Abstract

Manajemen kewirausahaan pesantren adalah unsur dalam pendidikan yang dapat mensukseskan dan memperlancar proses pendidikan dalam pendayagunaan potensi ekonomis secara kreatif dan inovatif dengan terencana secara sistematis dan dapat dievaluasi secara benar sehingga mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Pesantren Pertanian Darul Fallah Bogor adalah lembaga pendidikan yang berfokus pada pengembangan diri peserta didiknya dibidang kewirausahaan sehingga dapat menghasilkan generasi yang berjiwa mandiri.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Dalam pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pesantren Pertanian Darul Fallah Bogor adalah lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki pola manajemen kewirausahaan pesantren yang sesuai dengan konsep manajemen kewirausahaan pesantren.Dibuktikan dengan kontribusi riil lulusan alumni Pesantren Pertanian Darul Fallah Bogor.KATA KUNCI: entrepreneurship, jiwa, kewirausahaan, manajemen, pesantren.  ENTREPRENEURIAL MANAGEMENT OF ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL IN FOSTERING THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP SPIRITABSTRACTEntrepreneurial management Islamic boarding school the utilization of economic potential in a creative, innovative, and courage to face risks to earn profits by systematically planned and can be evaluated properly, accurate, and complete so as to achieve objectives in a productive, high quality, effective and efficient. Entrepreneurial management so that schools can also be regarded as an element in education for the success of the program in educational organizations and expediting the process of education is not as excessive media benefit. Agriculture Darul Fallah Bogor Islamic boarding school is the institution that is a focus on self-development in entrepreneurship so that learners can product independently minded generation. From this background, the authors are interested in examining these educational institutions with the aim to determine the application of entrepreneurial management schools, the impact of the application of entrepreneurial management schools in growing spirit of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial management Islamic boarding school real contribution in fostering entrepreneurship spirit. The result of research shows that Agriculture Darul Fallah Bogor Islamic boarding school is an educational institution that has a pretty good entrepreneurial management pattern. It is proved by the existence of entrepreneurship management that can develop entrepreneurship spirit of students and real contribution from entrepreneurship management that is material contribution so that can help in boarding school economy, moral contribution in the form of support from various cooperation partners that can give benefit to boarding school. And contribution from graduated Agriculture Darul Fallah Bogor Islamic boarding school who has become a successful entrepreneurship in helping pesantren in the form of material and training for the students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis sekolah alam dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di SDIslam Ibnu Hajar Bogor. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode kualitatif penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang berlandaskan filsafat pospositivisme. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display/penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan: derajat kepercayaan, keteralihan, kebergantungan, dan kepastian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) manajemen pembelajaran berbasis sekolah alam di SD Islam Ibnu Hajar Bogor dilakukan dengan kegiatan awal yaitu menyiapkan lesson plan setiap awal semester dan perencanaan program pembelajaran yang memadukan kurikulum dinas dan kurikulum khas SDIslam Ibnu Hajar menjadi tiga muatan yaitu ma’rifatullah, ma’rifatul insan, ma’rifatul alam. Pada tahap pengorganisasian dibentuk tim penanggung jawab perencanaan pembelajaran dan pembagian tugas pembuatan RPP di setiap level kelas yang berbeda. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SDIslam Ibnu Hajar menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik, metode pembelajaran tematik, dan strategi pembelajaran yang berkonsepkan STIFIn learning. Tahap pengawasan pembelajaran yaitu kepala sekolah melakukan pemeriksaan RPP, pengamatan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan pelaporanperkembangan program; dan (2) nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran di SD Islam Ibnu Hajar diterapkan di setiap aktivitas dengan pembentukan nilai-nilai, jiwa kepemimpinan, dan jiwa kewirausahaan.KATA KUNCI: karakter peserta didik, manajemen pembelajaran, sekolah alam  SCHOOL-BASED LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF NATURE IN SHAPING THE CHARACTER OF LEARNERSABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of nature school-based learning in shaping the character of students in Ibnu Hajar Islamic Elementary School Bogor. To achieve these objectives, this research used qualitative descriptive study to examine the condition of natural objects. Data were collected using: interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used: data collection, data reduction, display / data presentation, and verification. Validity check of data using: credibility, flexibility, dependency, and certainty. The results showed: (1) learning management based on nature schools in Ibnu Hajar Islamic Elementary School Bogor conducted with the initial activity, ie preparing the lesson plan at the beginning of each semester and learning program planning that combines the curriculum diknas and curriculum typical of the school into three contents namely ma'rifatullah, ma'rifatul insan, ma'rifatul alam. At the organizing stage, a team responsible for the planning of learning and division of the task of making RPP in each level of different classes. Learning implementation in this school using the approach of scientific learning, thematic learning method, and learning strategies that conceptualize STIFIn learning. Monitoring stage of learning that is principal doing examination of RPP, observation of learning activity, and reporting of program development; and (2) the values of the characters developed in the course of the Ibnu Hajar school are applied in every activity with the establishment of values, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu unsur yang sangat penting dalam sistem pendidikan dan kinerja guru merupakan hasil pencapaian dari seorang guru yang menentukan kualitas pendidikan tersebut. Guru dalam menghasilkan kinerjanya tidak akan terlepas dari budaya kerja yang diterapkan di suatu lembaga pendidikan. Maka dari itu, budaya kerja akan mempengaruhi kinerja guru.