Abstract

Tracer study is an effort to trace alumni of PAIFTIK UNISNU Jeparawho hadgraduated in 2013. The purpose of tracer study is to know the output ofgraduates covering a mastery of competency, evaluation the learningprocess and the contribution of higher education to the acquisition ofcompetence. The formulations of the problem are: 1) How the readiness ofgraduates of PAI department, 2) How graduates majoring in PAI netted inthe work place, 3) How the relevance of the curriculum of PAI departmentwith the workplace. This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjectsof this study are from regular 1 and regular 2. The procedure of researchimplementation includes: 1) Pre-research stage / field: 2) Stage in the field;and 3): Data analysis. The results of this study are: 1) the readiness of graduates in the work placeis about 57.6%. 2) The absorption of PAIgraduates in the work place is 89.3%, 3) the results of graduates who are in accordance with their educational qualifications are75.9%. Tracer study merupakan upaya penelusuran jejak alumni jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK)Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama  (UNISNU) Jepara lulusan tahun 2013. Tujuan tracer study ialah untuk mengetahui output lulusan yang meliputi penguasaan kompetensi, evaluasi proses pembelajaran dan kontribusi pendidikan tinggi terhadap pemerolehan kompetensi. Adapun rumusan masalah pada tracer study ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimana kesiapan lulusan jurusan PAI, 2) Bagaimana keterserapan lulusan jurusan PAI dalam dunia kerja, 3) Bagaimana relevansi kurikulum  jurusan PAI dengan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini dari lulusan reguler 1 dan reguler 2. Prosedur pelaksanaan penelitian meliputi :1) Tahap pra penelitian/lapangan: 2) Tahap di lapangan; dan 3) : Analisa data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : 1) kesiapan lulusan dalam dunia kerja menyatakan siap dengan persentase 57,6%. 2) Keterserapan lulusan PAI dalam dunia kerja sebesar 89,3% ; 3) hasil lulusan yang bekerja sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan atau guru sebesar 75,9%.

Abstract

This research aims to finding: 1) the implementation of supervisory dutiesof islamic education supervisors of senior high school 2) the implementation of supervisory function of islamic education supervisors of senior high school 3) the implementation of supervisory authority of islamic education supervisors of senior high school. 4) the implementation of supervisory responsible of islamic education supervisors of senior high school. This research applied descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted in district Rembang for 4 months. The subjects of this research is supervisor of Islamic education supervisors at the senior high school in district Rembang. The informants were Islamic Education teachers at senior high school, headmasters and the staff of ministry religion. Data were collected with interviews, observation and documentation. Data were validated with triangulation techniques in source and method. Data were analyzed with interactive modelthat consist of; data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results show that: 1)  implementation of duties, function, authority and responsibility by Islamic Education supervisors has been done in accordance with the PMA No 2 Tahun 2012 though not maximized 2) The obstacles experienced by  supervisors in academic supervision arethe lack in number of Islamic  Education supervisors personnel, the large number of teachers that should  be supervised, and the lack of intensity of supervision. 3) The solution of these problems are recruiting new supervisors, increasing the intensity of supervision at classroom visits and increasing a development programs of academic supervision for supervisors in a periodic and continuous manner. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan: 1)  Pelaksanaan tugas pengawas PAISMA di Kabupaten Rembang. 2) Pelaksanaan fungsi pengawas PAI SMAdi Kabupaten Rembang. 3) Pelaksanaan tanggung jawab pengawas PAISMA di Kabupaten Rembang. 4) Pelaksanaan Tanggung jawab pengawasPAI SMA di Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Rembang dengan waktu penelitian selama 4 bulan. Subyek penelitian adalah Pengawas  Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA di Kabupaten Rembang. Informan penelitian adalah guru-guru PAI SMA di Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik  pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan  dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber  dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif,  meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan tugas, fungsi, wewenang dan tanggung jawab pengawas PAI SMA di Kabupaten Rembang  telah terlaksana sesuai PMA No. 2 Tahun 2012 meski masih belum  maksimal. 2) Hambatan yang dialami pengawas dalam supervisi adalah kurangnya tenaga pengawas PAI, banyaknya guru yang harus dibina dan kurangnya intensitas supervisi. 3) Solusi dari kendala tersebut adalah  rekrutmen pengawas baru, peningkatan intensitas supervisi kunjungan  kelas dan peningkatan program pembinaan supervisi pengawas secara berkala dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

