Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of bank risk on profitability in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. Bank risk includes credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, capital risk and bankruptcy risk. The total sample is 36 banks. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results showed that credit risk and operational risk had a significant negative effect on profitability. Market risk, capital risk and bankruptcy risk have a significant positive effect on profitability. Meanwhile, liquidity risk has no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, all bank risks have a significant positive effect on profitability together. The level of determination is 96.94%, while 3.06% is influenced by other variables notincluded in this study

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the extent to which on the job training methods can affect employee performance and whether the intervening variables of professionalism and self efficacy can increase the effect of on the job training methods on employee performance. Total population and sample are 74 respondents. The data analysis technique of this research uses Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The results obtained are on the job training affects employee performance by 22.9%, on the job training affects professionalism is 72.7%., on the job training affects self-efficacy by 77.4%, professionalism affects performance employees by 44.7% and self-efficacy affects employee performance by 32.7%. As well as the value of the indirect effect between on the job training, Professionalism and Employee Performance, the original sample interval coefficient value is 0.325 or 34.5% while the indirect effect between on the job training, Self efficacy and Employee Performance is obtained by the original sample interval coefficient value of 0.253 or 25.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the weak efficiency of the capital market in Indonesia, especially in the shares of companies based in the telecommunications sector. This condition is associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, namely before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Where during the Covid-19 pandemic the use of telecommunications in various sectors increased and developed rapidly. The data is taken from the shares of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the category of the telecommunications sector, where there are six companies during the period January 2019-December 2020. The test analysis methods used are run test, correlation test, and autocorrelation test. using the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Software processing using stock trading data of the four companies for 479 days. The results of the study prove that by going through a run test both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, the four companies showed stock return data that occurred randomly. Through the correlation test both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, the four companies showed that there was no correlation between stock returns in period t and stock returns in period t-1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Perceived organizational support and task performance and the mediating effect of work engagement variables on the relationship between Perceived organizational support and task performance. Data analysis using PLS version 3.29, data collection using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Latinusa Cilegon, Banten and in-depth interviews. The results showed that perceived organizational support positively and significantly affected task performance and work engagement. It can be added that work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between Perceived organizational support and task performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the elements that influence the performance of technical implementers with the effectiveness of competence (hard skills) and the suitability of training through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Serang Regency, using a descriptive quantitative method using a sample of 120 respondents with an interval scale measurement of 1-10 and analyzed using the Smart PLS 3.29 method. The results of this study state that competence (hard skills) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (technical implementers) with a coefficient value of 10%, training has a significant positive effect on employee performance (technical implementers) with a coefficient value of 22.2%, competence (hard skills) has a significant positive effect. on job satisfaction with a coefficient of 20.6%, training has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of 44.8% and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance (technical implementers) with a coefficient value of 65.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the magnitude of the effect of employee engagement on employee performance, (2) the magnitude of the influence of employee engagement on employee job satisfaction, (3) the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, (4) the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. , and (5) the magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Cogindo DayaBersama. The population in this study were employees of PT Cogindo Daya Bersama PLTU Pelabuhan Ratu Unit Operations Department with a population of 125 employees and a sample of 100 employees. The results show that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 76.6 percent and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 65.5 percent. This direct effect shows that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influencing factors of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of this research is the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the Bina Marga Sector of Banten Province using a sample of 115 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, the acquisition of a coefficient of 11.7%, 2). Organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, obtaining a coefficient of 22.5% 3). Transformational leadership has a significant effect on work discipline in the acquisition of a coefficient value of 24.5%, 4). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on work discipline with the acquisition of a coefficient of 45.3%, 5). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the acquisition of a coefficient of 64.5%. Work discipline can mediate between transformational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance partially.
