Abstract

Schools as formal educational institutions that have separate management in the management of education, have thus become increasingly necessary. Therefore collaboration between public agencies should be developed in synergy, given the interests and ideals alike that saves and brighten the future of our nation. Forms of community participation in education in MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Al Furqan Banjarmasin quite diverse, namely 1) participation as a board member school committee, 2) participation in various activities at the school, and 3) community participation in maintaining security madrasah. Strategies and approaches that have been done in order to foster and develop community participation in education in MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Al Furqan Banjarmasin covers three areas: 1) Identify the Problem; 2) The treatment and approach; and 3) Guidance.

Abstract

The Principal leadership model is a core factor in the development of the religious culture. The school  is one of the Model School of Iman and taqwa schools. Thus, it interested to be researched about the Principal leadership model in developing the religious culture in the school.            This article focused on namely (1) the principal developed the religious culture through two leaderships models namely; (a) Situational leadership model is when a principal assigning works according to each expertise. This means that the headmaster must be good at reading the situation and condition to each educator and the staff. And thus, each one does the better and responsible works, (b) transformational leadership model is a model providing priority to the opportunity and encouraging all workers of the school in order to wok in the sublime values. And thus, all the staffs do not get insisted in optimally participating to achieve the ideal goals in the school. (2) the used strategies are namely; (a) appling the religious practise to be inured as a habit, (b) providing exemplary by doing to relate alttitude and behaviour in a day, (c) integrating the common subjects to the islamic subjects, (d) developing the islamic extracurricular activity that is through the Osis Programmings.There were discovered that the majority ones appreciate the minority ones. Meanwhile, the minority ones respect the majority ones. And thus, it is able to build the harmonious and religious atmospheres in the school. Keyword     :   Principal Leadership Model, Religious Culture.

Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach naturalistic sociometry test, the subject of research is the principal, vice-principal areas of curriculum / student, students in the academic year 2015/2016, for the principal one person, the vice principal curriculum areas 1, vice-principals student field 1, while for learners 30 people. Data collection techniques gained through observation, interviews, documentation, test sosiomentri and literature. The results of this study to prepare schools in addressing the differences among them are the principal called a meeting to the board of teachers and their vice principal of student and curriculum to discuss the creation of lesson plans which include a plan of material to be taught and the objectives to be achieved, while the curriculum used by the MTs Al Hamid Banjarmasin ie curriculum SBC Plus, learning to use the curriculum in English. The role of the vice principal of student field of multicultural education in assisting the implementation of directly applied in the form of extracurricular activities. Evaluation of multicultural education in MTs Al Hamid Banjarmasin has been successfully implementing the learning process of multicultural education. This is evident in the daily Siswan and teachers despite its students come from different social strata, but can get along and respect each other regardless of differences.Keywords: Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Multicultural Education and Civics.

