Abstract

Waiting is a boring thing for some people, let alone having to queue up in long queues. In everyday life waiting in a queue is a common thing, for example the queue at the bank teller. This queue can occur due to the arrival of the increasingly enlarged and can not be offset by existing services. A long queue will keep people waiting until they get bored and even leave. This will make the bank losers due to loss of customers, on the contrary if there is no queue then the service facility (teller) many unemployed will cause losses for the bank. So needed a solution to overcome this, one of them is by simulation. Simulations are performed to simulate real existing queuing systems with properties that are easier to observe than the original system, to determine the performance of the system. In this research, Hyperexponential method is used to calculate service time with single channel to observe how system performance. Based on the results of the study, the server obtained adequate to serve is as much as 3 servers, if only 1 or 2 servers will result in the average waiting time is too long which resulted in customers will be bored waiting while while using 4 servers will result in the average waiting time zero so the server is idle

Abstract

Monte carlo methods can be used to find a mathematical solution which can comprise many variables that are difficult to solve. Monte Carlo is the basis for all of the algorithms of simulation method which is based on the thinking problems to solve to get better results by giving as much value to obtain a higher accuracy. Monte Carlo method, one of the most appropriate method to conduct research in the port of Batam Sekupang interasional to optimize scheduling ferry. A good schedule will make operating costs more economical. Given this study the authors expect will help service providers sea transportation in this case the Port International Sekupang Batam in determining the scheduled departure ferries which have been designed in sisitem application programming language PHP, so the operating costs of departure ferry services more economically and benefits of cost passengers more leverage, so that companies can survive in the welfare of employees

Abstract

In completing a job, the use of computers has become absolutely necessary because at the time of this computerization has not only the function of the computer used to calculate. Processing data in the form of text, images or videos can be easily and quickly using a computer. But in reality, there are only events where the work, in the form of computer files, can be lost either so files that are needed are missing from the storage media in the computer. Because it returns the data that has been lost is essential to the work that has been done someone not in vain. In restore lost files, a lot of software that can be used, such as Pandora Recovery and Recuva. In the writing of this time will be discussed on the comparison between the two software. In the research that has been testing the test. It can be seen that the time left Recuva as Software better than Pandora Recovery. The possibility that an important factor why Recuva has been chosen by its users is way better than Pandora Recovery. Keywords: Pandora Recovery, Recuva, and Windows Data Recovery.

Abstract

The growing use of information technology in helping human work in various types of activities involving computers as the media, then the issue of security and confidentiality is one very important aspect in the information system of a data, message, and information. Encryption is the best way to secure device and data information. In everyday codes are usually used to mean an encryption method or concealment of meaning. In cryptography, the elgamal algorithm can be used to encrypt and decrypt the image file. Elgamal algorithm can help maintain the security of image file so as to avoid the theft / damage to image file from irresponsible person.

Abstract

Efects are actual errors that can be found in the software. The existence of defects can make the software does not work optimally even crashes. The existence of defect is something that must be eliminated in order to produce high-quality software. Testing Techniques conventional software is cracking failure is flawed searches on a case by case basis. This technique is done by flawed search case by case basis.  To ensure the quality of the software, we need models and effectively defect testing methods.Method of k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) is one of  the popular classification  method that is  widely applied to build  predictive models.  K-NN method is very susceptible to errors caused by the imbalance of the class., because it results in a low level of accuracy. class imbalance produces a low level of accuracy. To address the class imbalance, resampling methods applied at the pre-processing stage. Experiments done by comparing the results that obtained with and without resampling method. To validate the superiority of the model, the experimen results compared to other classification methods, namely J48 and decision table. The results showed that the use of resampling methods produce significant performance improvements to the k-NN. The proposed model is better than the method J48 and decision table.Keywords : k-Nearest Neighbor, resampling, software defects, android aplication

