Abstract

Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and arts through education, research, and community service. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence achievement motivation, power motivation, and affiliation motivation on the performance of lecturers, especially female lecturers at private universities in Surakarta which certainly has her own characteristics and challenges in performing her dual role. When the motivations of a lecturer are known, it can be used as the basis of giving motivation to improve her performance.

Abstract

This paper determine the effect of customer experience on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Population of this research arecustomer of Paragon Mall Semarang. The Number of Sample about 188 respondents. This research use Structural Equation model as its analysis. The result of this research are customer experience have positif and significants on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction have positif and significant on customer loyalty, and customer experience have positif and significant on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research examined the influence of money availability and idea shopping on impulsive buying behavior. This research was a type of associative-conclusive research to test the magnitude of the influence of money availability directly to impulsive buying behavior or indirectly through idea shopping as an intervening variable. This research used 218 respondents who made unplanned purchases spontaneously and suddenly. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on General Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The data used to test the hypothesis were obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires. This research finds there is good direct influence between money availability and impulsive buying behavior, or indirectly through idea shopping as an intervening variable. There are several recommendations for the company. First, the salesman should be more intensive in interacting with consumers to influence them. Second, the salesman in each outletmust have good communication skills.

Abstract

This study examines the driving factors that can enhance tourist destination loyalty. Respondents used were 184 domestic tourists who had traveled to Bali. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Amos version 21 is used to process data. These results indicate that destination personality can improve the relationship destination but memorable tourist experience can not enhance it. The personality of a tourist destination enhance self-congruity. The study also found that memorable tourist experiences and the relationship destinations has a positive impact on increasing destinations loyalty. Self-congruity has a negative effect on destination loyalty. One contribution of this research related to showing the memorable tourist experience is more likely to influence loyal decisions than destination relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Financial Literacy of Business Owners, namelyfinancial literacy, financial planning, Level of Education Against Business Sustainability at RattanUMKM Trangsan Village, Gatak District, Central Java. Data collection techniques researchers doby observing and distributing questionnaires directly by visiting the object of research that is RattanUMKM Owner. Samples in this study amounted to 100 Rattan UMKM Business Actors. Dataprocessing uses SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has nosignificant effect on business continuity while financial literacy variables, financial planning havesignificant influence on business continuity.

Abstract

A salesperson is the part of a company who will always meet its customers. A salesperson should have the capability of responding to the customers. This research aims at examining the importance of the salesperson’s customer smart response capability for the insurance industry in Indonesia. The respondents in this research are 317 salespeople who work in the insurance industry. This research uses structural equation modeling to process its data. The results of this research show the importance of the customer smart response capability in the insurance industry. This customer smart response capability can improve a salesperson’s performance. Additionally, the customer smart response capability mediates the influence of customer sensing on the salesperson’s performance and mediates the influence of sales training’s effectiveness on the salesperson’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the CSR activities conducted by Marimas Putera Kencana related to the development of social entrepreneurship, to describe the value chain model for corporate entrepreneurship, and the impact of social entrepreneurship development through CSR activity. An explorative study approach was undertaken in this study by conducting semi-structured interviews at the Marketing Division of Marimas Putera Kencana, the target group, and the shop owners involved in the CSR program. The results of this study show the stages of CSR activities of Marimas Putera Kencana which include planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting and value chain model for social entrepreneurship to realize business goals without overriding social values. In addition, the impact of social entrepreneurship development through CSR activities is the enhancement of environmental capacity and capability, creating leadership in the development of corporate social entrepreneurship, creating environmental protection, organizational transformation for social improvement, refreshing and promoting CSR development, awakening a positive reputation, and organizational commitment to continuously behave ethically.

Abstract

ABSTRACT       This research aims to know that leadership style, motivation and organization culture can influence the lecturer performance through organizational commitment, besides, to be able to be reference for the next research having almost the same discussion.The research is conducted using primary data that is questionnaire distributed to the respondent as the sample. The sample of this research is the lecturers in the private colleges in Surakarta area. The questionnaire distribution uses the sample counted 50 respondents for certificated lecturers because it is based on what will be discussed in this research.The questionnaire is tested its validity and reliability. The questionnaire which is distributed from the validity and reliability test result produces valid and reliable questionnaire. For the model used in the research is done classical assumption test consisting multi colonearity, heterosdesticity, autocorrelation, and normality.Doubled regression test is done in two stages they are to test causal regression I and causal regression II. Causal regression I is to know the influence of leadership style, motivation and organization culture toward organizational commitment. Causal regression II is to test the influence of leadership style, motivation, organization culture and organizational commitment toward the performance with the purpose to know the direct influence of variable of leadership style, motivation and organization culture toward the performance, also for indirect influence if there must be organizational commitment among those variables.The result and discussion gotten from causal regression I test knows that leadership style and lecturer motivation influence the organizational commitment, while organization culture does not influence the organizational commitment. Causal regression II knows that only motivation influences the lecturer performance, but if the motivation is not directly to the performance yet must be through organizational commitment so the motivation does not have influence the performance. For the leadership style and organization culture variable either directly or indirectly do not have influence the performance, and also with the organizational commitment.The result of the research will be used as the enrichment material and included into reputable online journal. Suggestion for the next research is expected having sample which is broader its scope of area cooperate with parties supporting the next research like Kopertis (Private Colleges Association) Keyword :  leadership style, organization culture, motivation, performance, organizational                   commitment