Abstract

Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT) merupakan  wahana pendidikan yang berusaha menanamkan akhlak yang mulia, meningkatkan ketaqwaan, pengetahuan dan kecakapan yang diabdikan sebagai upaya untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan memajukan kesejahteraan ummat dalam rangka mencari keridhaan Allah SWT. Banyak pengajian yang dilaksanakn ibu-ibu secara rutin, ada yang mingguan  bahkan ada yang sampai 3 kali dalam seminggu dan ada pula bulanan.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Motivasi apa yang membuat  ibu-ibu sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pengajian ?  Dan Faktor-faktor  apakah yang menyebabkan ibu-ibu sangat antusias mengikuti pengajian di BKMT Kota Palangka Raya ? (2) Bagaimana Implikasi  Ibu-ibu setelah mengikuti pengajian di BKMT Kota Palangka Raya tersebut ?Adapun pendekatan  yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan kajian fenomenologis, dengan menggunakan tehnik Purposive Sampling dan yang dijadikan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang mengikuti pengajian dengan mengambil ibu-ibu dari pengajian Aisyiyah, Musimat Nahdatul Ulama, Nasyiyatul Asyiyah, Fatayat Nahdatul ulama dan Mar’atus sholehah berjumlah 15 orang, dengan tehnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  termotivasinya ibu-ibu mengikuti pengajian di karenakan, ingin menuntut ilmu agama dan memperdalam ilmu agama, menganggap ikut pengajian adalah merupakan ibadah, membuat batin atau jiwa menjadi tenang, menjalin silaturrahmi di antara sesama anggota pengajian, diadakannya arisan sebagai pengikat anggota. Sedangkan Faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu-ibu mengikuti pengajian berasal dari faktor intern dan ekstren.  Adapun impikasi terhadap ibu-ibu setelah mengikuti pengajian,  Rajin bersilaturrahim,  Suka Bersedekah, lebih Sabar menghadapi persoalan dalam keluarga, mengamalkan sholat Tahajut dan sholat Dhuha,  Rajin membaca Al Qur’an,  Rajin mengamalkan zikir-zikir,  Pemaaf kepada teman-teman dan keluarga, memiliki perasaan tenang dan tentram.Diharapkan setelah mengikuti pengajian Subjek (ibu-ibu) dapat mengimplikasikan segala ilmu yang di dapat, baik untuk diri sendiri, maupun berdampak juga dengan orang lain. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Ibu-ibu, Pengajian, BKMT

Abstract

This article tries to describe the concept of Human Rights in the West and the response of   Islam to them. In its history, it was Magna Charta   in England that initiated the formulation of Human Rights in the West in 1512. Then It was followed by The Bill of right in 1689; The American Declaration of Independence in 1776; and The French Declaration in 1789 that resulted in The rule of law.  Human Rights entered a new phase after The United Nations had declared the International Human Rights in1984, that is The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. From that time on, Human Rights has become a global issue, continually discussed and responded to by many including Muslim scholars. In the West, the concept of Human Right is based merely on human values (anthropocentric) so that the responsibility is restricted to human beings.  Based  on  this,  this concept  is  different from  Islamic  concept  on  Human  Rights  because  the former is based on secular values  while the later is based on human values and divine values. Normatively, the idea of Human Rights is relevant to Islamic idea. The reason is that, based on their fitrah as creatures, human beings extremely expect the maintenance of their main needs (Al- umur al-Daruriyyah). Therefore, Human Rights are suitable with the purpose of syari’ah (maqasid al-Syari), that is to maintain religion, reason, heredity dan property.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the study of hadith relating to educational beliefs (Aqeedah) and efforts that should be made to foster the potential of natural child through certain methods, in order to practice the faith we have in order to achieve happiness in this world and hereafter, as the implementation of a belief in the unity of God. The most important matter in educational beliefs (Aqeedah) is the first developing work ethic and motivation of faith, Islam and Ihsan. Second, consistency in the Faith. Third, understand natural phenomena and social phenomena through understanding the laws as a reflection of faith and Islamic theology. The methods used in the education of aqidah are the method of imitation/model, method of habituation, wisdom and mauidzah hasanah methods. The family is the first in the formation of aqidah environment for children. Parents are the key element for the establishment of tawhid in the family, so that everyone is required to have an understanding of monotheism and practice well, so that it can provide children with the values of monotheism and material support. Kids can see their parents as role models who provide knowledge as well as experience, and guidance.

