Abstract

Abstrak— Bibit merupakan salah satu penentu dalam keberhasilan budidaya tanaman padi. Budidaya tanaman padi dimulai dari memilih bibit tanaman yang berkualitas karena bibit termasuk objek utama yang dikembangkan pada budidaya selanjutnya. Bibit sebagai pembawa gen dari induknya yang akan menentukan sifat dari tanaman setelah berproduksi dan untuk mendapatkan bibit padi yang berkualitas dapat diperoleh dari memilih dan menentukan bibit yang berasal dari induk berkualitas. Kualitas bibit merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam budidaya padi. Bibit yang berkualitas mampu beradaptasi, memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat serta seragam, tumbuh lebih cepat, tahan hama dan tinggi nilai produktivitasnya. Untuk mendapatkan bibit padi berkualitas, petani sering mengalami kesulitan. Berdasarkan kesulitan yang dialami petani, maka akan dibangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu petani memutuskan bibit yang akan ditanam sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan tanam dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek kriteria. Dalam mengatasi masalah pemilihan bibit padi tersebut dibuat sebuah program sistem pendukung keputusan agar memudahkan informasi dan rekomendasi kepada petani padi tentang bibit yang berkualitas. Dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penentuan bobot kriteria dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), sedangkan untuk tahap perankingan dikerjakan dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah padi berkualitas dari lima alternatif yang sudah ditetapkan, yaitu: Sunggal, Inpari32, Ciherang, IR64, Situbagendit. Sistem menghasilkan nilai preferensi tertinggi yaitu 0,858 pada padi Sunggal di urutan pertama dan  0,767 pada padi Inpari32 diurutan kedua. Jadi dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan bibit padi berkualitas yang cocok ditanam di di desa sambongbangi yaitu Sunggal dan Inpari32.

Abstract

Abstract— The high demand for tin mining commodities has pushed the development of mining product processing technology quite significantly. However, the more difficult it is to obtain available reserves and the lower the processed Tin content, the lower the selling value. One of the tools that can be used to get good quality tin with fine grains according to its level is a rocking table. Currently, the processing of data from the processing of Tin ore using a rocking table has not been carried out optimally. This situation causes the monitoring system and optimization of the use of the rocking table to not be implemented properly. The formulation of the  problme is using a mobile-based data collection system . So that the data obtained can be used as the basis for optimizing the use of the existing rocking table in each mining unit as well as increasing the ease of access to recheck on land production, especially from processing rocking table tools. For the system development model using a waterfall and the Database Management System (DBMS) used is using a SQLite database. Based on the test results, the system provides convenience in monitoring the use of the rocking table, so that tool optimization is achieved

Abstract

Abstrak—Persyaratan dalam pendaftaran siswa baru yaitu, biodata calon siswa baru, Akta Kelahiran, Kartu Keluarga, umur, kecerdasan, tamatan TK, dimana di SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya masih menggunakan Sistem PSB yang tradisional. Selain itu salah satu tahapan PSB yaitu, adanya observasi orang tua dan calon siswa. Namun, penjadwalan untuk observasi tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Sehingga hal-hal tersebut dinilai kurang efektif. Karena hal tersebut, penulis tertarik membuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu pihak sekolah maupun pihak siswa agar mempermudah dalam pemrosesan pendaftaran dan penyeleksian siswa baru. Pada tes observasi diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk multikriteria. Adapun metode sistem pendukung keputusan diantaranya dengan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique (SMART) (keputusan multi atribut). Teknik pengambilan keputusan multi atribut ini digunakan untuk mendukung pembuat keputusan dalam memilih beberapa alternatif. Metode SMART yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan siswa baru ini telah mampu untuk membantu dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya terutama dalam hal pemberian poin (penilaian) untuk masing-masing kriteria yang digunakan. Dari pengujian sistem dapat ditampilkan cepatnya penilaian calon siswa baru yang dapat menyingkat waktu untuk proses penerimaan sehingga jika calon siswa gagal dalam proses seleksi penerimaan dapat segera mencari sekolah lain.

Abstract

Labetta Solo merupakan penjual ikan cupang hias yang berlokasi di belakang ayam goreng widuran, Kepatihan Kulon, Kec. Jebres, Kota Surakarta. Proses penjualan dan transaksi yang dilakukan masih mengagunkan model transaksi manual yaitu costumer harus ke toko untuk melihat langsung koleksi ikan cupang untuk melakukan transaksi, atau dengan cara melihat koleksi ikan cupang di media social labetta solo untuk kemudian melakukan COD (Cash On Delivery) dengan penjual untuk transaksi, dengan pembuatan sistem ini nantinya labetta solo tetap dapat berjualan dan costumer tetap dapat membeli ikan cupang dengan mudah. Sistem ini nantinya akan dibuat menggunakan metode Waterfall meliputi analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation sistem ini nantinya akan dibuat menggunakan database MySQL dan PHP Codeigniter sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya. Hasil yang diharapkan nantinya penjual dapat menjual ikan melalui system ini dan terdapat rating atau grade dari kualitas ikan sehingga memudahkan costumer dalam melakukan pemilihan ikan yang akan di beli, system ini juga terdapat lokasi dari Labetta Solo untuk memudahkan bagi customer yang ingin berkunjung langsung ke lokasi dan untuk mempermudah komunkasi kepada customer akan tersedia link menuju WahatsApp dari penjual.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan black-box testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem tidak memiliki error, selain itu uji penerimaan user terhadap aplikasi juga tergolong tinggi dengan prosentase sekitar 75%.

