Abstract

 This researchaims to look at the influenceoforganizational commitment, are affective, continuance and normative commitment on employeesperformanceatPT.Summit Oto Finance,Tbk Branch Jambi. ResearchBranchuses the census method, the sample in this study is all employees. The data in this studyusing qualitative data by spreading the questionnairecoveredalternativeanswer has been provided to the respondent, and the method usingLikertSummatedRating with agivenscore.After the data iscollectedthenanalyzedto answer theproblemformulationand testhypothesesposedwith a descriptivemethodandverifikatifmethodwith multiple linearregression. The results of this researchshow thatthe affective, continuance and normative commitment quotient has significan influence to employee performance at PT. Summit Oto Finance, Tbk Branch Jambi Keywords: affective, normative and continuance commitment, performance

Abstract

Human resource is an invaluable asset. Therefore, it is anticipated that HR is able to compete fairly for the employee displacement of the employer and job satisfaction perceived by employees.The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of remuneration, employee displacement and job satisfaction to employee performance. The influence of remuneration, employee displacement  and job satisfaction tested both directly and indirectly through the performance.To test the above issues, the survey done in writing which were distributed to all employees in the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Jambi Province. Framework of theory and data analysis is done using Path analysis. The results of this research indicate that the style of remuneration, motivation and job satisfaction influential support directly and indirectly to the performance of the employees.Analytical tool in this study using descriptive methods and verification. Where descriptive study using a range of scales, while the verification using path analysis or path analysis.These findings reflect that style of remuneration, employee displacement and job satisfaction is a key issue. The research results reveal that the results related to the performance of civil servants is essential to manage the Office of the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Jambi Province. Remuneration and job satisfaction perceived by the employee will lead to better performance than what was expected. Keywords: Remuneration,  Employee Displacement, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

The research aims to obtain a description or explanation on the implementation of the mutation and training in Polres Sarolangun and factors affecting the implementation of mutation in Polres Sarolangun a commissioned officer.            This research method used is descriptive of analysis with the goal to give a description or painting the situation in a systematic, factual and accurate on the implementation of mutation and training of personel on the performance specialist in Polres Sarolangun. Were analysed qualitatively better data which are quantitative and qualitative based on the report and note that in the field.  With data collection techniques study literature and field studies namely the questionnaire. Based on the results of the testing of hypotheses of any result was obtained on the variable significant.

Abstract

The study entitled analysis of queueing model on customer service, the object on the study is Gas Stations 24.361.35 city of Jambi. The purpose of this research is tolook at the situation which occurred in Gas Station queues 24.361.35 city of Jambi, the source of the data in this study is primary data obtained from direct observations in the field, and the secondary data in the form of books relating to the research, while the processing of data in this study using POM/QM software for Windows 3.0. from the results of the data processing can be drawn the conclusion that the model applied by Gas Station queues 24.361.35 Jambi City can be said to be optimal, this is because the number of customers who come in can be served well with a short queue time.Keywords : queue, service, customer

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Job Analysis and Competency Career Development Through Employee Performance Against Religious Affairs Office of Tebowitha population of31personnel.. The results showed, in the school environment to support Based on the research results, TCRvariablejob analysis(X1) of 1844, career development(X2) amounted to1,210, competence(Y) of 1847, andthe performance ofemployees(Z) of 1,348. Effect ofX1to Yat0.682, X2to Yat0.173, ANOVAvalueX1, X2to Yat27.746. Meanwhile, theinfluenceof theZamounted to0.701X1, X2toZof0.280, ANOVAvaluesX1andX2 toZat81.229.
