Abstract

Business of decorative crop represent one of business which is rapidly growing in this time and if elaborated will give a lot of advantage, but the business need the good handling and precisely, the business is also very influenced by trend and consumer appetite hence in conducting this business by the entrepreneur have to earn swiftly fulfill the market request and know any kind of the decorative crop which is trend. This research aim to know what business decorative crop of Flora Sari Nursery in assessment 5 years to the fore fulfill the eligibility of business to be run. The research conducted with the method of case study with the data intake through primary and secondary data. The result of research show the Return Period during 4 years 3 month, Current Net Value with the index 12 % showing number which are positive equal to Rp. 252.908.043, Internal Rate of Return reside index around to 19% - 20% is equal to 19,58 % and make profit index to result number more than one that is 1,27. This result indicate that the business project of Flora Sari Nursery accepted or competent to be run in next 5 years.

Abstract

The Success of Development Regional Economic Process is depend on how the government apply the task and junction as well. The one indication of regional economic development result and desentralizations is increase of services quality and social welfare, development of democracy, justice, egalitarianism and good relationship between regional and central government. The study have done in Bekasi city especially Satuan Pelayanan Satu Atap the one of government’s institutions. The Study use the Balanced Score Card Analysis especially financial and customers aspect because there’s data limitations.The aim of the study to know about effectiveness and efficiency of public services. Result of the study is describe that the public services is applied effectively and efficiency its shown in financial and consumers aspect.

Abstract

Political language of Indonesia's public official have a special characteristics so it is need more exploration based on philosophy of value 's perspective. In this paper the writer describe Indonesia ’s public official political language based on philosophy of value. The description is based on two kinds of value ground namely aestethics value and social value.

Abstract

Mentari’s description customer is the aimed of the research and followed by functional research to answered the research question, is customer value influence the buying decision? Is satisfaction customer moderated this relationship? Buy a product or services is a process and are influenced many factors, ext. customer’s satisfaction. The concept of customer satisfaction suggests strong relationship to customer value in a hierarchical model. Starting at the bottom of the hierarchy, customer learn to think about products and performances attribute. When purchasing and using a product, they learn concequence experiences, reflected value in use and possession value, that is the next level up in the hierarchy. The top level, customer achieve their goals and purposes to attach goal-based satisfaction. Customer value is a customer’s perceived preference for and evaluation of those product attributes, attribute performances and consequences arising from use that facilitate (or block) achieving the customer’s goals and purposes in use situations. Regression linear is used to this research model. The result is, there is not moderating variabel in this research because customer value and customer’s satisfaction are the significant factor to buying decision specially for short time and long time customer. So the customer’s satisfaction is not moderate variable in this relationship modeled. Keywords: customer’s value, buying-process, attribute based satisfaction, consequences based-satisfaction, goal-based satisfaction, moderating variable, short time and long time customer.

Abstract

The role of motivational processes in determining a worker’s level performance is now widely recognized by industrial psychologists. Viteles (1953) has identified the development of the ’’will to work" as industry’s core problem in the utilization of its manpower; Maier (1955) indicates the need for greater attention to problems of motivation and frustration by industrial firms. The objective of this paper is to explain the nature of the relationship between motivation and performance. Hence, the more motivated the worker to performance effectively, the more effective his or her performance.

Abstract

Outlook Application Program in Order to Increase the Positive Attitude of the Employee to TELKOMRisTI” is a research regarding the activity from one of internal communication media held by TELKOMRisTI employee. The aim of this research is to find out about the outlook application structure, style, and appeal message to increasing the cognitive, affective, and conative aspect of TELKOMRisTI employee using Communication Theory of Persuasion from Hovland, Janis, and Kelly. The research is a kind of a survey research using descriptive method with data collected through: questionnaire, interview, observation, and literature studies. Population in this research are all employee at TELKOMRisTI with 24 employee as a sample which taken based on simple random sampling. The result of this research shows that the Outlook Application massage structure, style are good so that can build the medium cognitive, affective, conative attitude of TELKOMRisTI employee and the other hand shows high cognitive, affective and conative attitude on massage appeal. TELKOMRisTI officer should increase kinds of featur and theme, socialize the e-mail of conduct, and concern about the factualiy and actuality of Aplication Outlook messages.

Abstract

The Indonesian General Election held in 2004 captured a lot of people ’s attention since the voters could vote directly for their intended candidate for presidency. Another issue that rose was the implementation of the Election Constitution No. 12, 2003, particularly section 65 article I regarding the participation of women in political parties, which at least should be as much as 30%. However, the number of women voted as legislative members was still below 30%. The 2004 Election result shows that out of 30% of female candidates for legislative members, only 11% made their way to the House of Representative. In the House of Representative at the provincial level, the average number is 8% and only 5% at the regent/municipal level. In fact, in a number of Houses of Representative at the regent/municipal level, female legislative members were nonexistent. In Bekasi, the result shows that out of 45 members of the House, 11,1% is female (5 (five) women); three from the Functional Group Party (Golkar), one from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), and one from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P). The factors contributing to the above-mentioned failure had something to do with the internal aspects of the female candidates and the implementation of the Election Constitution. Therefore, female legislative members have to make themselves well-prepared before competing in the upcoming General Election of 2009

Abstract

Seed qualify is one that determines the productivity of soybean. Quality seeds obtained through a series of seed technology activities starting from seed production, seed processing, seed testing, certification of seeds to seed storage. Storage of seeds is one of the soy harvest handling of the whole technology is important to maintain seed quality. The main objective of seed storage is to maintain the viability of the seeds along as possible and to maintain the fsiologis quality of seeds during the period storage by inhibiting the deterioration speed of the seed. Factors that influence the viability of seeds during storage is divided into internal and external factors. Internal factors include genetic trait, the power to grow and Vigor, skin conditions and initial seed moisture content. External factors such as packaging of seeds, gas composition, temperature and humidity save space.

Abstract

Broadcasting belongs to the regulating class. This is why vested interests are attached to it. In concrete, there are three major groups that can be identified: The state, the market, and the civil society. Along with the wind of democracy, accured ideas on building an auxiliary state agency outside the governmental structure to regulate broadcasting which in turn gave birth to KPI. Aware of the rising interest disputes, the main problem that wants to be discussed is the problems faced by KPI in the Indonesian formal legal system seen from its historical background in order to understand the conditions of KPI today and predict its condition in the future. The type of study used in this research is qualitative, subjected at group units based on the critical paradigm with multiple case analysis. Based on the research result the Indonesian public administration has not yet been able to adopt a thorough institutional reformation in the broadcasting world which is represented by KPI. The problem lies in the natural characteristic of each interest group that haven’t found a middle way to balance their positions. As a result, disputes are unavoidable and keep conflicting. In turn, to maintain the existence of KPI, the body itself must actively accelerate the awareness and movement of the civil society without neglecting the importance to continue lobying and peacefully negotiating with the state and the market.