Abstract

The development of information technology and computer network from time to time is increasing along with the increase in user needs for both from the business, education, industrial, to data security side. Data of network traffic that is getting denser in communication and data exchange between users on computer networks can become a problem when using conventional computer network technology. For that, it needs a new technology that is implemented in computer networks, along with the measurement of Quality of Service (QoS) in it. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a solution for this, where the stages of network design, management and implementation, separate the data plane and the control plane. In this research, the implementation of SDN was carried out in the form of a simulation using both of Mininet and OpenDaylight with a Tree Topology, then the QoS measurements were carried out in it. The results of testing and measuring QoS on SDN simulations with Tree topology using Mininet and OpenDaylight, showed a Jitter value of 0.425 ms, a Packet Loss value of 0.266%, a Bandwith value of 9.3925 Mbps, a UDP Throughput value of 2.348 bits/sec, and a TCPThroughput value of 2.335 bits/sec.

Abstract

Abstract— The current COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors of life where the government has set a policy of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The existence of restrictions on activities known as 3M requires Karisma Medika Clinic to adapt its operational workflow by utilizing information technology to adapt patient registration. To make it easier for patients to register and get a queue number by developing a web service-based application and SMS Gateway. The application is developed based on a web service using the Codeigniter framework with a flow of information procedures regarding the attending physician, then after selecting a doctor, will go to the registration section to fill in personal data and symptoms and complaints for consultation. The data entered in the application will be stored in the Gammu SMS engine database and through the SMS gateway, patients will receive a queue number for consultation at the clinic in real time which will continue to be updated. User response tests from 25 respondents showed that it was easy for patients to register by paying attention to health protocols of 92.25% (very easy), 5% (easy), and 2.75 % quite easy. While the satisfaction indicator is 95% (very satisfied) and 5% of respondents (satisfied).

Abstract

All parties are aware that teacher performance is directly proportional to improving the quality of education. Not a few teachers work under predetermined work standards, conditions like this are caused by low work enthusiasm which results in decreased performance. If we observer the passion of work in the form of sine graph which one day will meet a saturation point if there are no preventive and curative efforts eithers form himself or guidance form his superior. One of the efforts taken is to impose teacher performance assessment to ensure a quality learning process at levels of education. Teacher performance appraisal needs to be carried out so that the functions and duties in the functional teacher positions and duties in the functional teacher positions are carried out by the applicable rules and code of ethics. On that basis, a decision support system was created using the Analytical Network Process method which can determine teacher performance improvement strategies, based on objective performance appraisals and make decisions that become more efficient.

Abstract

Information systems discipline has developed rapidly over time. Based on 533 information systems study programs in Indonesia, it is possible to have a variety of information systems research topics. However, there is no research on information system topic trends in Indonesia. So, this research aims to determine the trend of research topics in the field of information systems in Indonesia in 2015-2019 based on the publication of the journal SINTA. The method used is qualitative non-interactive. Based on the analysis of documents on the results of data collection on the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish tools, the research adopted the recommended PRISMA in improving the quality of systematic reviews and better readers' understanding. The determination of the research topic was based on the abstract content,  keywords and referred to the IS ACM Curricula and previous research. The results of this study can be used as academic references in gaining new insights into the field of information systems. The results of the study based on 1917 raw data obtained from data collection in the journal publication SINTA 2, SINTA 3, and SINTA 4 showed that the topic "Application Development" was a trending topic with the highest percentage, namely 31%, the topic of "Decision Support System" 11% and "System Analysis and Design "10%. The new issues that arose were "Internet of Things", "Machine Learning" and "Artificial Intelligence". Information systems research in Indonesia varies widely, although some studies have a low percentage.

Abstract

Abstract— Human resource is one very important factor in an organization or company, both public and private companies. The work success of a company is great has a major influence on the management of human resources (HR) of a company. If human resources are not good enough, it will affect the lack of good sustainability of this part of the company. Therefore, in the HR management of a company is very important, especially in accepting staff the best academic administration so that it can maximize performance. Many companies have difficulty in accepting candidates for academic administration staff accordingly to company desires. for that, a decision support system is needed that can help decision making to facilitate the acceptance of new academic administration staff. For that reason, researchers are very want to help top management in making the best decisions in recruiting new staff. This study uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method using the existing criteria determined by the company, namely administrative requirements, written tests, computer literacy, communication, and work experience. The results of the study are the value of calculating employee selection using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. to be able to help make decisions quickly, precisely, and accurately.

Abstract

Stock trading is one of the businesses that has been done worldwide. In order to gain the maximum profit, accurate analysis is needed, so a trader can decide to buy and sell stock at the perfect time and price. Conventionally, two analyses are employed, namely fundamental and technical.  Technical analysis is obtained based on historical data that is processed mathematically. Along with technology development, stock price analysis and prediction can be performed with the help of computational algorithms, such as machine learning. In this research, Artificial Neural Network simulations to produce accurate stock price predictions were carried out. Experiments are performed by using various input parameters, such as moving average filters, in order to produce the best accuracy. Simulations are completed with stock index datasets that represent three continents, i.e. NYA (America, USA), GDAXI (Europe, Germany), and JKSE (Asia, Indonesia). This work proposes a new method, which is the utilization of input parameters combinations of C, O, L, H, MA-5 of C, MA-5 of O, and the average of O C prices. Furthermore, this proposed scheme is also compared to previous work done by Khorram et al, where this new work shows more accurate results.