Abstract

IAIN Palangka Raya merupakan satu-satunya perguruan Tinggi Islam Negeri yang ada di Kalimantan Tengah, walaupun terdapat beberapa perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta dari berbagai lintas agama yang ada di Kalimantan Tengah. Kota Palangka Raya memiliki  Visi sebagai kota pendidikan dan terdapat  satu Madrasah Alyah Negeri  dan 6 Madrasah Aliyah Swasta, keberadaan 7 (tujuh) madrasah  ini merupakan potensi dan prospek yang menguntungkan untuk input mahasiswa ke IAIN Palangka Raya, namun demikian berdasarkan data tentang mahasiswa yang kuliah di IAIN Palangka Raya, belum mendominasi latar pendidikan  adalah lulusan siswa Madrasah Aliyah.  Realitas ini juga menjadi kajian yang menarik, data dilapangan mengungkapkan berbagai faktor yang mengungkapkan persepsi dan motivasi masyarakat yaitu orangtua untuk menjadikan IAIN palangka Raya sebagai lembaga pendidikan tinggi bagi anak-anak mereka. Keinginan untuk memberikan pendidikan anak ke IAIN Palangka Raya didukung dengan ketersediaan daya/biaya, beasiswa dan  anak kuliah samabil bekerja. Kondisi ini juga menjadi daya tarik IAIN untuk dapat menjaring bagaimana dapat menyahuti keinginan orangtua sehingga IAIN menjadi idole atau pilihan utama bagi orangtua untuk pendidikan anak-anaknya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di MA. Penelitian ini bersifat evaluatif dengan menerapkan model CIPPO. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode cluster sampling di wilayah Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil evaluasi implementasi Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran Biologi dengan analisis CIIPO menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat dukungan lembaga 87.25%, (2) relevansi tujuan kurikulum 76.50% (3), kesiapan tenaga pendidik 38.18%, (4) kesiapan sarana 53.34% (5) kesiapan materi 64.34%, (6) penilaian pembelajaran 90.91%, dan (7) pencapaian tujuan kurikulum 64.34%. implementasi Kurikulum 2013 belum terlaksana dengan baik khususnya mata pelajaran Biologi MA. Hal ini dikarenakan belum terpenuhinya kompetensi guru yang mampu mengintegrasikan ilmu kebiologian dengan keislaman, serta belum tersedianya sarana penunjang untuk pengintegrasian tersebutImplementasi Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran Biologi MA di Kalimantan Tengah. Hal ini menyebabkan capaian tujuan kurikulum kurang maksimal.

Abstract

The low quality of education is one of the many national issues in education today. This issue is caused by various factors, one of which is a factor of school leadership. The headmaster as one of the human resources have an important role in the school. the effectiveness of decision-making and policy will determine how the behavior of school leadership. Based on the results of data processing and analysis concluded that (1) there is a significant relationship between the behavior of school leadership and job satisfaction; (2) there is a relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction; (3) together there is a relationship between the behavior of school leadership and organizational climate and job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, presented suggestions to the principal in order to improve its ability to plan tasks and assign work procedures but it also can establish good relationships, being warm and appreciate and trust of its members. The school principal is also expected to create a school climate that is as good as their communication, planning, work procedures, and achieving good results.Keywords: leadership behavior, organizational climate, job satisfaction, teacher

Abstract

Hermeneutika adalah salah satu dari usaha untuk memahami sebuah teks, namun hermeneutika juga mengarah kepada penafsiran Al-Quran yang melihat dari segi aspek arah kontekstual, histori, penulis, serta kondisi sosial psikologis sang penulis ketika menulis. Terlepas dari asas histori hermeneutika itu sendiri, ada persamaan antara metode tafsir yang terkenal dizaman islam klasik dengan beberapa model hermeneutika. Namun ketika hermeneutika ini diterapkan kedalam Al-Quran maka muncullah Pendapat-pendapat mengenai hermeneutika, mulai dari golongan yang pro-hermeneutika dan ada pula mereka yang kontra-hermeneutika. Golongan yang pro-hermeneutika berpendapat bahwa hermeneutika Al-Quran ini diperlukan agar sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kemajuan zaman, sedangkan mereka yang kontra-hermeneutika dalam Al-Quran beralasan bahwa kesakralitasan Al-Quran akan hilang apabila dipandang dari sudut hermeneutika itu sendiri.
