Abstract

Tracer study is an effort to trace alumni of PAIFTIK UNISNU Jeparawho hadgraduated in 2013. The purpose of tracer study is to know the output ofgraduates covering a mastery of competency, evaluation the learningprocess and the contribution of higher education to the acquisition ofcompetence. The formulations of the problem are: 1) How the readiness ofgraduates of PAI department, 2) How graduates majoring in PAI netted inthe work place, 3) How the relevance of the curriculum of PAI departmentwith the workplace. This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjectsof this study are from regular 1 and regular 2. The procedure of researchimplementation includes: 1) Pre-research stage / field: 2) Stage in the field;and 3): Data analysis. The results of this study are: 1) the readiness of graduates in the work placeis about 57.6%. 2) The absorption of PAIgraduates in the work place is 89.3%, 3) the results of graduates who are in accordance with their educational qualifications are75.9%. Tracer study merupakan upaya penelusuran jejak alumni jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK)Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama  (UNISNU) Jepara lulusan tahun 2013. Tujuan tracer study ialah untuk mengetahui output lulusan yang meliputi penguasaan kompetensi, evaluasi proses pembelajaran dan kontribusi pendidikan tinggi terhadap pemerolehan kompetensi. Adapun rumusan masalah pada tracer study ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimana kesiapan lulusan jurusan PAI, 2) Bagaimana keterserapan lulusan jurusan PAI dalam dunia kerja, 3) Bagaimana relevansi kurikulum  jurusan PAI dengan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini dari lulusan reguler 1 dan reguler 2. Prosedur pelaksanaan penelitian meliputi :1) Tahap pra penelitian/lapangan: 2) Tahap di lapangan; dan 3) : Analisa data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : 1) kesiapan lulusan dalam dunia kerja menyatakan siap dengan persentase 57,6%. 2) Keterserapan lulusan PAI dalam dunia kerja sebesar 89,3% ; 3) hasil lulusan yang bekerja sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan atau guru sebesar 75,9%.

Abstract

Speaking is the basic tool of education and the most important skill in everyday life. However, the fact shows that generally many students are inhibited to speak English. Drama can foster language skills such as reading, writing, speaking and listening by creating a suitable context. Drama  is  a  powerful  language  teaching  tool  that  involves  all  of  the students interactively all of the class period. Drama can also provide the means for connecting students??emotions and cognition as it enables students to take risks with language and experience the connection between thought and action. The objective of the study isinvestigating the effect of using drama technique in teaching speaking skill.The study employed a quantitative method, with quasi experimental design with non- equivalent control group. The subjects are the second semester students of Islamic Economics at UNISNU Jeparain academic year 2013/ 2014. The data will be obtained from the result pretest/ posttest. The result in speaking without drama is 65% and the average score is 75,94. Then, the calculation of T-test show that T count is higher than T Table. So, the speaking method by using drama is more effective than without using drama for helping student to improve their ideas of the second semester of Islamic Economy Students of UNISNU Jepara in the academic year of2013/2014.Keywords: speaking ability, dramaBerbicara adalah alat dasar pendidikan dan keterampilan yang paling penting   dalam   kehidupan   sehari-hari.   Namun,   fakta   menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya  siswa terhambat untuk  berbicara  bahasa  Inggris. Drama dapat memupuk keterampilan bahasa seperti membaca, menulis, berbicara dan mendengarkan dengan menciptakan konteks yang sesuai. Drama adalah alat pengajaran bahasa yang kuat yang melibatkan semua siswa secara interaktif semua periode kelas. Drama juga dapat menyediakan   sarana   untuk   menghubungkan   students'emotions   dan kognisi karena memungkinkan siswa untuk mengambil risiko dengan bahasa dan pengalaman hubungan antara pikiran dan tindakan. Tujuan dari  studi untuk  mengetahui efek  menggunakan  teknik  drama  dalam mengajar   berbicara  studi   skill.metode   yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif,  dengan  desain  quasi  eksperimen  dengan  kelompok  kontrol non-setara. Subyeknya adalah mahasiswa semester II Ekonomi Islam di tahun akademik UNISNU Jeparain 2013 / 2014. Data tersebut diperoleh dari hasil pretest / posttest. Hasil dalam berbicara tanpa drama adalah65% dan skor rata-rata adalah 75,94. Kemudian, perhitungan acara T-test yang T hitung lebih tinggi dari T Tabel. Jadi, metode berbicara dengan menggunakan drama lebih efektif daripada tanpa menggunakan drama untuk membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan ide-ide mereka dari semester II  Ekonomi  Islam  Mahasiswa  UNISNU  Jepara  pada  tahun  akademik2013/2014. Kata Kunci : kemampuan berbicara, drama

