Abstract

The problem faced by micro business tempe customer of micro financial institution (LKM) of Sidoarjo Regency so that can improve competitiveness of Micro Business of Tempe for business sustainability is loan interest rate and unstable of soybean price as main raw material of tempe product. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine alternative micro business tempe competitiveness strategy that has obtained financing from MFIs so as to create sustainability of business in the era of MEA competition amid widespread imports of soybeans. The method of research used mix method (mixed method) object of this research is micro entrepreneur of tempe product in village area sepande subdistrict of Sidoarjo district which is not member of cooperative and have become customer of Micro Finance Institution amount 10 person. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT Analysis, SWOT matrix then continued with QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The result of the research shows that the right competitiveness strategy is product development strategy by developing the type and variant of tempe product, especially the change of form and packaging which is more interesting and hygienic so that it can give the added value of the product and increase the selling price, which in turn will increase the business profit and can overcome the weaknesses in the burden of interest costs on loans provided by microfinance institutions.

Abstract

This research has purpose to know giving reward at PDAM Magetan, to know employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan, and to know influence of reward to employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique taken 66 employees at PDAM Magetan. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed by SPSS version 16.0 using simple linear regression with test test and test hypothesis test. The results showed that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 13.054 + 0.496, it means that if the variable of customer satisfaction is constant or constant, then the amount of job satisfaction of employee is 13,054. The result of Coefficient of Determination (R ^ 2) is known 0,879 indicates that 87% variable of employee job satisfaction influenced by reward, while the rest 13% influenced by other variable. Furthermore, the result of t test obtained t_hitung value is 21,549 while t_tabel equal to 1,668. This means that the value of t _count > t_tabel (21,549 > 1,668) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there is influence between Reward on Job Satisfaction Employees At PDAM Magetan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the calculation of fund formation Allowance for impairment losses according to banking rules and according to the tax rules. Allowance for impairment on an allowance is established when the carrying value after impairment are less than the carrying amount of the initial. Recognition of allowance for impairment in accordance with banking regulations by Indonesian Banking Accounting Guidelines , while according to the tax rules on the terms of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No.81/PMK.03/2009. Fiscal correction is used to adjust for differences in the recognition of allowance for impairment in accordance with banking rules and according to the rules of taxation. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The analysis showed that there was no difference according to the allowance for impairment recognition PT. Bank BRI Agroniaga, Tbk with banking rules. The same is shown in the application of fiscal correction to the allowance for impairment of PT. Bank BRI Agroniaga, Tbk accordance with the tax regulations. This means recognition of allowance for impairment of PT. Bank BRI Agroniaga, Tbk has appropriate banking regulation and taxation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) to determine the influence of social media on student consumptive behavior; 2) to know the influence of peers against student consumptive behavior; 3) to know the influence of social media and peers against the behavior of consumer consumptive STKIP PGRI Blitar. Type of correlational research with a sample of 95. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed 1) there is a social media influence on student consumptive behavior; 2) there is influence of association of peer to student consumptive behavior and 3) there is influence of social media and peer to student's consumptive behavior.

Abstract

This research has purpose to know the quality of internet banking service in PT BNI Persero Tbk KC Madin, to know customer satisfaction at PT BNI Persero Tbk KC Madiun. In this study the population consists of 512 customers with a sample of 225 clients taken with Incidental sampling technique. Technique of taking data taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS version 20.0 using simple linear regression with hypothesis test, determination test and t test. The result of the research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 12,646 + 0,635 X, constant equal to 12,646 meaning if variable of Quality of Internet Banking Service is fixed then Customer Satisfaction amount is 0,635 so there is influence between Quality of Internet Banking Service to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination Adjust (R2) is known 0,377 means 37,7% Quality of Internet Banking Service influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 62,3% Quality of Internet Banking Service influenced by other variable not examined in this research. The result of t test is t_hitung value is 11,697 while t_tabel is 1,651. This means that the value of 〖t〗 _count> t_table (11,697> 1,651). so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

