effect on entrepreneurial success, with a significance value of 0.131. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence does not function as a moderator between the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on entrepreneurial success, with a significance value of 0.101, but it can moderate the effect of competitive advantage on entrepreneurial success, with a significance value of 0.041.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is not only done by men but also by women. The role of women in business is also closely related to increasing creativity and innovation in problem-solving and efforts to seize opportunities that people face every day. Given the weak socio-economic situation and the difficulty of finding work, this situation increases opportunities for women to find and start private businesses with flexible capital based on their ideas and skills. This research was conducted in the District of Banjarnegara using a targeted sampling method and utilized the snowball sampling method for data collection, with a total of 50 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and regression test, but the hypothesis in this study is tested using the T-test and F-test. The results showed that capital, independence, emotional, understanding of accounting, and entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on women in entrepreneurship, which means that these factors influenced women in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study analyzes the driving factors for customer experience and satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses 105 respondents who are customers of Promise Jiwa. The analysis used is PLS-SEM. The results of this study found that service quality and product quality were able to improve customer experience. Other results state that the more customers have a memorable experience, the more they will have an impact on increasing their satisfaction. This study proposes managerial implications, including improving taste quality, using attractive packaging, increasing food and beverage variants, improving the appearance of food and beverages, and innovation in food and beverages

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the competence of village apparatus, individual morality has an effect on fraud prevention and religiosity as a moderating variable. The population in this study were village officials at the Village Government in the District of Responsibility, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province. Sampling was carried out using the census method and the number of samples was 106 respondents. Type of data used is primary data. This study uses a questionnaire in data collection. The test technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used the interaction moderation test (MRA) with SPSS version 23.Results of this study indicate that the Competence of the Village Apparatus has a negative and significant effect on Fraud Prevention. Meanwhile, Individual Morality has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention. Religiosity is not able to moderate the influence of Village Apparatus Competence. But Religiosity is able to moderate the influence of Individual Morality on Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Management.

Abstract

This is research about the effect of population, mean years of school, and covid-19 on poverty in district/city area III Cirebon including Cirebon City, Cirebon Regency, Indramayu Regency, Majalengka Regency, and Kuningan Regency. The data type in this study was secondary data for the period of 2010-2021 and cross data of five areas, whereas the data analysis technique used was panel data regression analysis. According to the result of analysis, it was found that: (1) the population brings an insignificant positive effect on the poverty, (2) the mean years of school brings a significant negative effect on the poverty, (3) the covid-19 brings a significant negative effect on poverty with the significant rate of 5 percent.