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) is one of the opportunities and challenges for Indonesia in facing this century of Asian economy. Indonesia has no choice to get involved in the globalization process and the increasingly competition in various fields. MEA will have an impact on the integration of the economic sector, even the education sector will also be affected by the possibility of foreign educational institutions which open classes of higher quality education in Indonesia. Business actors and academics are required to be able to formulate standards of professional competence in each sector. Efforts to improve the quality of human resources can be pursued by synergizing with the government. Improvement of the quality of human resources by improving teachers?? ability on soft skill in Islamic education is very important to compete in facing the MEA, which in turn can have result in quality education. Abstract

This research aims to finding: 1) the implementation of supervisory dutiesof islamic education supervisors of senior high school 2) the implementation of supervisory function of islamic education supervisors of senior high school 3) the implementation of supervisory authority of islamic education supervisors of senior high school. 4) the implementation of supervisory responsible of islamic education supervisors of senior high school. This research applied descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted in district Rembang for 4 months. The subjects of this research is supervisor of Islamic education supervisors at the senior high school in district Rembang. The informants were Islamic Education teachers at senior high school, headmasters and the staff of ministry religion. Data were collected with interviews, observation and documentation. Data were validated with triangulation techniques in source and method. Data were analyzed with interactive modelthat consist of; data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results show that: 1)  implementation of duties, function, authority and responsibility by Islamic Education supervisors has been done in accordance with the PMA No 2 Tahun 2012 though not maximized 2) The obstacles experienced by  supervisors in academic supervision arethe lack in number of Islamic  Education supervisors personnel, the large number of teachers that should  be supervised, and the lack of intensity of supervision. 3) The solution of these problems are recruiting new supervisors, increasing the intensity of supervision at classroom visits and increasing a development programs of academic supervision for supervisors in a periodic and continuous manner. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan: 1)  Pelaksanaan tugas pengawas PAISMA di Kabupaten Rembang. 2) Pelaksanaan fungsi pengawas PAI SMAdi Kabupaten Rembang. 3) Pelaksanaan tanggung jawab pengawas PAISMA di Kabupaten Rembang. 4) Pelaksanaan Tanggung jawab pengawasPAI SMA di Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Rembang dengan waktu penelitian selama 4 bulan. Subyek penelitian adalah Pengawas  Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA di Kabupaten Rembang. Informan penelitian adalah guru-guru PAI SMA di Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik  pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan  dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber  dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif,  meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan tugas, fungsi, wewenang dan tanggung jawab pengawas PAI SMA di Kabupaten Rembang  telah terlaksana sesuai PMA No. 2 Tahun 2012 meski masih belum  maksimal. 