The development program will be successful by improving the position of women in the community according to one millennium development with one of the indicators of achievement by 2015 promoting gender equality and women's empowerment and ensuring the sustainability of environmental functions. The extent to which such rights and obligations can be exercised by women is not only dependent on others but also on the nature of the dependence and independence of the woman herself. This study aims to analyze and know how the influence of socio-economic conditions on the attitudes of women workers to their profession as measured from the level of education, family income and burden of family dependents. The population in this study is all women batik craftsmen in Sumberjambe Village Jember. This research is explanatory research that is research to test the relation or influence between hypothesized variables. In this study there is clearly a hypothesis that will be tested the truth. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that the socio-economic condition influences the attitude of the batik craftsmen worker in Sumberjambe Village.

Abstract

This research aim to know social class at PERUMNAS Branch Mojokerto Madiun location, to know consumer behavior at PERUMNAS Branch Mojokerto Madiun location, and to know influence of social class to consumer behavior at PERUM PERUMNAS Branch of Mojokerto Madiun location. Determination of samples in this study using a saturated sampling technique that is as many as 56 consumers who have bought houses of various types in PERUMNAS Branch Mojokerto Location Madiun. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that obtained the results of simple linear regression test is Y = 17.668 + 1.256 X, the constant of 17.668. The result of t test is got the value of rhitung equal to 15.163 and ttabel equal to 1.67252. If rhitung ≥ ttable, then the calculation in accordance with the test criteria t. The result shows that rhitung (15.163) ≥ ttable (1.67252), it can be concluded that Ha accepted dah Ho rejected that social class significantly influence consumer behavior (Study on Purchase of House in PERUM PERUMNAS Branch of Mojokerto Madiun Location).

Abstract

One of the problems on the progress of educational level that is still a lot of basic education age children can no longer go on to secondary school level let alone up to the college level. Many factors affect the condition. The main factors that the ordinary is the reason the family is expensive tuition fees for middle school to College, so that parents are more likely to send his son to elementary education only. Most parents sent his son worked after graduating from SD and SMP, whether it be labor or help parents traveling etc. This happens on the fishing communities in the village a reality Puger Kulon, still many fishermen did not continue her studies up to College. This research is explanatory research classified as research i.e. research to examine relationships between variables that influence or hypothesized. A form of statistical analysis used was Multiple Linear Regression Models. The results of this research show that there are partial and simultaneous influence aspects of social and economic conditions against the interest of the child the family fishermen to continue their education into college. This is shown by the value standard of sig 0,00 < 0,05. The conclusion from this study is there is influence aspects of social and economic conditions against the interest of the child the family fishermen to continue their education into College in district Puger Puger Jember Regency of Kulon Village.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to know the implementation of Service Quality, to know the Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu. In this study population consists of 1.000 customer satisfaction with a sample of 286 using Incidental sampling technique. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS program version 22.0 using simple linear regression with test of hypothesis test of determination and t test. The result of research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 9,311 + 0,763 X, constant of 9,311 means if variable of Service Quality is still value then Customer Satisfaction is 0,763 so there is influence between Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination ( ) is known 0,400 means 40% Service Quality is influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 60% Service Quality is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Then, the result of t test obtained value is 13,765 while   equal to 1,9683. This means that the value of    >  (13,765>1,9683) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence the Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at              PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether Local Government of Banjarnegara Regency: 1) Able to implement green accounting at public institution in Banjarnegara District Government. 2) To increase knowledge in the realm of financial accounting and management on green accounting. Type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Qualitative research procedure with phenomenological approach, after horizonaliting and statement of each participant has been collected into the unit of meaning and written a picture of how the experience occurred, then the results are developed through the overall description of the existing phenomenon so as to find the essence of the phenomenon. The results obtained that the understanding of green accounting implementation in Banjarnegara area is good. This is evident from the results of in-depth interview and observation of the participants already know the procedures regarding the management of disaster emergency response, financial statements on green accounting produced by Local Government Banjarnegara already integrated well and audited by BPKP and appointment of public accounting firm.
