Jurnal Pengembangan Rekayasa dan Teknologi ( JPRT ) is a scholarly refereed research journal that aims to promote the theory and practice of technology, innovation, and engineering management. The journal links engineering, science, and management disciplines. It addresses the issues involved in the planning, development, and implementation of technological capabilities to shape and accomplish the strategic and operational objectives of an organization. It covers not only R&D management but also the entire spectrum of managerial concerns in technology-based organizations. Abstract

Pandemi yang disebabkan oleh wabah Penyakit Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) telah mendorong para peneliti di seluruh dunia beralih ke ventilator tipe darurat sumber terbuka sebagai tanggapan dan untuk membantu mengurangi permintaan akan perangkat penyelamat ini. Inovasi ini diperuntukkan untuk pasien yang berada dalam tahap tiga atau tahap paling kritis yang dimana pasien menggalami difungsi pada pernafasan yang tidak bisa bernafas dengan normal.Ventilator menjadi salah satu alat kesehatan yang sedang dibutuhkan sebagai alat bantu pernapasan bagi pasien COVID-19 yang mengalami gangguan pernapasan.Ventilator mekanik ini merupakan suatu system pemompaan mekanik sebagai peyuplai udara dimana intake tabung oksigen di pompa menggunakan pengaturan dari Arduino uno.Peneliti memutuskan untuk membuat ventilator mekanik portebel dan mudah digunakan oleh para tenaga medis maupun non medis yang sangat membutuhkan alat bantuan pernafasan ini karena didalam alat ini sudah terdapat beberapa parameter yang akan ditampilkan dilayar LCD yaitu Volume Tidal,Respiation Rate,Rasio I:E,Air flow meter, dan Oksigen.ventialtor ini agar menajmin agar pertukaran O2 dan CO2 yang terjadi pada paru-paru yang normal dengan adanya uji fungsi ini agar ventilator mekanik ini dapat digunakan dengan sempurna sebelum di terjunkan oleh peneliti.

Abstract

The mask and body temperature detection system for public places is still operated manually. The system was found not to adjust to the conditions of office employees, which required them to always be on guard and check the body temperature of every employee who would enter the office. Therefore, a mask and body temperature detection system was designed as a prerequisite for internet of things-based attendance that can make it easier for office employees to check the body temperature of everyone who will work, and so that employees can be disciplined in time. This system requires a temperaturesensor to detect the body temperature of people who will enter. A person's body temperature is said to be normal if it is lessthan 37.20C. If the temperature exceeds 37.20 C, then a person cannot take attendance. In addition to having a normal body temperature, the second requirement must be met, namely passing mask detection. Someone must wear a mask before entering the room, before taking attendance using a fingerprint. Arduino Uno will send data from the temperature sensor to the database and a 16x2 LCD, so that the system can be connected to the web which can be monitored by the administrator to get data on the number of office employees based on body temperature. In addition, a Raspberry Pi is used which will senddata from the webcam as a result of the mask detection image processing. The results of this final project indicate that the data sent to the web is in accordance with the data based on testing tools.

Abstract

COVID-19 cases that have afflicted the people of Indonesia, especially West Java, have experienced an increase and decrease in confirmed patients with the COVID-19 virus. This caused the Data and Information Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to make observations to inform the number of confirmed, recovered and death cases to the Indonesian people using visualizations in the form of graphs. This study aims to determine the number of spikes in certain categories every week, identify the top five data every day and week, and find out the dynamics of COVID-19 cases by making a comparative graph between the accumulation of active, recovered, and dead cases using the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) method. As a result of this study, visualization in the form of a bar chart gives an overview of daily and weekly cases in West Java that have confirmed cases, deaths, and recoveries. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to evaluate the implementation of the "MyGlucose" telemedicine system application in the Gunungpati society, Semarang City, which is used to remotely monitor blood sugar levels in diabetic patients as well as oxygen saturation and body temperature. The method used in this research is to develop the MyGlucose application which consists of measuring blood sugar, SpO2, and body temperature connected to the patient's mobile device and software on the health care provider's side. The research sample consisted of 44 respondents who used the MyGlucose application for the last two months. The results showed that the majority of respondents felt that the MyGlucose application was very helpful in monitoring their blood sugar levels independently without having to visit a doctor regularly. This application also assists patients in monitoring blood sugar levels, as well as providing information about health in the article menu available in the application. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve accessibility and education related to the use of the MyGlucose application in the people of the Gunungpati area, Semarang City. In conclusion, the telemedicine system application "MyGlucose" can be an effective alternative in monitoring blood sugar levels, oxygen saturation and body temperature of diabetes patients independently and helping patients consult a doctor without having to go to the hospital.

Abstract

Currently, the determination of achievement students by SMK Walisongo Semarang is still manual. This takes a long time and a low level of accuracy because it is possible to miss observations of the criteria of prospective students. A decision support system for selecting achievement students is needed that can produce an accurate ranking of an assessment using the Promethee algorithm. The preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation, commonly abbreviated as Promethee, determines the order in a multicriteria analysis. With this application, it is expected to assist the school in making decisions about choosing outstanding students with predetermined points and value limits.

Abstract

Floods are natural disasters that often occur in the DKI Jakarta area. DKI Jakarta government needs to anticipate the impact of the flood disaster by estimating the number of people affected by the flood. The number of people affected by floods that are uncertain every month can be predicted for the future. There are many ways that can be predict the number of people affected by floods, one of them is artificial neural network method. One of learning algorithms in artificial neural networks is backpropagation algorithm. This research applies an artificial neural network method with backpropagation algorithm to predict the number of people affected by floods in DKI Jakarta. In this research, training process was carried out 100 times on each network architecture (12-10-1, 12-12-1, 12-14-1) with several parameters such as epoch, momentum constant, and learning rate. The best results in the training process are carried out to testing process to test the network. In the testing process, the best results are 12-10-1 architecture with an accuracy rate 98.704%. Based on these results, it can be said that this network can predict well and can be implemented for forecasting the number of people affected by floods in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

The Jakenan-Winong road is a regional link between the Jakenan area and the cities of Pati and Juwana. Due to the high mobilization of vehicles due to the repair of the Pati Rembang road on this road section, not a few damage to the concrete surface (rigid pavement) has occurred, one of the causes of which is the overload of large vehicles. From the known problems, this research was conducted to identify whether the damage that occurred could affect road performance on that road section. Data analysis used the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) method to determine traffic performance. From the research results, it can be seen the level of road performance on Jakenan Winong streat, Pati City during morning peak hours, noon peak hours, and evening peak hours, the level of service is in category B.  From the research results it can also be seen that the damage that occurred on the Jakenan -Winong road section did not affect the level of road performance.
