Abstract

This study aim to find out and analyzed the personal factors, environmental, and sociological influences the initiation stage (triggering event) of the entrepreneurial process of ornamental fish in Bekasi.  This research refers to a model developed by Moore (1986) which describes how the process of entrepreneurship that is formed in a model that consists of four factors (i.e. factors of personal, family, environmental and social organizations) to four stages (i.e. the stage of innovation, initiation, implementation, and growth). This model is used to examine the presence of entrepreneurial process in Bekasi as the largest exporter of ornamental fish town in Indonesia.  Primary data of this research is obtained through the survey/interview using a questionnaire to a number of entrepreneurial ornamental fish in the town of Bekasi and descriptive quantitative research methods, with the analysis of Structural Equation Modelling using SmartPLS software.  The results showed that the personal and environmental factors doesn?t effect on the performance of significant entrepreneurial ornamental fish at the stage of initiation, while the influential sociological factors positively and significantly to the performance of entrepreneurial. Indicator role models is set on internal factors of sociology. The performance of entrepreneurial ornamental fish in Bekasi at the stage of initiation is very determined to success if at the time started his business supported by the availability of adequate standard and means of financial support of others.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the policy implementation strategy of BMT in improving access to financial facilities for small enterprises (SMEs) in Bekasi. Measuring the effectiveness of the strategy of inclusion and financial literacy policy that has been applied to small enterprises (SMEs) in Bekasi. Finding advanced strategies that can be applied to optimize the function of BMT in promoting inclusion and financial literacy, especially in Bekasi. The method used is a qualitative method approach to field exploration, in-depth interview. The results of the interview data obtained mapped by categories, namely internal and external factors then analyzed using SWOT matrix and IE. Subsequently made an evaluation of the implementation of existing strategies and formulating strategies that will come in order to improve public financial inclusion. The results showed that the financial inclusion strategy applied BMT Syariah Riyal (BSR) is quite helpful in increasing financial inclusion, especially in the city of Bekasi, even BSR has developed a marketing area as well as services to the Bekasi area. In an effort to increase financial inclusion in society, BSR to work with various elements, among others, people in target areas: the RT, RW, taklim, schools, the local parliament constituency. In the medium term BSR develop proactive strategies and strengthen human resources, networks, information systems and capital in order to increase the reach of its services to the public.

Abstract

The emergence of modern retailers (supermarket, minimarket and department stores) in the early 1980s didThe emergence of modern retailers (supermarket, minimarket and department stores) in the early 1980s did not threaten the traditional market. However, the modern retail of consumer targeting the upper middle class, as an alternative to the more traditional markets that are identical to the slum, with the look and quality of the goods is poor, and the low sale price and conventional bargaining system. 2000s, several locally owned conglomerate retailers anticipate threats and invasion of foreign retailers to shift to indirect competition, to develop a mini market format, the number of outlets operated has reached about 2,200 outlet. Factors that influence positively and significantly to the growth of the modern market in Bekasi are population, number of households and the level of income per capita. The increase in population, number of households, and income per capita in Bekasi causing increasing number of modern market. In general, this study is expected to provide information that is accurate enough for the Bekasi government in formulating a comprehensive policy-related programs and activities that are recommended for the development of traditional traders in Bekasi, and to develop regulatory models suitable for traditional and modern Traders in Bekasi district, because the government may not prohibit large retailers to enter the retail business sector

Abstract

Increasing competition,many universities that involved in fulfilling the needs and desires of students cause every collag e put the orientation on satisfaction of the students as a primary goal so many parties concern with the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of students in collage. This research aims to determine the response of students to performance of the lecture of Unisma and determine the factors of service (performance) that affect satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the student of Unisma. The research method that is used is descriptive analysis by using the level of expectation and performance that is presented using Cartesian diagram. The general performance of lecturer is not yet fully comply with the expectation of the students because the of compliance 97,33% smaller than 100%. Students rate the performance which is the highest is (4,15) on personal authority as lecturer and the lowest (3,38) on the diversity of measurement way in learning outcomes. The highest of compliance level is 102,52% on ?personal authority as lecturer?, and from whereas the order of compliance from the highest to the lowest level is the aspect of personality competence (99,11%), social competence (99,06%), professional competence (96,52%), dan pedagogic competence (95,91%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the attitudes and behavior of people in the Village of Bahagia, North Bekasi against Bank Sampah Program Implementation in village Bahagia. This study used quantitative descriptive research method in which researchers will explain or describe public attitudes Bahagia Village North Bekasi, on the implementation of Bank Sampah Program in the Environment village Bahagia.This study used primary data by collecting data through questionnaires to 67 respondents that people in the Bahagia village, North Bekasi who follow the customer in the Sampah Bank in RW 45 Village Bahagia. Data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis to determine the public's attitude Bahagia Village North Bekasi on the implementation of the Bank Sampah Program. From the results of the average score of respondents about public attitudes confidence in the attributes of 0.74 which means that the public attitude of society Bahagia village good attitude towards the implementation of the existing Bank Sampah program such village. While based on the scores for variables Behavior of 0.66 (positive) means showing the behavior of people in the Bahagia village good or positive to the presence of Bank Sampah in its environment. From the discussion, it can be known factors - factors that need to be fixed for the implementation of the next program to the Bank Sampah. So need a better effort for the implementation of the Bank Sampah program.
