Abstract

The study was conducted by taking samples using Nonprobability Sampling Technique. Samples from 100 BJB Bank Serang branch customers by providing questionnaires consisting of questions and statements. Respondents' answers to questions and statements were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the answers were analyzed by analytical technique method using SmartPLS version 2.0.m3. The result of analysis shows that the direct influence of service quality to customer loyalty is positive and significant. and the direct influence of corporate image on customer loyalty that is positive and non significant to customer loyalty. then the quality of service to customer satisfaction positive and significant. corporate image to positive and significant customer satisfaction. and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty that is positive and significant.

Abstract

PT Jasa Asuransi Indonesia (Persero) builds a corporate culture of "RAISE" as values that are believed, carried out and become the daily behavior and habits of all Jasindo people. This study aims to determine the application of "RAISE" work culture and its effect on employee performance through two intervening variables, job satisfaction and affective commitment. The research object was the employees of PT Jasa Asuransi Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Serang, totaling 42 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis used a PLS-based SEM approach. Based on the hypothesis test at the 10% significance level, the results of work culture have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment. Job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, while affective commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. This study found an indirect effect of work culture on employee performance through affective commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengamati pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Permata Finance Indonesia Cabang Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Permata Finance Indonesia yang berada di cabang Serang dan sub cabang pembantu Cilegon sebanyak 121 karyawan. Adapun yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan kriteria sudah menjadi karyawan tetap dan sudah bekerja di perusahaan kurang lebih 2 tahun. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Seluruh variabel memiliki hasil t-statistik >1.96 dan signifikan berada di bawah persyaratan P-value < 0.05 dengan taraf signifikan 0.05 (5%).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and non-physical work environment on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Saba Pratama. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, namely research with quantitative data which is then processed and analyzed for conclusions. The number of samples in this study was 115 employees. This research uses saturated sample technique. Data collection methods in this study were carried out in several ways including questionnaire method, observation and interview methods. Data analysis techniques are in accordance with the research pattern and the variables to be studied. In this study used structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is a multivariate analysis. SEM is a statistical model that seeks to explain the relationship between many variables. To do SEM analysis, the tools or software used in this study are used SmartPLS. The results show that transformational leadership has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Non-physical work environment has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention

Abstract

The world of banking business today is very competitive competition. Therefore, the company must make appropriate business strategy changes so as not to lose competitiveness with other companies. Changes in strategies undertaken aims to improve the performance of the company, one of the changes namely human resources. This study aims to explain the effect of work dicipline and organizational culture on work performance and organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the bank BTN branch Cilegon. The study was conducted by taking samples using the method used in this sampling is a saturated or census sampling. saturation or census sampling is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as a sample. Data collection was obtained from 86 employees of Bank BTN Cilegon branch by providing questionnaire consisting of questions and statements. Respondents' answers to questions and statements were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the answers were analyzed by analytical technique method using SmartPLS version 2.0.m3. The result of analysis shows that the direct effect of work discipline on work performance is positive and significant. and the direct influence of organizational culture on work performance is positive and significant. then work discipline towards organizational commitment is positive and significant. Organizational culture of organizational commitment is positive and significant. and organizational commitment to work performance is positive and significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of intrinsic motivation, interpersonal communication and transformational leadership on job satisfaction to improve employee performance. This reserch consist of five variables, these variables were tree independent variables (exogen), one dependent variable (Endogen), and one intervening variable. The three independent variables were intrinsic motivation, interpersonal communication, and transformational leadership. Whereas, the dependent variable was employee performance, and the intervening variable was job satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Serang Banten. The purposive sampling technique was used based on judgment sampling to 81 respondents. The primary data was collected through a checklist and open-ended questioner. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling technique using SmartPLS software. There six of Seven hypotheses that have been supported or accepted: intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, interpersonal communication positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, transformational positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, transformational leadership positive and significant impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on employee performance. While there was one hypothesis is unsupported or rejected: interpersonal communication positive but insignificant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This paper is conducted to answer whether the performance of economic growth is significantly influenced by the exchange rate and economic openness in Indonesia. To answer this question, we apply a multiple regression model for 48 annual data for the period 1971 to 2019. We used index numbers to measure economic growth performance based on references from the ICRG Risk Rating System, PRS Group, in assessing macroeconomic performance around the world. We also differentiate the exchange rate variable into LNERt and LNERt-1 to determine whether there is a difference between the two in affecting economic performance growth performance. The results showed that LNERt had a negative effect on economic growth, while economic openness and LNERt-1 had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth performance. The recommendation of this study is that increasing trade competitiveness is important in the long run, especially in order to maximize the benefits of economic openness. Then, it is also important to ensure that future exchange rate volatility does not have a negative impact on economic growth performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel yang memengaruhi workplace innovation orientation dan  employee creativity. Adapun variabel yang diuji adalah self leadership, creative self efficacy, creativity climate. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling, dengan 259 responden dari karyawan kantor pusat Perum BULOG yang dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan program smartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa faktor self leadership, creative self efficacy, creativity climate berpengaruh siginifikan positif terhadap workplace innovation orientation dan employee creativity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stres through job satisfaction on KCP employee turnover intention Panin Bank in KCU Coffee Unit; to analyze the effect of compensation through job satisfaction on KCP employee turnover intention Panin Bank in KCU Coffee Unit and to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on KCP employee turnover intention Panin Bank in KCU Kopi Unit.The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory survey research approach or correlational design through data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population is all employees at KCP Panin Bank in KCU Coffee Unit West Jakarta totaling 206 people with a sample of more than 20%, amounting to 98 people. Data analysis techniques are used using path analysis using PLS.The results showed that work stres had a positive effect on turnover intention, compensation had a negative effect on turnover intention, work stres had a negative effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a positive effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction had a negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Job satisfaction in general leads to the attitude of employees on the job. There are various things that allegedly can affect the high low job satisfaction in this study taken workload, communication, work stres and peer relations. This study aims to determine whether the workload and communication affect the job satisfaction is mediated by work stres and peer relationships. The study used SEM-PLS analysis with sampling of 100 employees at BJB Rangkasbitung office. Based on the results of hypothesis testing showed that: 1) Work load has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Communication has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; 3) Work load positively affects work stres; 4) Communication has a positive and significant effect on the relationship of colleagues; 5) Positive and significant work stres affect the job satisfaction; and 6) Relationship of colleagues have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.
