Abstract

On daily life, we often travel from one place to another place another by considering the efficiency, time and cost of having the accuracy required in determining the shortest path. The determination of the shortest path will be a consideration in the decision to show the path that will be pursued. The results obtained also require speed and accuracy with the help of computers. On testing, except performed the shortest route search, the search process is also carried out comparisons between Dijkstra’s Algorithm and Ant Algorithm. Refers to a previous study by Izzat Pratama on 2011 is more focused on the development of tourism transport models with 2-dimensional , Pascal-based visualization technology and use Dijkstra's algorithm in the process of finding a route. The study that researcher developed more emphasis on comparison of the algorithms that is the Dijkstra Algorithm and Ant Algorithm. The results of this study form the shortest path between two specified nodes along the tracks and speed (running time) of both the algorithm that used. The Dijkstra’s Algorithm in solving the shortest path between a specific pair of nodes has a speed 0 second and Ant Algorithm takes much longer, which is an average 37 seconds. However of the Ant Algorithm, the resulting trajectory is more varied. Of the results obtained, it can be said Dijkstra Algorithm is more efficient in the problem of finding the shortest path in the case of transportation networks on tourism of Lombok Island.

Abstract

The profile data of the educational process at the Department of Mathematics UNIMED indicates that the student repeat and failure is still high, especially in the advanced course. In Descrete Mathematics I student I know graduation percentage in 2005 s / d 2007 that the obtained value of A is still low at 17%, the value of B is 39%, 7% gained grade C and 37% to obtain the value of E. One indication that causes this problem is a lack of communication skills and creative thinking mathematically finish its students for a problem that is already supported by some of the concepts that have been previously known. If the issue is offered at the level theorem proving, students should begin where complete confusion. Moreover, at the level of analyzing problems, synthesizing questions, solve problems, and evaluate the matter. The main objective of this research is to improve the skills of teachers in applying the model on a subject, in particular whether the application of the method of high-level questions in subjects Descrete Mathematics I can improve mathematical communication and creative thinking students, this study included classroom action research. Based on action research results obtained, for the participation of students found that students who perform activities such as participation in rubric is the score 1-5 contained 86%. Spike 77.7% overall. To obtain 86% graduation rate or 31 people from 36 students. And from the interviews found that 94% of the students or 34 people out of 36 people found the applied learning method was appropriate and suitable researchers in an effort to improve the communication of mathematical thinking and creativity of students.

Abstract

Salah satu analisis statistika yang menghubungkan variabel respon dengan variabel bebas yaitu metode regresi. Hasil keluaran (output) dari metode ini adalah estimasi dari parameter yang menghubungkan variabel bebas dan variabel respon. Masalah utama dari metode ini adalah jika metode ini diterapkan pada data spatial. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada data spatial maka metode statistik yang akan digunakan adalah Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR), yaitu model yang menggunakan faktor geografis sebagai variabel bebas yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel respon. Estimasi pada model GWR dengan pendekatan MLE menghasilkan estimator yang sama dengan pendekatan Weighted Least Square (WLS) yang sudah umum digunakan. Namun pendekatan ini tidak dapat digunakan secara langsung untuk menaksir estimator varians.

Abstract

This paper presents the result of a study on learning theory with the method of accelerated learning on the circumference and area of ​​a circle of material. This method is one method of learning that gives students the opportunity to develop themselves. The role of teacher as the giver of knowledge turns into a facilitator who facilitates students to learn and build their own knowledge. Students themselves should build the new knowledge from prior knowledge which is not memorizing. In addition, accelerated learning method makes students to be more active and the learning result becomes more meaningful as well as the teacher becomes more creative by creating a fun learning environment. Method of accelerated learning is divided into six basic steps. The six basic steps can be remembered easily by using the abbreviation of MASTER as follows: 1) Motivating Your Mind, 2) Acquiring The Information, 3) Searching Out The Meaning, 4) Triggering The Memory, 5) Exhibiting What You Know, dan 6) Reflecting How You,ve Learned. With the accelerated learning method, teachers are expected to implement and use it as an alternative learning method in the classroom.

Abstract

Suatu model yang banyak digunakan untuk mendekati fenomena alam adalah model persamaan diferensial stokastik, model ini banyak digunakan dalam populasi biologi. Model stokastik yang akan dibahas pada tulisan ini adalah proses Prendiville kelahiran dan kematian logistik. Persamaan Forward Folmogorof atau Fokker Plank digunakan untuk menemukan Model Persamaan Diferensial Stokastik (PDS) dari proses Prendeville ini, selain itu ditemukan juga solusi eksplisitnya, fungsi mean dan fungsi variansi.