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru bersertifikasi dalam PBM (proses belajar mengajar). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional fungsional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Daarul ‘Uluum Lido Cigombong Bogor dengan respondennya adalah tujuh belas guru bersertifikasi. Adapun teknik pengambilan data adalah kuisioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan validitas ahli dan uji validitas. Realibilitas data menggunakan teknik Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji prasyarat analisis yang digunakani adalah uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Untuk uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan signifikansi persamaan regresi dengan hasil nilai thitung  4,631 dan ttabel dengan pada taraf kesalahan 5% dk = 17-1 = 16  adalah 1,746 pada taraf 5%. Dengan demikian thitung> ttabel (4,631 > 1,746) sehingga H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru bersertifikasi. Koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,7672 = 0,588 dengan demikian kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar sebesar 58,8% dipengaruhi oleh budaya kerja, sedangkan 41,2% kinerja guru bersertifikasi dipengaruhi faktor lain. KATA KUNCI: budaya kerja, kinerja guru bersertifikasi. THE INFLUENCE OF WORK CULTURE TOWARD TEACHER CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE IN TEACHING AND LEARNING IN MADRASAH ALIYAHABSTRACTTeacher is the most important element in the system of education and teacher performance is the achievement of a teacher that determines the quality of the education. In producing the performance will not be separated from the culture that is applied in an educational institution. Hence, the work culture will affect the performance of teacher. This study aims to find out is there any influence between the work culture on the performance of certified teachers in the learning process. This study uses a quantitative approach to the functional correlation type. The sample in this study used a sample of saturated or census. This research was conducted in MA Daarul ‘Uluum Lido Cigombong Bogor with seventeen respondents are certified teachers. The data collection techniques of research were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data using expert validity and test validity. Data reliability using Cronbach's Alpha technique. Test requirements analysis in this study is a test for normality and linearity test. To test the hypothesis using simple linear regression. The final results of this study demonstrate the significance of the regression equation with the results tcount 4.631 and ttable with the standard error of 5% dk = 17-2 = 16 was 1,746 at 5% level. Thus tcount > ttable (4,631 > 1,746) so that H0 is rejected, meaning that a significant difference between the work culture on the performance of certified teachers in the learning process. The coefficient of determination is 0.7672 = 0.588 thus the performance of teachers in the learning process 58,8% influenced by the culture of work, while 41.2% interest in entrepreneurship learning is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Setiap murid memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda-beda, faktor yang mempengaruhi belajar murid yaitu faktor internal, eksternal, dan pendekatan belajar. Faktor internal diantaranya tingkat kecerdasan, sikap, dan motivasi murid. Namun kenyataannya tidak semua murid memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik, salah satu penyebabnya yaitu murid tidak mampu mengelola emosi secara baik. Dengan kecerdasan emosional murid akan dapat mengendalikan emosinya termasuk memotivasi diri untuk belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, jenis penelitian asosiatif berupa sebab akibat. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh murid SMA Amaliah tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 94 murid, sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 64 murid. Teknik pengambilan data: angket skala likert, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persamaan regresi yaitu Y= 32,4% + 0,776X dapat dikatakan hubungan bahwa antara kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar murid merupakan hubungan yang berbanding lurus, artinya  Koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,5952 = 0,354, dengan demikian nilai motivasi belajar murid sebesar 35,4% dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional, sedangkan 64,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor stimuli belajar, metode belajar, kematangan, dan kecerdasan murid.KATA KUNCI: kecerdasan emosional, motivasi belajar, murid  EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE EFFECT ON STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATIONABSTRACTEvery student have the different abilities, factor the influence motivation student learning that is internal factor, external factor, and approach to learning. Internal factors the level of intelligence, attitude and motivation students. However the reality not all students have motivation good study, one cause that of student not able to manage emotional well. With emotional intelligence student can control his emotions including motivation the learn. This research approach a quantitative and type of associative research in the of causation. The population in this study that all senior high school Amaliah academic year 2016/2017 which totaling to 94 students, the sample used as many as 64 students. Making data retrived used is a Likert scale questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. The research shows the regression equation is Y = 32,4% + 0,776X can be said relationship between emotional intelligence and motivation learning a proportional relationship. The coefficient of determination 0,5952 = 0,354, the value of the students learning motivation by 35,4% influenced by emotional intelligence, while 64,6% the rest influenced by stimulating factor, learning, study method, maxurity, and intelligence.