2) Hambatan yang dialami pengawas dalam supervisi adalah kurangnya tenaga pengawas PAI, banyaknya guru yang harus dibina dan kurangnya intensitas supervisi. 3) Solusi dari kendala tersebut adalah  rekrutmen pengawas baru, peningkatan intensitas supervisi kunjungan  kelas dan peningkatan program pembinaan supervisi pengawas secara berkala dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Banyak sekolah yang memberikan pendidikan al-Qur’an sebagai upayameningkatkan mutu siswa dalam bidang keagamaan. Salah satu sekolahyang memberlakukan program pembelajaran al-Qur’an adalah SekolahDasar Islam Bilingual An-Nissa, yakni Baca Tulis al-Qur’an (BTQ) dan tahfidz (hafalan). Sebagaimana progam-progam pendidikan yang lain,progam tahfidz dan BTQ juga harus dievaluasi dan disupervisi. Evaluasi inidimaksudkan untuk melihat keterlaksanaan dan ketercapaian program,efektivitas dan efisiensinya, menemukan faktor-faktor pendukung danpenghambat program, serta menemukan langkah-langkah supervisisebagai program pembinaan yang komprehensif. Dari evaluasi yangpenulis lakukan dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal. Pertama, keterlaksanaan program yang mencakup pemenuhan standar isi, standar proses, standar tenaga didik, standar sarana prasarana pembelajaran, standar penilaian, dukungan internal dan eksternal masih berada pada level yang rendah sehingga berimbas pada tingkat ketercapaian yang rendah pula. Kedua, pembelajaran yang ada selama ini masih belum efektif dan efisien. Ketiga, faktor-faktor penghambat program tahfidz dan BTQ adalah kurangnya kompetensi profesional guru, kurangnya sarana pembelajaran, kurangnya alokasi waktu, dan juga kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua siswa. Faktor pendukung program adalah kecerdasan siswa yang memadai. Keempat, langkah-langkah yang diambil sebagai bagian dari supervisi adalah dengan mengubah mindset siswa dan guru, memberikan bimbingan pada siswa dan guru secara rutin. Many schools provide Qur'an  education as an effort to improve the qualityof students in the religious field. One of the schools that implements theQur'an learning program is Islamic Bilingual Primary School of An-Nissa.That program is BTQ (reciting and writing al-Quran) and Tahfidz (memorizing al-Qur’an). As with other educational programs, Tahfidz and BTQ programs must also be evaluated and supervised. This evaluation isintended to see the program's implementation and achievement,effectiveness and efficiency, to discover the program's supporting andinhibiting factors, and to find supervisory measures as a comprehensivedevelopment program. From the evaluation conducted by the author couldconclude several things. First, the implementation of the program thatcovering the fulfillment of the content standards, process standards, thestandard of the students, the standard of learning infrastructure facilities,the appraisal standards, internal and external support were still at a low level so that also impacted on the low level of achievement. Second, the existing learning has not been effective and efficient. Third, the inhibiting factors of tahfidz and BTQ programs are the lack of professional competence of teachers, lack of learning tools, lack of time allocation, and also lack of attention from students’ parents. The supporting factor of the program is sufficient student intelligence. Fourth, the steps taken as part of the supervision were to change the mindset of students and teachers and provided guidance to them on a regular basis.

