Globalization is a process of integration of the national economies of Nations into a global economic system. Globalization also a cultural process which is characterized by the existence of a tendency of the regions in the world, both geographically as well as physically, being uniform in format of social, cultural, economic, and political. In social life, global process has created a culture of egalitarianism, in triggering the emergence of internationalization of culture, creating economic interdependence in the process of production and marketing, and in the field of political liberalization creates. Although globalization campaigned as the era of the future, a promising era of economic growth will bring globally and global prosperity for all. The challenge of national education is growing. Because in the era of the MEA challenge is one of the free flow of skilled workforce ASEAN cross country. If a resource teacher in Indonesia still covered a variety of flaws at both aspects of the competency, qualification, productivity, and well-being, then they can be marginalized in regional and global competition. To that end, the efforts of professional development teachers need to touch up the most fundamental aspects in a change of their competencies

This study used a qualitative approach naturalistic sociometry test, the subject of research is the principal, vice-principal areas of curriculum / student, students in the academic year 2015/2016, for the principal one person, the vice principal curriculum areas 1, vice-principals student field 1, while for learners 30 people. Data collection techniques gained through observation, interviews, documentation, test sosiomentri and literature. The results of this study to prepare schools in addressing the differences among them are the principal called a meeting to the board of teachers and their vice principal of student and curriculum to discuss the creation of lesson plans which include a plan of material to be taught and the objectives to be achieved, while the curriculum used by the MTs Al Hamid Banjarmasin ie curriculum SBC Plus, learning to use the curriculum in English. The role of the vice principal of student field of multicultural education in assisting the implementation of directly applied in the form of extracurricular activities. Evaluation of multicultural education in MTs Al Hamid Banjarmasin has been successfully implementing the learning process of multicultural education. This is evident in the daily Siswan and teachers despite its students come from different social strata, but can get along and respect each other regardless of differences.Keywords: Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Multicultural Education and Civics.Â

The problem in this research is how the concept of Islamic Education contained in Surah Al-Araf Verse 179. The aim of this study was to determine the concept of Islamic Education contained in Surah Al-Araf Verse 179. In Surah Al-Araf verse 179, Allah describes bahwasannya who will be the inhabitants of hell are people neglect and do not use their sense their minds to understand the true nature of things, is unwilling to avail their eyes and ears either to conclude all who knew and took the sciences as well as to know the signs of God that is in his creation, and the signs of his greatness contained in his books that are both a cause and the perfection of faith into the soul urge to enhance ones Islam. This paper focuses on the study of hadith relating to educational beliefs (Aqeedah) and efforts that should be made to foster the potential of natural child through certain methods, in order to practice the faith we have in order to achieve happiness in this world and hereafter, as the implementation of a belief in the unity of God. The most important matter in educational beliefs (Aqeedah) is the first developing work ethic and motivation of faith, Islam and Ihsan. Second, consistency in the Faith. Third, understand natural phenomena and social phenomena through understanding the laws as a reflection of faith and Islamic theology. The methods used in the education of aqidah are the method of imitation/model, method of habituation, wisdom and mauidzah hasanah methods. The family is the first in the formation of aqidah environment for children. Parents are the key element for the establishment of tawhid in the family, so that everyone is required to have an understanding of monotheism and practice well, so that it can provide children with the values of monotheism and material support. Kids can see their parents as role models who provide knowledge as well as experience, and guidance.

The low quality of education is one of the many national issues in education today. This issue is caused by various factors, one of which is a factor of school leadership. The headmaster as one of the human resources have an important role in the school. the effectiveness of decision-making and policy will determine how the behavior of school leadership. Based on the results of data processing and analysis concluded that (1) there is a significant relationship between the behavior of school leadership and job satisfaction; (2) there is a relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction; (3) together there is a relationship between the behavior of school leadership and organizational climate and job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, presented suggestions to the principal in order to improve its ability to plan tasks and assign work procedures but it also can establish good relationships, being warm and appreciate and trust of its members. The school principal is also expected to create a school climate that is as good as their communication, planning, work procedures, and achieving good results.Keywords: leadership behavior, organizational climate, job satisfaction, teacher
