Abstract

Pendidikan karekter bukan hanya berhubungan dengan benar atau  salah, tetapi bagaimana menanamkan kebiasaan (habituation) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga santri memiliki  kesadaran, kepekaan, kepedulian, dan komitmen untuk menerapkan kebijakan dalam kehidupannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui cara melakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian pendidikan karakter agar dapat teraplikasikan dengan baik dan benar serta tepat sasaran. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode etnografi  yakni dengan  menggali informasi lewat wawancara atau kuesioner kepada para santri. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Yaspida Sukabumi minim dalam  pengaplikasiannya. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan kurang disiplinnya para santri dalam pembelajaran, peribadahan, tampilan, dan pergaulan. Maka seharusnya diadakan pembaharuan terhadap pembinaan kepada para organisasi kepesantrenan sebagai penggerak kedisiplinan santri. manajemen pendidikan karakter pesantren adalah bagaimana membangun kedisiplinan dalam empat aspek kehidupan santri yaitu tampilan, pembelajaran, peribadahan, dan pergaulan yang semuannya akan menjadi kunci keberhasilan dan kesuksesan.Kata kunci: manajemen, pendidikan karakter, pondok pesantren. MANAGEMENT OF CHARACTER EDUCATION BASED ON BOARDING SCHOOL DARUSSYIFA AL-FITHROH YASPIDA SUKABUMIABSTRACTCharacter education has meaning high of moral education, because character education is not only concerned with the problem of right or wrong, but how to instill habits (habituation) about the good things in life, so that students have an awareness, sensitivity, and high understanding, as well as the awareness and commitment to implement policies in everyday life. The purpose of this research is to be able to know how to do the planning, deploy, and evaluating character education to be well applied properly and targeted data collected by the ethnographic method approach taken by digging through interviews or questionnaires to the students. The findings show that the management of character education in schools is not maximized in its application. It is characterized by the lack of discipline of the students in learning, worship, and social views. Therefore, the holding of the renewal of the guidance to the organization uniquely Islamic boarding school as the driving discipline students. This research resulted in the conclusion that the management of schools character education is how to build discipline in students four aspects of life that view, learning, worship, and association that all of them will be the key to success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis data tentang efektivitas kepemimpinan kharismatik kyai dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Perguruan YASPIDA Sukabumi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan kharismatik kyai di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-Fithroh adalah : kepemimpinan kharismatik “efektif”. Keefektifan tersebut diperoleh dari perhitungan kai kuadrat yang diperoleh harga x2o 119, 3925. Hasil ini kemudian dapat dibandingkan dengan harga kritik (taraf signifikansi) x2t 5% dengan dk 8 = 15,507. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa x2o (observasi) lebih besar dibandingkan x2t (tabel) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Penelitian ini direkomendasika kepada Kyai dan Guru di Pondok Pesantren sebagai bahan referensi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan kharismatik Kyai dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Perguruan YASPIDA Sukabumi.Kata kunci: efektivitas, kepemimpinan kharismatik, kinerja guru.THE EFFECTIVENESS OF KYAI KHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP IN IMPROVING TEACHER PERFORMANCETHE EFFECTIVENESS OF KYAI KHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP IN IMPROVING TEACHER PERFORMANCEABSTRACTThis study aims to find and analyze data about the effectiveness of kharismatic leadership of the Cleric in improving teacher performance in integrated islamic boarding school Darussyifa Al-Fithroh YASPIDA Sukabumi. This research is a kind of quantitative research. The results of this study suggest that the cleric charismatic leadership in in integrated islamic boarding school Darussyifa Al-Fithroh is "effective" charismatic leadership. The effectiveness is obtained from Kai Square calculations obtained by price x2o 119, 3925. This result can then be compared with the criticism price (significance level) x2t 5% with dk 8 = 15,507. Thus it can be concluded that x2o (observation) is greater than x2t (table) at 5% significance level. This research is recommended to cleric and teacher in boarding school as reference material in improving the effectiveness of cleric’s charismatic leadership in improving teacher performance In integrated islamic boarding school Darussyifa Al-Fithroh YASPIDA School of Sukabumi.