This descriptive research aims at describing the effectiveness of curriculumof Islamic Education Management Postgraduate Program at UNISNUJepara and contributing the critical review towards the corcordance ofcurriculum structure and subjects’ variant offered connected to stake holderand the profession of users. Qualitative method is applied in this research,whereas the technique of selecting the subject of research is purposivesampling. The data of this research are collected through interview,observation, and documentation. The result shows that the variant ofcourses that are offered by the postgraduate program are categorized to be supporting enough for the concentration Islamic education supervisionin the case of education management  study program. However, some subjects need to be reviewed in curriculum review to enhance their effectiveness for users and stake holder of institutional and Islamic educationmanagement at UNISNU Jepara. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan menjelaskan keefektifan kurikulummanajemen pendidikan Islam perogram pascasarjana Unisnu Jepara danmemberikan kontribusi berupa tinjauan kritis terhadap kesesuaian dalamstruktur kurikulum dan berbagai pihak yang berhubungan denganpemangku kepentingan dan profesi para pemakainya. Penelitian inimenerapkan metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pemilihan data denganmenggunakan tehnik sampel terpilih. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melaluiwawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa ragam mata kuliah yang ditawarkan dapat dikategorikan cukupmendukung konsentrasi supervisi pendidikan Islam dalam penjurusan program studi,namun sebagian mata kuliah perlu ditinjau ulang dalamtinjauan kurikulum untuk meningkatkan keefektifannya khususnya bagi para pemangku kepentingan lembaga dan manajemen pendidikan IslamUNISNU Jepara.

