Untuk memahami kandungan al-Qur’an, kaum muslimin telah mempunyai ilmu tersendiri dan ini sudah di anggap mapan yaitu ilmu tafsir. Namun dewasa ini muncul ilmu yang belum pernah di kenal sebelumnya yaitu hermeneutika sebagai alat bantu untuk memahami al-Qur’an. Oleh karena geneologinya dari dunia barat dan di fungsikan untuk menafsirkan Bibel, tak pelak lagi hermeneutika menjadi perdebatan hebat di kalangan ulama. Sebut saja seperti Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd, Fazlur Rahman, Hasan Hanafi yang membuka kemungkinan untuk menerapkan hermenutika di dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an. Di dalam bukunya “ Kaidah Tafsir” Quraish Shihab juga memberi komentar yang sama terhadap kebolehan hermeneutika dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an meskipun dia membatasi dalam penggunaanya. Kemudian kelompok yang menolak penggunaan hermeneutika dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an di antaranya Adian Husaini dan Muhammad Imarah. Dari Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, di dapati bahwa ada beberapa bentuk hermeneutika bisa tetapi dijadikan sebagai mitra tafsir dalam menafsirkan ayat al-Qur’an untuk menguak makna yang terkandung di dalam al-Qur’an. Sehingga dengan menguak makna yang terkandung di dalamnya, maka al-Qur’an akan tetap dalam fungsinya sebagai petunjuk bagi manusia dan tetap pada maqam Shalih li kulli zaman wa al makan.

The treasure of interpretation in Indonesia from generation to generation has developed and is very relevant to be studied further. The development of interpretation studies will have a positive impact on the advancement of Indonesian culture as well. So many interpretations in regional languages are evenly distributed in Indonesia, one of them is the interpretation of Taj Al-Muslimin min Kalami Rabbi Al-Alamin, the second work of KH Misbah Musthafa. This interpretation which only consisted of 4 volumes did not finish until 30 juz because KH Misbah Mustafa had died. This interpretation work uses Javanese and is written using the pegon script. Pegon script is a script only known since the colonial period which was used by Indonesians to give news to others so that the invaders could not read. This then developed into a pattern of writing the interpretation of the archipelago, especially in Java. By using a historical approach and a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, this paper examines in detail the aspects of locality in the second interpretation of KH Misbah Mustafa. Finally, it can be mapped into three aspects of locality, namely locality in appearance, communication and interpretation, all of which are contained in the second book of interpretation by KH Misbah Mustafa.

Intelligence is a term which is identic with spy activity or in this case called Tajassus. Even so, its objective in preventing the threat which can destroy. The security is really necessary so that this thing brings a question that ‘Does prohibition of Tajassus as stated in Q.S al-Hujurat verse 12 become relevant if it is related with spy activity which is done by intelligence corporation?’ Based on the issue it is necessary to do re-reading toward the vers, in which in this case the author uses contextual interpretation Metho stated by Abdullah Saeed, in reading this verse. Contextual interpretation effort toward Q.S al-Hujurat:12 find some results as follows: The first macro context: The forbidden Tajassus in this context is Tajassus which is based on Camal desire anda bad predjudice without any foundation anda have a purpose to gossip the found informatin. The second macro context: The spy activity done by the Intelligence corporation which becomes a definite in a country is different with Tajassus activity as stated in the first context. Spy done by the Intelligence corporation is executed with indication foundation or certain signs which have the quality in threatening a country.

Although not including in al-sabiqun al-awwalun, Umar was a shahaba of the Prophet who was very famous. During the time of jahiliyyah he was a person who really hated Islam, but when he converted to Islam and became a caliph he succeeded in making Islam spread to various regions. He is a person who organizes government administration so that Islam becomes a real country. In relation to the Qur’an he became a phenomenal person because his words seemed to precede the revealed verses of the Qur’an. The model of his understanding of the Qur’an in order to establish a policy is also interesting because it seems that he rejects the literal meaning of the Qur’an. This research aims to investigate and explain how Umar’s hermeneutics is working. The result was: first, the text in Umar’s hermeneutics was highly upheld. Second, Umar in understanding the Qur’an gives great attention to the context. Third, Umar was very progressive in carrying out ijtihad to achieve maslahat. Then also analyzed the applicative examples of Umar’s hermeneutics in the three cases: hadd cut off hands, giving zakat to muallafatu qulubuhum, and the division of ghanimah.

One of the most important ways the Koran uses to convey the messages of God is to use stories. In the Qur’an, the mention of stories fulfills a quarter of the number of verses; there are recorded 1,453 to 1,600 verses. One of the stories in the Koran is the story of Lut and his people. The purpose of the present story is as a guide, warning, threat to humans. But some commentators have been ‘fascinated’ by revealing the reality of historical events, thus leaving the essence of the meaning contained. Khalafullah, in contrast to the others, tried to study the stories in the Koran by using literary methods. In his method, he revealed a psychological muna>sabah between stories and the conditions of the prophet or society when the Qur’an was revealed. This research found that, according to Khalafullah, the stories used by the Koran as an effective way to attract the interest and attention of Muslims at that time; found the relationship between the story of Lut and his people with the psychological condition of the Prophet and his followers, and there is a relation between the story of Lut and the psychological atmosphere of the Prophet’s opponents at that time. This research reinforces the theory that the context of the Prophet and his people when the Qur’an was revealed is a very important element to consider as someone tries to understand the message of the Qur’an.

As a prophetic narrative, Gog and Magog oracle has a strong influence over many Islamic sects and groups. The analysis and interpretation of God’s message within this oracle is a necessity to understand the social, cultural and literary influence of the narrative on religious and non-religious communities. By applying the socio-rhetorical interpretation (intertexture texture), readers can gain more awareness the prophetic discourse which is a part of Allah message to humanity. The main focus of the analysis is the inner texture.

The phenomenon of revolution industry 4.0 in 21st century influence by values of secularization. In the context related with locality and time wherever discourse about tren revolution industry 4.0 especially in the epistemology as only solution resolve of human problems. While in the aspect transcendent implication in related dimention of divinity (habl minnallah) not procured attention. This Condition happen because western paradigm-secular as important challenge in 21St century is truly influence the idea of revolution industrion 4.0. In other word that the idea is not value free but value laden. This while not refuse that scientist however in west or east influence by paradigm is supply could by religion or culture and others. This Paper offer the function of Qur’an as weltanschauung revolution industry 4.0 in western challenge in 21st century. Where using the philosophy approach placed the Qur’an as scienctist paradigm in onset. This context happen procces of the islamization of science have meaning that implication industry 4.0 related with dimention of divinity (habl Minnallah)The conclusion of paper is created paradigm revolution industry 4.0 section from Islamic science and can attention aspect horizontal as related with humanity (habl minannâsh) and aspect vertical as related with dimention of divinity (habl Minnallah)in concident.