Abstract

Minat dalam berwirausaha harus ditumbuhkan sejak dini pada pelajar atau peserta didik. Minat merupakan kecenderungan perasaan memperhatikan serta menyukai beberapa hal atau kegiatan, minat terhadap sesuatu dipelajari terlebih dahulu dan mempengaruhi belajar selanjutnya, mempengaruhi minat-minat selanjutnya. Membentuk keberanian dalam aspek lain yang didorong oleh pendidik di lembaga sekolah yang memberikan mata pelajaran yang praktis dan menarik dapat membangkitkan minat peserta didik untuk berwirausaha. Namun berdasarkan temuan yang ada belum semua peserta didik memiliki minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha peserta didik di SMKN 1 Puncak Cisarua. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, jenis penelitian asosiatif berupa sebab akibat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 peserta didik dari populasi 80 peserta didik di SMKN 1 Puncak T/A 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan angket skala bertingkat, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah signifikansi persamaan regresi dengan hasil nilai Fhitung 29.577 dan Ftabel dengan dfreg=1 dfres=54 adalah 4,02 pada taraf 5%. Dengan demikian Fhitung> Ftabel (29,577 > 4,02) sehingga H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hasil koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,5952 = 0,354 dengan demikian minat berwirausaha peserta didik sebesar 35,4% dipengaruhi oleh hasil belajar, sedangkan 64,6% minat berwirausaha belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. KATA KUNCI: hasil belajar, kewirausahaan, minat berwirausaha.  ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTEREST IN TERMS OF STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMESABSTRACTInterest in entrepreneurship must be grown early to students or learners. However, based on the findings that there is not all the students have an interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine whether there is influence learning outcomes entrepreneurship subjects to the interest in entrepreneurship students in SMK 1 Puncak Cisarua. This study uses a quantitative research approach, the type of associative research in the form of cause and effect. Samples used as many as 56 students out of a population of 80 students in SMK 1 Peak 2016/2017. Data collection techniques used is a graduated scale questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. The final results of this study demonstrate the significance of the regression equation with the results and the value of F 29 577 Ftabel with dfreg = 1 dfres = 54 was 4,02 at the 5% level. Abstract

Kompetensi sosial guru merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru. Kompetensi sosial guru merupakan kemampuan guru dalam berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan murid, sesama guru dan warga sekolah serta masyarakat sekitar. Kompetensi sosial yang dimiliki guru akan memperlancar proses interaksi belajar mengajar di kelas. Interaksi belajar mengajar merupakan hubungan timbal balik yang terjadi antara guru dengan murid dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dengan kompetensi sosial yang dimiliki diharapkan seorang guru mampu mengelola kelas dengan baik agar tercipta suasana kelas yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan sehingga murid merasa nyaman dalam belajar dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan prestasi murid. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru terhadap interaksi belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Teknik analisisnya yaitu analisis regresi dengan metode kuantitatif, data disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif analisis. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 15 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat korelasi yang signifikan kompetensi sosial guru terhadap interaksi belajar mengajar sebesar 0,951. Analisis regresi linier sederhana kompetensi sosial guru sebesar 0,951. Koefisien F sebesar 123,306 dan P-value = 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari  = 0,025. Maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi sosial guru terhadap interaksi belajar mengajar.KATA KUNCI: belajar mengajar, guru, interaksi, kompetensi sosial, pengaruh.  THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHER SOCIAL SKILL ON THE INTERACTION OF LEARNING TEACHINGABSTRACTSocial competence of teachers is one of the competencies that must be owned by a teacher. Social competence of teachers is the teacher's ability to interact and communicate with students, fellow teachers and the school community as well as surrounding communities. Social competence held by teachers will expedite the process of interaction and learning in the classroom. The interaction of teaching and learning is a reciprocal relationship that occurs between teachers and students in the learning process. Owned with social competence expected of a teacher is able to manage classes well in order to create a classroom atmosphere that is fun and not boring so that students feel comfortable in learning and is expected to improve the performance of students. This study aims to determine the effect of social competence of teachers to teaching and learning interactions. This study uses survey research. Mechanical analysis is regression analysis with quantitative methods, data is presented in the form of descriptive analysis. Population and sample of this study were 15 teachers. The results showed a significant correlation of social competence of teachers to teaching and learning interactions at 0.951. Simple linear regression analysis of the social competence of teachers at 0.951. The coefficient of 123.306 F and P-value = 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.025. It was therefore concluded there is significant influence social competence of teachers to teaching and learning interactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pemberian hukuman menurut teori pendidikan, 2) disiplin di Pesantren Modern Daarul `Uluum Lido, 3) efektivitas hukuman untuk meningkatkan disiplin santri putri madrasah aliyah daarul ‘uluum lido.Pembahasan skripsi ini berdasarkan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data atau informasi, baik berupa hasil wawancara dan dokumen pesantren yang berkaitan dengan variabel penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara terjun langsung kelapangan demi memperoleh data yang valid. Data yang terkumpul disusun dan kemudian baru dianalisis. Analisa ini berguna bagi penulis sebagai upaya penggalian lebih lanjut mengenai masalah efektivitas hukuman dalam mendisiplinkan santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Hukuman yang dijatuhkan kepada anak mempunyai syarat dan macamnya, karena hukuman yang baik itu bukanlah yang bersifat memojokkan tetapi menyadarkan dan mendidik. Jangan menindak anak dengan kekerasan, tetapi dengan kehalusan hati, lalu diberi motivasi dan persuasi. (2) Dalam penelitian ini dibahas beberapa disiplin yang diterapkan di pesantren tersebut, yaitu antara lain: disiplin waktu, disiplin belajar, dan disiplin bertingkah laku. (3) hukuman merupakan konsekuensi yang akan didapatkan bagi pelanggar disiplin di Pesantren. Hukuman yang diberikan memang terbukti efektif dalam membuat santri berdisiplin, apabila pemberian hukuman tersebut mengacu kepada pedoman dalam memberikan hukuman dan kebijakan pesantren. Tetapi kadang hukuman akan berdampak pada perasaan benci anak didik apabila menyakiti fisik dan tidak mengandung unsur edukatif.KATA KUNCI: disiplin santri, efektivitas hukuman.  THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DISCIPLINARY PENALTIES TO IMPROVE WOMEN STUDENTS ISLAMIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: 1) the punishment according to the theory of education, 2) discipline in Pesantren Modern Daarul `Uluum Lido, 3) the effectiveness of penalties to enforce discipline female student’s madrasah Aliyah Daarul 'uluum lido. Discussion of this paper is based on field research aims to obtain data or information, whether in the form of interviews and documents related to the variable boarding research done by jumping directly spaciousness in order to obtain valid data. The collected data is compiled and then newly analyzed. This analysis is useful for writers in an effort to dig further on the issue of the effectiveness of punishment in disciplining students. The results showed that (1) Punishment meted out to children have the condition and kind, because it is not a good punishment that is cornered but sensitize and educate. Do not take action against a child by force, but with the subtlety of their heart, and be motivated and persuasion. (2) In this study addressed several disciplines are applied at the school, among other things: the discipline of time, learning discipline, and discipline to behave. (3) The penalty is the consequence will be obtained for violators of discipline in boarding. Penalties were indeed shown to be effective in making students disciplined, when it refers to the sentencing guidelines in giving punishment and boarding policy. But sometimes the punishment will have an impact on students' feelings of hatred when physical harm and does not contain educational elements.