Abstract

Rendahnya kapasitas guru dan kualitas guru disebabkan beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu rendahnya level dari pendidikan guru. Guru yang tidak memahami secara mendalam substansi ilmu keguruan, mayoritas guru menjalankan profesinya hanya sebatas dengan rutinitas mengajar biasa, tanpa memperhatikan nilai-nilai pendidikan bagi peserta didik. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah membawa imbas terhadap kapasitas serta dapat mengembangkan kualitas guru serta meningkatkan kompetensi-kompetensi guru, sehingga berdampak positif dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu tindakan yang di implementasikan dalam memajukan pendidikan yang terdapat di Indonesia yaitu dengan membina kepala sekolah yang tak hanya berkompeten dalam satu bidang tapi berkompeten dibidang lainnya. Penelitian ini memiliki dampak kepemimpinan kepala sekolah kepada kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian korelasi fungsional. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, serta kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Penelitian ini menampakkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan bagi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Aspek yang berperan dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta cara kerja guru yaitu dengan  keinginan serta pemahaman guru akan perbaikan kinerjanya dan gurupun siap dibimbing demi terciptanya bobot pendidikan yang berkapasitas tinggi. Kepala sekolah mendukung peran serta guru dalam aktivitas KKGKata kunci: kepemimpinan, kinerja guru, pengaruh. EFFECT OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP TO TEACHER PERFORMANCEABSTRACTThe low performances of teacher and the quality of teachers due to several factors, including the low level of teacher education, teachers who do not deeply understand the substance of science teacher, the majority of the teachers run the profession is limited to regular teaching routines without paying attented to the educational values for learners. Leadership of a principal can have of effect on performance as welling as to improvisation of the professionalism of teacher and then improve teacher competencies in ordered to have a positive of impact in the learning of process. One from the government's steps in advancing educations in Indonesia is by fostering principals who are nohing only competent in one field but competent in other fields. This research aims to determited the influence of principals from leadership on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative approach and type of functional correlation research. Data were collected through observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques assisted by using SPSS21. This results showing that there is influence between principal leadership and the teacher performance. Aspects that play a roling in the leaderships of at principal and the performanced of teacher that is with the desire and awareness of teachers will improve performance and gurupun ready in guidance for the creation of quality education quality. The principal supports teacher participation in KKG activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kemampuan dalam membaca al-quran terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran al-quran hadits peserta didik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif berupa sebab akibat. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 55 peserta didik dari populasi 122 peserta didik di MA Miftahul Huda T/A 2016/2017. Data diperoleh menggunakan teknik yaitu tes praktik, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Hasil akhir penelitian ini menggambarkan signifikansi persamaan regresi dengan hasil nilai Fhitung  77.927 dan Ftabel dengan dfreg=1 dfres=54  adalah 4,03 pada taraf 5%. Dengan demikian Fhitung> Ftabel (29.577 > 4,03) sehingga H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan membaca Alquran terhadap hasil belajar.  Koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,7712 = 0.595 dengan demikian hasil belajar Alquran hadits sebesar 59,5% dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan membaca Alquran, sedangkan 40.5% hasil belajar Al-Quran Hadits dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata kunci: Kemampuan membaca Al-Quran, hasil belajar Al-Quran Hadits. EFFECT OF ABILITY IN READING THE AL-QURAN ON THE RESULT OF LEARNING SUBJECTS AL-QURAN HADITH LEARNERSABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of the ability to read al-quran on the results of learning subjects of al-quran hadith learners. The approach used is an associative quantitative approach in the form of cause and effect. The sample used were 55 students from the population of 122 students in MA Miftahul Huda. The data were obtained by using techniques such as practice test, observation, interview and documentation. The final result of this study illustrates the significance of the regression equation with the result of Fcount 77.927 and Ftable with dfreg = 1 dfres = 54 is 4.03 at 5% level. Thus Fcount> Ftable (29.577> 4.03) so that H0 is rejected, it means there is a significant influence between the ability of reading the Qur'an to the learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination is 0.7712 = 0.595 thus the learning result of Alquran hadith is 59.5% influenced by the ability to read Alquran, while 40.5% of Al Quran Hadith study results are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang proses pembinaan tahfiz Al-Quran dan evaluasi pembinaan tahfiz Al-Quran yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfiz Al-Quran Bina Madani Ciawi Bogor.  Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus bentuk intrinsic case study. Sumber data pada penelitian kasus ini meliputi subyek utama yaitu para ustadz atau guru tahfiz yang memegang halaqah Al-Quran, santri, ustadz pengasuh pondok, sejumlah guru serta pengurus Yayasan Bina Duta Madani. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui multimetode yaitu wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman. Proses analisis meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui model pembinaan tahfiz di Pondok Pesantren Tahfiz Al-Quran Bina Madani Putra Ciawi Bogor dilakukan dengan cara talqin, tasmi’, muroja’ah, dan ta’lim tajwid dan tahsin. Program evaluasi hafalan bagi para santri dilakukan secara intensif. Evaluasi ini mencakup evaluasi harian, mingguan, bulanan, triwulan, dan semester. Kegiatan ini melibatkan musyrif halaqah dan mencatat perkembangannya dalam kasyfu mutaba’ah yaumiyah serta melaporkannya kepada pengasuh dan yayasan. Hasil pencapaian hafalan ke-itqan-an para santri jika dilihat dari tingkat rata-rata belum sesuai harapan.Kata kunci: Alquran, Bina Madani, model, pembinaan, tahfiz. MANAGEMENT OF TAHFIZ ALQURAN GUIDANCE MODELABSTRACTThis study aims to obtain data about the process of fostering tahfiz Al-Quran and evaluation tahfiz Al-Quran development that is applied in Boarding School of Tahfiz Al-Quran Bina Madani Ciawi Bogor. The research approach uses qualitative approach of case study type of intrinsic case study form. Sources of data in this case study include the main subject of priecher or Alquran teachers who hold halaqah Al-Quran, students, priecher caregiver cottage, a number of teachers and administrators Bina Duta Madani Foundation. Research data collected through multimetode that is interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis model. The analysis process includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification. Based on the results of research known tahfiz coaching model was done by talqin, tasmi ', muroja'ah, and ta'lim tajwid and tahsin. The rote evaluation program for student is conducted intensively. This evaluation includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semester evaluations. This activity involves musyrif halaqah and notes its progress in kasyfu mutaba'ah yaumiyah and reports it to caregivers and foundations. The results of the achievement of memorization of the santri if it is seen from the average level has not been as expected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur’an bagi calon peserta didik musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an di pondok pesantren al-Qur’an M. Thoha Al-fasyni Bogor. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan berusaha melaksanakan pengkajian deskriptif yang akan dituangkan dalam bentuk laporan dan uraian. Adapun jenis penelitiannya dengan mengambil studi kasus di pondok pesantren al-Qur`an M. Thoha Al-fasyni kota Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan metode terpola, dalam manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur`an bagi calon peserta didik musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an, metode ini diterapkan dengan pertemuan guru dan para peserta didik untuk mempraktekan apa yang telah guru sampaikan dan contohkan, dalam setiap kali pertemuan sehingga mampu memperoleh pola lagu tilawah dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak pondok pesantren terutama berkaitan dengan manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur`an, dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihanya. Dan agar hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan prestasi peserta didik dalam setiap perlombaan musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an di berbagai tempat.Kata kunci: manajemen pelatihan, manajemen pendidikan, musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an, peserta didik, tilawah Al-Qur`an. AL-QUR`AN READING EDUCATION MANAGEMENT FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS READING RACE AL-QUR’ANABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the recitation of the Qur'an management education for prospective students boarding school race koran reading the Koran Muhammad Al-Fasyni Thoha Bogor. This research method is using qualitative research with descriptive trying to carry out an assessment to be formulated in the form of reports and descriptions. The type of research by taking a case study in a boarding school Al-Quran muhammad Thoha fasyni city of Bogor. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Results of the analysis in this study shows the method patterned, in education management is reading the Quran for prospective learners race reading the Quran, the method is applied to meeting the teacher with the students to practice what the teachers say and demonstrated, in every meeting so as to obtain the pattern of the song reading well. The results of this study can be used by the boarding school related to education management reading the Quran, in an effort to improve the quality of education of reading the Quran. And so it can be evidenced by the increase achievement didikdalam participants race each race recitation of the Qur'an in various places.