Abstract

The issue of improving the quality of education has always been the focusof the various stakeholders in education. One of the objectives is to prepare learning outcomes (LO) that have competitiveness with their competitors. In addition, also to prepare the LO has the power sanding so that it can be in harmony with the era that has entered this disruptive era. The paper is intended to see how the policy relevance of the government to address the problem. The author uses a management approach in reviewing existing data. This paper uses literature review and is reinforced with data from the field. The results of this paper are several facts - including the following alternative facts: the government through the Ministry of Education with the policy of Curriculum 2013 and Kemenristek Dikti through the Presidential Decree on the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) began to make efforts to improve education. There is a paradigm shift, previously focused only on cognitive development, or already towards the affective and psychomotor spheres but still very minimal, and unstructured evaluation, is now more systematic to achieve not only the cognitive, but affective, psychomotor sphere by considering multiple intelligence. Based on these facts it can be concluded that there is a match between education and community needs, so that the crisis of moral decadence, the competence of hope can be overcome. On the same side, the 2013 curriculum is nothing but a government instrument to control the quality of education that is oriented towards quality assurance. Finally, the government -designed education is expected to encourage LOs capable of competence, competitiveness and sanding power that is in harmony with the times. Isu perbaikan mutu pendidikan selalu menjadi fokus dari pelbagaipemangku kepentingan dalam pendidikan. Salah satu tujuannya adalahuntuk penyiapan learning outcomes (LO) yang mempunyai daya saingdengan kompetitornya. Selain itu, juga untuk menyiapkan LO mempunyaidaya sanding sehingga dapat selaras dengan zaman yang sudahmemasuki era disruptif ini. Tulisan ditujukan untuk melihat bagaimanarelevansi kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah untuk mengatasipermasalahan tersebut. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan manajemendalam mengulas data yang ada. Tulisan ini menggunakan kajian pustakadan dikuatkan dengan data dari lapangan. Hasil dari tulisan ini adalahbeberapa fakta –termasuk di dalamnya fakta alternatif sebagai berikut:pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pendidikan dengan kebijakan Kurikulum2013 dan Kemenristek Dikti melalui Kepres tentang Kerangka KualifikasiNasional Indonesia (KKNI) mulai melakukan usaha perbaikan pendidikan.Ada pergeseran paradigma, yang sebelumnya hanya terfokus padapengembangan kognitif, atau sudah menuju ranah afektif dan  psikomotor namun masih sangat minim, dan evaluasi yang tidak terstruktur, saat ini lebih sistematis untuk mencapai tidak hanya ranah kognitif, namun afektif, psikomotor dengan mempertimbangkan multiple intelegence. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya sudah ada kesesuaian antara pendidikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, sehingga krisis dekadensi moral, kompetensi harapannya dapat diatasi. Pada sisi yang sama ;kurikulum 2013 tidak lain sebagai instrumen pemerintah untuk mengkontrol mutu pendidikan yang beorientasi pada jaminan mutu. Terakhir, pendidikan yang didesain pemerintah diharapkan mampu mendorong LO yang mampu mempunyai kompetensi, daya saing dan daya sanding yang selaras dengan zamannya.

Abstract

Learning methodology PAI at UNISNU Jepara as the one of subject for students ability to understand how to implement learning methodology in class. However, in term of substance, curriculum of the subject is considered not entirely relevant to the required competences. While,  from the balance aspect, competence which is so vast is not supported by the vast curiculum content as well.Therefore, the writer wants to evaluate the curriculum learning methodology PAI, both of substance aspect and the curiculum content. The problem of the research is focused on the study of the subtance and the content of learning methodology PAI at UNISNU Jepara, as well as the relevance of the two aspects. The research method used is a case study. The data collection is triangulation. While, the analysis used a qualitative descriptive technique with content analysis approach.The result of the research indicate that there is a discrepancy between learning methodology PAI substance and formulated standard competence. On the other hand, standard competence are not quite complete because it only includes cognitive domains. While, in this curriculum content is consist of several irrelevant materials to the subtance of the subject.Therefore, the writer tried to redesign curriculum of the subject to redefine subtance and standard competency

