Abstract

Rapid development of current computer technology often lead to abuse of the technology in a criminal action. One of the most common is the theft of the Password (password), personal accounts until confidential documents. To that end, the perceived need for a form of safeguard against the things above in order to comfort the user in using computer technology. Encryption is one method to randomize the words so that it cannot be read and understood by anyone else except by users who use them and those who were given the right to use it. The Kerberos method is a method of encryption that originally applied to secure a computer network. Kerberos authentication works by comparing input data with the given keywords. Based on the workings of the Kerberos method, be designed a device for data security in the form of a text message is converted into the form of a digital image. Through the processing of Binary value from the message text inputed. will be generated a digital image is the result of a binary-binary encryption of text messages through the Kerberos method. This type of data security is more secure than cryptography that produce the same output with the Plaintext, such as cryptographic text messages that generate output in the form of a digital berbedayaitucitra denganbentuk message.Keywords:  Cryptography, Kerberos, Conversion, Digital Image

Abstract

ABSTRACTInfectious diseases known as infectious diseases are a disease caused by a biological agent (such as viruses, bacteria or parasites), which can be transmitted or transmitted to others through certain media such as air, food and drink that are less clean , syringes and blood transfusions and direct contact with the patient. The expert system is one of the branches of Artificial Intelligence that makes extensive use of knowledge, especially for the expert-level problem-solving. Bayes is a simple probabilistic based prediction technique based on bayes rules. The goal to be achieved is to create a useful expert system application as a tool to get information on infectious diseases in infants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas  tentang  desain struktural model yang membantu untuk meningkatkan kepuasan staf dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Desain model struktural sangat penting di era ini hampir semua jenis organisasi memerlukan para stafnya untuk bekerja menggunakan aplikasi dan jika kepuasan staf untuk menggunakan aplikasi yang menurun, kinerja organisasi juga dapat berkurang.. Oleh karena itu, untuk menghindari kemungkinan penurunan kinerja staf, model strukturyang  dirancang dan mekanisme untuk meningkatkan kepuasan staf dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Untuk merancang model struktural, dua teori yang digunakan yaitu teori manajemen dan teori manusia sastisfaction. Model struktural menggambarkan asosiatif hubungan antara variabel dan menjelaskan proses penciptaan kepuasan dan dampak pada organisasi. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model struktural yang dapat membantu organisasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan stafnya terhadap penggunaan aplikasi dan juga akan membawa perbaikan kinerja organisasi. Kata kunci: era penggunaan aplikasi, staf kepuasan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi,  pelayanan staf.

Abstract

Quick Count is a process of gathering information by hundreds or even thousands of volunteers through direct monitoring during voting and vote counting in all or several polling stations (TPS) that exist. Quick Count is not the same as public opinion research or exit polling. Quick Count is not an opinion and does not ask voters who and how they vote, but based on facts because its data is taken directly from TPS based on C1 form that can be accounted for. In the implementation of elections or elections, of course, the interested parties, especially the candidate pair or successful team is in need of information on election results after the election activities closed. This information is needed as a basis for predicting the results of vote counting, identifying fraud and recording inconsistencies between the results obtained and the official results by the election organizers. Of course the benefits of quick count has a strong relationship with the implementation of elections or elections are honest, transparent, fair, and secret. In the execution of quick count activities, many methods can be used and all the methods used must utilize the sampling (sampling frame) based on the existing polution as the data source. Abstract

The problem of emphasis on the cost of spending on the need for ordering within a company is very complex where the company demands a very optimal achievement that will lead to a huge profit for the company. Gundaling Farm is a company engaged in the business of producing and selling cow's milk is always trying as much as possible to meet customer demand. In this research used Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method with a genetic algorithm to solve supply problem on Pt.Gundaling Farm. This research is expected to help PT.Gundaling Farm to consider and determine the policy in inventory control activities in order to run more effectively and efficiently. EOQ is the quantity of goods that can be obtained with a minimal cost, or often said to be the optimal amount of purchases. So by applying EOQ method, PT.Gundaling Farm will know how many order (quantity order) goods and when PT.Gundaling Farm should re-order goods during the period 2015. Abstract

Web hosting telah menjadi populer dan sangat menguntungkan. Untuk membuat program ini, banyak mengguakan bahasa pemrograman. Bahasa pemrograman yang masih Umum dan terkenal sampai sekarang php. Bahasa pemrograman ini memiliki keuntungan pada sisi Server. Seluruh data yang telah diproses dengan pemrograman bahasa adalah kemasan pada bagaimana fastit dapat memproses logika yang dibuat oleh pengembang bisa idlayani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui PHP yang terbaik untuk pengembang untuk menggunakan sementara melanjutkan data dan logika di sisi pengguna, sehingga pengguna dapat selalu memiliki perasaan bahwa informasi diperlukan memberikan atau merespon pada waktu dari program dan layanan diciptakan oleh pengembang. Kata kunci: PHP, logika lapisan, Controller, Program.

Abstract

Basically, confidential data needs to be stored or delivered in a certain way so as not to be known by unauthorized foreign parties. And to overcome the problem then created the science of cryptography and steganography. One example of a cryptographic algorithm is the Rivest Code 4 (RC4) algorithm, and one example of the steganographic algorithm is End Of File (EOF). Cryptographic algorithms can be combined with steganographic algorithms so that the secret messages we have are more secure than foreign interference. First of all secret messages that we have first encrypted using the Rivest Code 4 (RC4) algorithm, then the encrypted ciphertext is hidden / inserted in the image / image media with the End Of File (EOF) steganography method.Keyword: Kriptografi, steganografi, rivest code 4, end of file, cipherteks

Abstract

The script of the archipelago is a script used specifically to write a particular regional language. Dijawa known as Javanese script, is known as Balinese script, and in Batak known as Batak script. This research aims to introduce Batak script especially Toba Batak script based on android using Aplication programming interface (API) with Gesture model. The focus of this research is how to translate Indonesian letters, words and sentences into Toba Batak script on smartphone devices and the like that can be used by users by downloading the application on the playstore. From the results of this study can be introduced type of type of letters or script Batak, for the preservation of Toba Batak script maintained. While the method used to design the application of Batak Toba script is UML (Unified Modeling Language) is the most frequently used methodology today for the analysis and design of the system with object oriented methodology that adapt to the rampant use of object oriented programming language "(OOP). As for the design of letters aksara batak model using gesture (a set of gestures) can be done through a program called GestureBuilder that has been installed in the Android Emulator. The result of this research is knowing or converting Indonesian or Batak Toba language to Toba Batak script with text data can be letter, word or sentence.

Abstract

MANET is a network model cordless (wireless) from mobile devices that can be setup dynamically from anywhere and at anytime without using a fixed network infrastructure. Ease of use and it is without a fixed infrastructure (less infrastructure) makes this model very suitable for use in critical situations, such as in the aftermath of disaster, isolated areas and areas with minimal communications network resources. To maximize the utilization and use of MANET network system, especially on the determination and selection of the best route to a node can connect and transmit the packet from the source node to the destination node to be optimized. This study was done to improve the performance of packet delivery by creating a node that functioned as a gateway and client using routing protocols Ant-Based Routing Algorithm (ABRA) so as to reduce the processing time (overhead) that often occurs in MANET network. Testing is done with a number of different nodes of 10, 20, and 30 nodes, with a bandwidth of 5 Mbps, 5 Mbps and the packet area of 10x10 m. The test results demonstrate the value of performance metrics on throughput and delay have optimal performance and low overhead so that the process of communication in the area of MANET network can take place with the stable. Keywords: Manet, ant-based routing algorithm, networking