Abstract

      Emas merupakan alternatif yang cenderung dipilih kebanyakan orang untuk berinvestasi karena beberapa alasan seperti alasan keamanan, menguntungkan, mudah dicairkan, resiko rendah, tidak memerlukan dana besar, mudah dipindahkan, kepemilikan dan pengelolaan sendiri. Sulitnya memperkirakan turun naiknya harga emas membuat banyak enggan untuk berinvestasi, khususnya investasi emas. Peramalan atau prediksi adalah sama seperti teka-teki yang dipegang oleh banyak orang oleh karena penasaran dengan masa depan Automatic clustering and fuzzy logic relationship (ACFLR) merupakan salah satu metode dengan konsep fuzzy logic yang digunakan untuk pemodelan data time series. ACFLR diterapkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keakuratannya dalam meramal harga emas sehingga dapat digunakan oleh investor untuk membuat perencanaan dalam investasi, alat pendukung keputusan untuk melakukan investasi. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, metode ACFLR mampu meramalkan harga emas dengan baik, dimana besarnya MAPE hanya 5,3% saja. Sehingga dapat disimpulakan metode ini layak dijadikan sebagai pendukung keputusan dalam berinvestasi emas.Kata kunci: peramalan, data runtun, harga emas, ACFLR

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada tahun 2010 lalu, World Health Organization (WHO) lewat Global Status Report melaporkan bahwa 60 persen penyebab kematian semua umur di dunia adalah karena penyakit tidak menular, dan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menyita banyak perhatian adalah diabetes melitus. Diperkirakan pada tahun 2030 mendatang Indonesia akan memiliki 21.3 juta jiwa penyandang penyakit tertua di dunia ini. Peningkatan jumlah diabetes disebabkan terlambatnya diagnosis penyakit tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu ramalan baru yang dapat menjadi alat bantu dalam penentuan apakah seseorang menderita diabetes atau tidak. Begitu banyak metode yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan ramalan yang akurat, salah satunya adalah metode jaringan saraf tiruan. Penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan suatu metode baru dari jaringan saraf tiruan yaitu Extreme Learing Machine (ELM). ELM merupakan jaringan saraf tiruan feed-forward dengan satu atau lebih hidden layer yang dikenal dengan istilah single hiden layer feed-forward neural. Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen yang dilakukan, terlihat bahwa metode ELM mampu memberikan hasil akurasi prediksi yang baik dengan kecepatan prediksi yang sangat baik. Kata kunci: diagnosa, diabetes melitus, jaringan saraf tiruan, extreme learning machine

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a study of making computers that do things that today can be done better by humans. One application in the game is to mimic the behavior of animals in the wild. Set of animal in the wild are often called crowds, herds, schools and swarms. Crowds are animals that gather together in an irregular and unfocused way [4]. In 1987, Craig Reynolds [6] with his book "Flock, Herd, Schools: A Distributed Behavioral Model" invented a technique for simulating animal crowds in the wild. The technique is called flocking which is commonly known as "boids". In this study, an observation about the comparison of boids with the amount of resources used in a simulation game that will be given a device. The number of boid that will be used is 1-500 boid with cohession radius distance = 10 and 15, radius separator = 4 and save radius = 6 with the observation at the angle of 300 and 1800. Abstract

The house is one of the basic needs for human beings. Along with the growth in population, housing needs increase. This is evidenced by the proliferation of complex construction of housing, especially in big cities are densely populated as the city of Batam. However, during PT Gracia Herald stands, the company is very difficult to see an increase or decrease in home sales per month of annual data, Fuzzy Logic to determine home sales methods mamdani is one method that can be applied both in the field determine home sales in PT Gracia Herald, Data collection techniques used by investigators are interviewing techniques, documentation studies, and literature. Steps being taken in this study started from processing of data per month in each year, the establishment of fuzzy set, forming a fuzzy rules, fuzzy inference models, assertion (defuzzification). Testing the system uses existing home sales data out of the twelve months in a year, defining the membership function in this study using triangular and trapezoidal curve with rule number seventy-nine rules.