Abstract

This study is based on the fact that the quality of the learning process in the elementary school class 4 Taruman UPTD Education in Toroh subdistrict, Grobogan District. This is due to the fact that Elementary school class teachers are more oriented towards achieving material targets and are pursuing value targets, which tend to ignore the quality of the learning process. Assessment techniques that used more test techniques are more likely to measure the realm of cognitive, moderate. non-test assessment techniques can more comprehensively measure learning outcomes tends to be overlooked. The problem is expected to be overcome through counseling teachers through academic supervision in implementing teaching management, from planning, implementation of teaching and learning process, to evaluation. The purpose of this research is to improve the performance of elementary school classroom teachers in the management of learning in primary school education 4 Taruman UPTD Toroh Grobogan subdistrict. This research method is by action research (action research) which executed with two cycles. The results showed an increase in the performance of teachers to start early before the action amounted to 58.3% (medium category), after cycle I to 70.8% (high category), and after the second cycle increased to 80.3% (high category) .Based on the results of the above action research can be concluded Academic supervision through individual guidance conducted by the principal of teachers to improve the performance of elementary school teachers in SD Negeri 4 Taruman UPTD Toroh District education Grobogan District, in the management of learning both aspects of learning planning, abilities of teachers in learning.. Penelitian ini bertolak dari kenyataan rendahnya mutu proses pembelajaran pada kelas Sekolah Dasar Negeri 4 Taruman  UPTD Pendidikan kecamatan Toroh, Kabupaten Grobogan. Hal ini disebabkan adanya guru-guru kelas sekolah Dasar lebih berorientasi pada pencapaian target materi dan lebih mengejar target nilai, sehingga cenderung mengabaikan mutu proses pembelajaran. Teknik penilaian yang digunakan lebih banyak teknik tes yang lebih memiliki kecenderungan mengukur ranah kognitif, sedang. teknik penilaian non tes yang lebih dapat mengukur hasil belajar secara komprehensif cenderung masih diabaikan. Permasalahan tersebut diharapkan dapat diatasi melalui pembimbingan terhadap guru melalui supervisi akademik dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan pengajaran, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar, sampai evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru kelas sekolah dasar dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran pada SD Negeri 4 Taruman  UPTD pendidikan kecamatan Toroh Kabupaten Grobogan. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan penelitian tindakan (action research) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja guru mulai  awal sebelum tindakan sebesar 58,3% (kategori sedang), setelah tindakan siklus I menjadi 70,8% (kategori tinggi), dan setelah tindakan siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 80,3% (kategori tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan di atas dapat disimpulkan Supervisi akademik melalui pembimbingan individu yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap guru dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru kelas sekolah dasar pada SD Negeri 4 Taruman  UPTD pendidikan kecamatan Toroh Kabupaten Grobogan, dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran baik aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta abilitas guru dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Supervisi  akademik, Peningkatan, Kinerja GuruKeywords: Academic Supervision, Improvement, Performance of teachers

Abstract

Now a days, radicalism has been spread out in Indonesia. It has to beprohibited by anti-radicalism education. Anti-radicalism education can bepreventive and anticipative effort for terorism and radicalism expansion. Itwill done by put anti-radicalism volues for student through learning andteaching process, it his one of solution for radicalism expansion problem inIndonesia. Anti-radicalism volues in Islam based on Al-qur’an and Al-hadits.It could being integrated on subject lesson. In Islam concept, there isinterdiction for killing and vandalism. On the contrary, Islam learns us forloving peaple/each other. It has realized on subject lesson. Anti -racalismeducation prosecutes youth generation to respect differentiation, to loveeach other, to hate vandalism and dissension. Thus, it can discantinueradicalism and terorism in Indonesia. Gerakan radikalisme yang sudah mengakar di negara yang  besar ini harus dicegah. Pendidikan anti radikalisme dapat dijadikan upaya preventif dan antisipatif  berkembangnya jaringan terorisme dan radikalisme di Indonesia. Pendidikan anti radikalisme dilakukan dengan memasukkan nilai -nilai anti radikalisme dalam diri siswa melalui proses pendidikan dan pengajaran. Pendidikan anti radikalisme ini digagas sebagai solusi masalah radikalisme yang berkembang di Indonesia.Nilai-nilai anti radikalisme dalam Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Quran dan Hadits Rasulullah shalallahu ‘alaihi wasallam diintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran.Konsep Islam yang anti radikal seperti melarang membunuh, berbuat kerusakan, serta perintah untuk berbuat kasih sayang sesama upmat manusia dimuat dalam mata pelajaran agama Islam dan pelajaran lainnya.Pendidikan anti radikalisme menuntut para generasi muda untuk menghargai perbedaan, manusia yang mencintai kasih sayang, dan manusia yang benci berbuat kerusakan. Dengan demikian, secara berangsur-angsur akan dapat memutus gerakan radikalisme dan terorisme di Indonesia.