Abstract

Writing a scientific article is a necessity of elementary school teachers ormadrasah ibtidaiyah. In addition to reviving the scientific culture, writingbecomes a vehicle to hone the intellectual quality. By writing, teachers aremore diligent in reading, researching, analyzing and putting their ideas into perspective. Today there is plenty of space in the mass media to write, both popular scientific articles, essays, features and more. Writing becomes one component of improving quality and professional  competence. Teachers are not only required to meet the competence of  pedagogy, personality and social. Teachers' duties not only design and teach, but also the publication of scientific papers in the mass media. Writing in the mass media is very different from in journals and books, because writing should be popular, actual and solutive. In improving professional competence, teachers are required to fulfill Sustainable Culture Development in accordance with the Regulation of State Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reform No. 16 of 2009 on Teacher Functional Position and Credit Score. Sustainable Culture  Development is the main element whose activities are given credit numbers for teacher career development, in addition to the other two main elements. Permenpan RB number 16 of 2009 divides Sustainable Culture Development consists of 3 components including self-development, scientific publications and innovative works. Professional teacher  competence can be achieved by fulfilling Sustainable Culture Development  by writing in mass media. If achieved, then become an instrument to  improve the professional competence of teachers. Menulis artikel ilmiah merupakan keniscayaan guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) atau Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Selain menghidupkan budaya ilmiah, menulis menjadi wahana mengasah kualitas intelektual. Dengan menulis, guru semakin rajin membaca, meneliti, menganalisis dan menuangkan gagasannya. Saat ini banyak ruang di media massa untuk menulis, baik artikel ilmiah populer, esai, feature dan lainnya. Menulis menjadi salah  satu komponen meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi profesional. Guru tidak sekadar dituntut memenuhi kompetensi pedagogi, kepribadian dan sosial. Tugas guru tidak hanya merancang dan mengajar, namun juga publikasi karya ilmiah di media massa. Menulis di media massa sangat berbeda dengan di jurnal dan buku, karena tulisan harus populer, aktual dan solutif. Dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional, guru dituntut memenuhi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) sesuai  dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan  Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 tentang Jabatan Fungsional Guru dan Angka Kreditnya. PKB merupakan unsur utama yang kegiatannya diberikan angka kredit untuk pengembangan karir guru, selain kedua unsur utama lainnya. Permenpan RB Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 membagi PKB terdiri atas 3 komponen meliputi pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah dan karya inovatif. Kompetensi profesional guru bisa dicapai dengan memenuhi PKB dengan cara menulis di media massa. Jika tercapai, maka menjadi instrumen meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of improving learning outcomes with the application of snowball thrawing learning model in grade 4 students SDN 2 KandangrejoKlambu District Grobogan District 2015/2016 school year. From the preparation of the Proposal to the writing of the research results in February 2016 until April 2016. The subjects were 25 fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 KandangrejoKlambu Sub-districtGrobogan District. Method is a way to simplify the workings of research andis a critical success factor of a study. The method used in this research is classroom action research method with through action as much as twocycles. Each cycle consists of four stages of planning, action, observation,and reflection. Data analysis used in this research using comparativedescriptive analysis that is by comparing the value of initial test results, the first cycle, and the second cycle. In the result of research and discussion of problem of researcher describe in general the location of research, research implementation both cycle 1 and cycle 2, result of research of cycle 1 and cycle 2, and discussion. Based on the data analysis conducted in this study obtained a conclusion that by applying the learning model of snowball thrawing can improve the learning outcomes of science energy sources in grade 4 students SDN 2 KandangrejoKlambu District Grobogan District 2015/2016 lesson year significant. The initial condition before the implementation of the average cycle of student scores was 60.87. In the first class action study cycle averaging value of 67.8, while cycle II obtained average value of 76.7. The increase of students' learning mastery from 40% in prasiklus, to 76% in cycle I and 92% in cycle II. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran snowball thrawing untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas pada siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Kandangrejo Kecamatan KlambuKabupaten Grobogan  tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 siswa kelas IV  SD Negeri 2 Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan melalui tindakan sebanyak dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu membuat perencanaan,melakukan tindakan, mengadakan pengamatan, dan melakukan refleksi.Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisisdeskriptif komparatif yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai hasil tes awal,siklus pertama, dan siklus kedua. Berdasarkan analisis data yangdilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh suatu simpulan bahwa denganmenerapkan model pembelajaran snowball thrawing dapat meningkatkanhasil belajar IPA sumber-sumber energi pada siswa kelas IV SDN 2Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan  tahun pelajaran2015/2016 yang signifikan. Kondisi awal sebelum pelaksanaan siklus ratarata nilai siswa adalah 60,87. Pada penelitian tindakan kelas siklus 1 ratarata  nilai 67,8, sedangkan siklus II diperoleh rata-rata nilai 76,7. Adanya peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dari 40 % pada prasiklus, menjadi 76 % pada siklus I dan 92 % pada siklus II.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a unity of values, systems, adopted and used as a common guideline of both individuals and groups in organizations or aninstitution.The organization or group will experience progress anddevelopment, if the organizational culture within an organization and theinstitution is organized and run well.In this paper, the authors find stages in the concept of organizational culture development and relevant to beapplied in Islamic educational institutions, that is: Organizational cultureconcept, function and development of organizational culture, organizationalculture type consist of open and participative culture; and closed andautocratic culture,The formation of organizational culture, the strategy ofstrengthening the organizational culture consists of (Mechanical solidarityand organic solidarity), as well as strategies in developing organizational culture. This, it is appropriate to be the focus of reference  for Islamic educational institutions, especially in achieving the desired  goals. Budaya organisasi merupakan satu kesatuan nilai-nilai, sistem, yang dianut dan dijadikan pedoman bersama baik individu maupun kelompok pada organisasi atau  suatu lembaga. Organisasi atau kelompok akan mengalami perkembangan dan kemajuan, jika budaya organisasi dalam sebuah organisasi dan lembaga tersebut terorganisir serta berjalan dengan baik. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis menemukan tahap-tahap dalam konsep pengembangan budaya organisasi dan relevan untuk diterapkan dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam, yaitu: konsep budaya organisasi, fungsi dan pengembangan budaya organisasi, tipe budaya organisasi teridiri dari open and participative culture; danclosed and autocratic culture, pembentukan budaya organisasi, strategi memperkuat budaya organisasi terdiri dari (solidaritas mekanik dan solidaritas organik), serta strategi dalam mengembangkan budaya organisasi. Hal ini, sangat tepat untuk dijadikan fokus acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan islam khususnya dalam mencapai tujuan diinginkan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about, Development of Teaching Methods ofIslamic Religious Education Teachers at SMP Negeri 9 Parepare. Dataused in this discussion, there are two kinds, namely: library data and fielddata. The bibliographic data were collected by citing the opinions of expertsfrom reading books relating to this study. While the field data obtained byconducting direct research to a predetermined location. Data collection techniques were conducted using interviews, observation, questionnaires,documentation. Data analysis techniques using the formula of Mean is usedbecause this technique is a statistical test that allows to know whether ornot the development of teaching methods of teachers of Islamic Educationin SMP Negeri 9 Parepare. Based on the data obtained in the field it can beconcluded that there is a development of teaching methods when usingteaching methods that vary, it can be seen from the score of learningoutcomes obtained by learners before treatment, ie learners gain anaverage score of 10.37, while scores obtained by learners after treatmentwere given an average of 14.9. In accordance with the results of observationthe use of varied teaching methods influence on learning interests oflearners on the learning process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengembangan metodemengajar guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 9 Parepare. Datayang digunakan dalam pembahasan ini, ada dua macam yaitu: datakepustakaan dan data lapangan. Data kepustakaan diambil dengan caramengutip pendapat para ahli dari buku-buku bacaan yang berkaitan denganpenelitian ini. Sedangkan data lapangan diperoleh dengan melakukanpenelitian langsung ke lokasi yang telah ditentukan. Teknik pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, angket,dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus Mean karenateknik ini merupakan  suatu tes statistik yang memungkinkan untukmengetahui ada tidaknya pengembangan metode mengajar guruPendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 9 Parepare. Berdasarkan datayang diperoleh di lapangan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapatpengembangan metode mengajar ketika menggunakan metode mengajaryang bervariasi, hal ini dapat terlihat dari skor hasil belajar yang diperolehpeserta didik sebelum diberikan perlakuan, yakni peserta didik memperolehskor rata-rata 10,37, sedangkan skor yang diperoleh peserta didik setelahdiberikan perlakuan adalah rata-rata 14,9. Sesuai dengan hasil observasipenggunaan metode mengajar yang bervariasi berpengaruh terhadapminat belajar peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran.