Abstract

Perubahan zaman yang semakin cepat berpengaruh besar dalam segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Keadaan ini kemudian berdampak pula pada sistem pendidikan, khususnya sistem pendidikan Islam. Usaha yang terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan masyarakat Islam agar tidak tertinggal dari masyarakat lainnya menjadi penting dan mendesak untuk dilaksanakan. Pesantren memiliki ciri khas pada model pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam sistem pendidikannya. Pesantren-pesantren yang berdiri pada masa pra-kemerdekaan sebagian besar menganut model pembelajaran tradisional. Namun seiring perkembangan zaman beberapa pesantren melakukan perubahan dengan model pembelajaran modern.. Keberadaan Pesantren Modern Daarul ‘Uluum Lido menjawab tantangan masyarakat akan kebutuhan Pendidikan, ilmu keagamaan, dan ilmu umum yang seimbang. Perpaduan kurikulum umum (nasional) dan kurikulum lokal (pesantren) dirumuskan di dalam model pembelajaran pesantren modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode penelitiannya adalah etnografi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang sejarah dan juga perkembangan Pesantren Modern Daarul ‘Uluum Lido dari mulai pengubahan model pembelajaran tradisional menjadi modern. Model Pembelajaran Pesantren Modern yang digunakannya mencangkup metode pembelajaran dan kurikulumnya.. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah modernisasi model pembelajaran di Pesantren Modern Daarul ‘Uluum Lido berjalan baik walau masih perlu adanya penyempurnaan. Faktor utama yang mendukung pelaksanaannya adalah karena komposisi tenaga pendidik atau ustadza/ah yang mayoritas alumnus pesantren yang menerapkan model pembelajaran pesantren modern.Kata kunci: kurikulum, model pembelajaran instruksional, pesantren modern. INSTRUKSIONAL LEARNING MODEL IN MODERN BOARDING SCHOOLABSTRACTModernizing effect on people's lives. This situation also impacted on the educational system of Islam. Islamic education is required to be able to respond to changes in society in accordance with the needs of society. Efforts to improve public education of Islam order to keep up the rest of society becomes important to be implemented. Boarding school has a typical model of applied learning in its educational system. Boarding School that develop in pre-independence embrace traditional learning models. However, over the times lots of pesantren make a change to use model of modern learning. The learning model functional as a guideline for the designers of learning and teachers in implementing the learning activities. The existence of Modern Boarding School of Daarul 'Uluum Lido has responded to the challenges of society that aplicating the science of religion and general science education balanced. The combination of the national curriculum and the local curriculum of boardung school teaching model formulated in modern boarding school. This research was the field research and the library research, that used qualitative descriptive study with ethnographic methods. The results of this research described the history and development of Modern Boarding School Daarul 'Uluum Lido from began modifying traditional teaching model to be modern. Modern Boarding School Learning Model which covers uses teaching methods and curriculum. Factors that supporting and inhibiting were its implementation and implications. The conclusion of this study is the modernization teaching model in Modern Boarding Daarul 'Uluum Lido running well though is still need for improvement. The main factors that support its implementation is due to the composition of the majority of educators who alumnus pesantren that implement teaching model modern boarding.
